When we met the funeral home director he had very little sympathy and seemed far more concerned about talking about cost/money, this was absolutely insane as she was well taken care of financially and we were not asking about pricing. Then it took almost 6 months to have my grandmothers marble placed on her grave, they gave us the run around the entire time. I will say two things nice, the (I take it new) manager finally seemed to care about getting the marble placed on the mausoleum and the front desk girls always were kind. The cemetery itself is very nice and I do recommend it, but be careful using the funeral home.

This place is a main street tradition facing increased competition from new suburban competitors. The suburban funeral homes probably are placed better for exposure to new residents, but Weber-Rodney is deeply rooted in the E'ville community, in a traditional home that's been around as long as any current resident can remember. Mike (Weber) took over the business from his father Phil, and Ed (Rodney) is the new partner, though he's been working here for decades. They are caring, efficient, and respectful of a variety of religious traditions. Members of my congregation choose Weber & Rodney more often than any other funeral home.

When I started explaining what services we need and don't need and was asking about pricing Mr. Rodney made me feel like they weren't going to be making enough money off of us and that it was a bother for him to help. Needless to say, I am looking for a different funeral home today. Its a hard enough time for me staying with him 24/7 I would NEVER recommend them nor will I ever use them. Everyone will die but at lease we have choices in whom we let in during such a difficult time in our lives.
