A 10/10, if you haven't been you must go!! You will not be disappointed! Lmao! We got called on stage for shots! Seriously the best time!

The Laugh Factory needs to do better 2 drink minimum was ok, ordered chips ran out of salsa as per #jason. That's totally unacceptable also there needs to be more of a selection of appetizers. The service #jason provided, was ok for what he had to work with. The decor needs to be updated could use some TLC. Amanda Seales made me forget about all of the things that happened with her great show. No photos or videos allowed was only able to capture these images.....

Very strange experience. We've been to the one in Vegas a few times and this place was odd. We bought show tickets online and showed up 10 minutes before show. Came on a Saturday night...there were maybe 4 people there already. The bouncer, greater, seat assigner was very rude, no other way to explain it. I had to flag someone down for drinks. They don't enforce any 2 drink minimum as the gals sitting next to us had only water the whole time. Sounded like they were giving free tickets away to people walking by. It did fill up a little bit. Maybe 25 people total. Sounded like there were many family members of the headliner comedian. A few of the comedians were entertaining but I would skip this spot.

The place is pretty small. The seating in here is pretty crappy unless your close to the stage. But even then if you are sitting where theirs a pillar it can blocks your view you have to toggle back and forth with your head depending on where the comedian is on the stage to see them. Especially if they walk from once side of the stage to the other. Also the bartender recommended ordering at the beginning of the show but I wanted to order later in the show and I couldn't order because there was no bartender to be found. I was so thirsty being in there because it was quite humid so I stayed dehydrated most of the show. Menu is pretty minimal. They do not sell food here. I suggest grabbing a bite before or after the show. Also restroom is really small and gets busy. So I'd recommend going before the show or right before it ends. Otherwise your going to be waiting in a crammed line in a small space. Also leaving is a pain. It's all due to the small space and only one exit. I would also say from my experience here it seems that this is a spot where comedians test out new material. Which is fine but the show may not be what your expecting so I wouldn't have extremely high expectations unfortunately. I have yet to see an amazing set here!

The two baldest men we've ever Seen.

We laughed so hard we actually cried. And then we laughed so much more. Such a great time!

Rodge was amazing! He had everyone dying laughing. Would highly recommend. All of the comedians were great.

One star because the only thing that was great were the bouncers who threw out people who tried to sneak in and kept them out. This is is no review on the comedian. My boyfriend and I saw Matt Rife last night and it was amazing! If you get a chance to see him, def would recommend. Back to this location, it's underground in a basement. And since this was sold out, they made you sit 6 to a booth/table. And it was a very very tight squeeze. If you see those pictures others posted, it's very very small. Not big at all. They don't accommodate you at all. They don't have food but I saw people with chips, but not sure how they ordered it. They have QR codes and I added the picture here. Very sketchy because there's no prices on anything. Def overpriced! That night each "waiter" had sections of rows. And he would take orders per row, give them their drinks and move on to the next row; they close your tab and don't keep an open one. As you can imagine that takes forever. The show was supposed to start at 8p. But it started more like 830p. And by the time the lights were out and the first opening act was on. It wasn't until halfway into the act that we finally got our drinks. And forget about ordering more drinks after that! It's hard to flag the waiter and then trying to focus on the show. If you do end up here, I'd say, order all your drinks at once. Because I was the DD, I just ordered 2 Pepsis and my boyfriend's drink.

That's definitely unusual in the world of comedy. It's located in Kearney Mesa near the 163, on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. It's not far from Convoy, so there are tons of restaurants in the area. We went to Filippi's, which is only about a block away. The club is a fun design of Alice in Wonderland. The other locations of the chain each have their own theme like Snow White, etc. It's a small room, and the sight lines are pretty good as long as you're not in a distant corner. You also sometimes can meet the comedians after the show, near the exit door. I like that I can let them know that I need ADA seating ahead of time. This means I don't have to try to stand in line for a while, which causes me issues. Employees are super helpful with access requests. We usually order drinks and maybe dessert when we order something. I love the Oreo brownie sundae, and it's great when I can share it with one of my friends. My friend ordered the adult Capri Sun this time, and seemed to like it.

Oh what a night! It's an absolute must!…read more Absolutely love this comedy show!!!!! I've come here regularly over the last 10 years or so and have seen amazing comics such as Mark Christopher Lawrence, Jerrod Carmichael, Anjelah Johnson, Cheeto Santino, Jonny Loquasto, Michael Kosta, Melissa Villaseñor, Alonzo Bodden, Shawn Pelofsky, Tony Baker, Adam Ray, Jesse Egan, Zoltan Kaszas, Mal Hall, and so many more! For the price, it's priceless. No drink minimums, stellar atmosphere, and just an overall great place to bring a date, a friend, or even your parents. I've seen bachelor/bachelorette parties, coworker gatherings, and a slew of birthdays all being celebrated here. Honestly there's not a lot of better places to spend 7-30pm-9:30pm on a Friday night (shows are typically once a month on the last Friday of the month). Head downtown, grab some dinner, come to the show, and then you can party the night away in the beautiful Gaslamp Quarter. If you're up for a night of LAUGHS come here and you won't be disappointed! Check online below for details and tickets. I think the next show is 09-24-21. https://malhall.com/gaslamp-comedy-show HUUUUGE thanks to Mal Hall and The Tipsy Crow.

She had complimentary tickets ( usually a $10 cover) to The Shout House, a dueling piano bar. We almost didn't go and let me tell you, that would have been a sad mistake. We walked in and while it was a little loud for us older folks, we looked around and took in all that was happening. There were people there much older than us as well as people barely old enough to be in a bar. The pianist (s) were hard at work a the drummer was rocking out too. We sat down. Let me tell you, that was the most fun we have had in a long time! All three musicians played multiple instruments, piano, harmonica, sax, and drums. The songs were everything from Slim Shady to Elton John and everything in between. Slips of paper were placed on the piano, a nod was given and off they went. The crowd sang along and we all laughed! Some of it was silly but ALL of it was fun! Highly recommend. About 10:30 the older crowd started making their way out, us included, early morning flight but we would have stayed until closing time. We might have paid for it the next day but had we not had a plane to catch we absolutely would have stayed. It was fun to see multiple generations having so much fun together and the music was incredible. We had just eaten so we didn't order food but what we saw on other tables looked good. Go!!
