They may have fixed it under a service warranty but I just couldn't bring myself to go back. That's how bad the experience/ customer service was. Please do yourself and find another jeweler. First I'll tell you about the restoration of my ring. It's beautiful. Good workmanship. I'm unsure if it was actually Mr. Mooney that worked on my ring though. The work was done within one week. Customer service I'd give a 2. If that. His wife is in charge of estimates and is the face to their store. I went in with a ring needing a stone replaced. I had no idea if it was a diamond or not and I didn't say that it was. She took her jeweler's tool, took a good look and declared it to be an xyz carat diamond. "That'll be $$ to replace." Great. I go on my way. I get a call the next day from her "you told us these were diamonds so we treated them as such, they're cubic zirconia's and have crushed under the heat and pressure. Call me" Umm what?! You're the expert! Why are you blaming your customer after YOU gave the estimate of a diamond. Very unprofessional. She then tries to get me to swap them all out for diamonds. Nope. Also not ok. I also sold them old gold to pay. Shocker- not great pricing. Go to an official "buyer" of gold to today's best price for your gold. I have no idea if I paid too much. Lessons learned- get a few quotes. Workmanship here is good but customer service is NOT. Should have gone with my spidey senses on this one when she quoted me $20 to change a watch battery. Wha?!!! I won't recommend this place. Too many other talented jewelers in this city that do treat their customers professionally.

He does all our repairs and it is hard to come out of the shop without one of his new creations. Every time we drop into the shop he polishes up our rings to make them sparkle like new. His wife Yasmin is also so enthusiastic and full of wonderful ideas. Terry's designs are top quality works of art unique in nature. Their prices are very reasonable. My husband's family were jewellers so we are very aware of Terry's art value.
