The majority of stores are decent with good prices. Theres a little booth in the middle called cell gallery. Vety rude and over priced. Just wanted a clip for my phone. Guy quoted price, told him no thanks. Got really rude. Asked me how much I was willing to pay. Told him since most of the stuff in the case is marked 5.00 I would pay 5.00. Started yelling at me. We visited this mall with high hopes to get some shopping done on our short vacay. Well, nope. We headed there on Easter Sunday and found that 95% of the stores were closed. I get that it was a holiday, but I've worked retail forever and was shocked to find that virtually NONE of the stores we were hoping to visit were open. Couldn't believe it. Only reason why I gave this place 2 stars was because they have a Burkes outlet store here and it has amazing decorative stuff for the house. Anyways, it looks so dead :\ when I thought of Nevada and outlets I was expecting some place that had great stores and great deals. However, I found stores that I have never even heard of (which were garbage) and when I saw the name brand stores they didn't even put on their AC. I was completely disappointed at how dead and boring this place was. I know the economy is bad and all but man oh man this is a complete ghost town mall. So sad to see but I hope one day they can pick up the pieces and start a better outlet mall. read more

"Preferred" because i think it's the only outlet mall in Laughlin, lol. Similar to what another reviewer said, the only saving grace in this mall is Bath and Body Works. They have a good selection of clearance and sale items. I got eight or nine things all under $45. I hail from Southern California where there are practically strip malls and shopping centers everywhere, so I felt a bit sad when I walked into this mall. There are only three food joints in the food court, & two floors of stores, half of which are empty & closed down. I know that i must keep into context that this is Laughlin, but I wish that considering this is a tourist spot, they would have more popular stores. Another reminder of how times are hard. :( However, almost all of the stores have decent sales and discounts, so if you're visiting I definitely would recommend to still give it a try.you won't find a lot of name brand stores, but if you're not picky & on a budget, I'm sure you will still find something worthwhile here. read more

This outlet sucks! This mall is definitely not for young people. Not even people in their 20s. Most of the stores are geared towards the older crowd. Only few stores I'd walk into would be quicksilver and reebok. The food court isn't the greatest either. I remember this place being a lot better a few years back when I was younger. The major complaint I have is the quicksilver store employees need to be better trained on their sale items. The times I've gone in there to buy clothes, picked sale items out and asked to make sure that the items I've chosen are part of the promotion then have the person ringing me up tell me that no I was given false information. I am not fond of shopping. Never have been. So, in Laughlin with my sisters u get dragged to shop. Luckily it us not a large mall because we walked the entire thing. I did find some clothes as Quicksilver for an upcoming vacation at a great price while my sister a found nothing! Go figure! read more

How this can b called "preferred" outlets is beyond me. Who would prefer to go to this place? Not me! It's like a ghost town and if you looks close enough, you can see a tumbleweed pass by. So many shops are out of business it's nuts! There isn't much selection unless you're hanging out with the older crowd. If you're looking for cutesy stores like Forever 21, nice stores like New York and Co., and the Coach Factory Outlet, forget about it! I won't be coming back until I'm probably 70. read more

We moved to Bullhead City from LA county about 2 yrs ago. And are of course used to being close to a lot of stores. At least 4 'TRUE' malls within a 15 mile radius. Aside from what little Bullhead City itself has as forms of ahem....'Entertaniment'. I was excited at first to learn that there was a 'mall' close by in Laughlin. This is NOT a mall, by any means. It only has a handful of stores. And any form of entertainment for children WILL take your money. And give nothing in return. Or flat out not work. The prices they ask to play games in what they call an 'arcade' is ridiculous. $1 to play any given game. All late 80's to early 90's, that are very poorly maintained. Seriously play at your own risk. Put a dollar into their egg machine (game with sponge Bob in the middle, turns a couple times then drops an egg). To only receive a plastic egg with a 5 cent toy in it? Really? I seen someone use it before. And gain like 7 eggs off $1. We only received one. The ball machine? Forget it. On 3 occasions I got a ball perfectly. And it never EVER fails to open the claw, right before it's supposed to drop down, where you are supposed to retrieve it. And their cars for toddlers? Hit and miss. Poorly maintained. And sure as hell ain't worth the .75 cents or $1 for the NASCAR one. We come here, because like I've mentioned before, not very many places to choose from in Bullhead to begin with. I...hate it every single time. This place is downright depressing. The workers are nice. Always. But just the atmosphere alone is just blah. My guess is the machines are rigged, to mostly just take your money. Because they mall itself doesn't make enough to sell its goods. The "Dollar store" someone mentioned that's downstairs. Lol. Nothing is a dollar. Goes for any dollar general, or family dollar in the area. More like a big lots on meth. In fact, they have 99 cent only store products for almost triple the price. For those that do not know yet. Bullhead FINALLY got an actual 99 cent only store last month. Better off going there if you want actual bargain deals. Located In the same shopping center as Target. Or Dollar tree located in Safeways shopping center, closer to Laughlin. All in all. This place is just Ok. It will not WOW you or amaze you in a positive way. But more so make you say "how is this place still standing?" or "how can the say preferred'?" if your visiting Laughlin. This IS sadly the only choice you have. They NEED more stores. But I'm guessing most won't even gamble with trying. Since no major profit is to be seen. Not with its current state. Update 11-10-15 DC outlet just bit the dust. Going out of business. One of the better stores too. So sad. This place just gets worse and worse every time we come. To bad I missed the 60% off on the long boards DC had. Were the first thing to sell out, along with the GoPro's. It's sad though. This 'Outlet' is on its way out. Should have a sign out front saying " Don't open, Dead Inside" I swear. read more

Bath and Body Works Outlet is the reason this outlet gets 4 stars from me. There is no other place here worth visiting. The Bath and Body Works Outlet here is the best. My wife finds all kinds of fragrances here that has been discontinued everywhere else. We always stock up on these finds cause they make great gifts. Even better is that there prices are cheaper than their other locations! read more

I'm pretty much with everyone else. Very disappointed when I went here. The stores were geared more for my grandma versus having a variety. The only store that I actually liked was Quicksilver. Other than that, you're better off spending your time at the Casinos or the river. The food court wasn't very impressive either. From what I can remember, they did have somewhat of a variety. This outlet tries and has seen better days, but in this economy many mall's are trying to stay open. The movie theater is great, the people are very helpful and the prices are great! We go there every time we go to Laughlin and my kids love it as much as we do. Sorry to see the Big Dog store go but others have taken its place. read more

The mall is clean, good place to walk in air conditioning and no smoke. But why is it a outlet the prices are the same as if you were shopping at a mall. I get better deals at a mall with better selection. I am from utah and our park city outlets don't even compare to this little outlet mall and talk about there food court they have 3 options and all 3 are not even good. Bath and Body outlet store is the only place in this mall that you get a smile. Went to Styles for Less and Rue and was VERY disappointed in the customer service. Both stores were more concerned with hanging up the clothes than helping the customers. At Rue there was a large group of people waiting at the dressing room and when asked for help she said she would help when she was done hanging up the clothes. We stood for about 10 mins before everyone gave up and left. read more

I shop here frequently when I don't feel like driving to lake havasu city or las vegas. It has an acceptable variety for a small town area. Not really too bad. Been in this area since late 1970's and am sorry to see a lot of the better stores close. Still not a bad place to visit, shop, and simply enjoy people watching. read more

We're from Denver and are moving to BHC. We've shopped at this mall many times during our visits, and we found it staffed by fantastic people. In a small, tourism-driven town, it's understandable for the mall to be suffering from the economic blows of the past decade. But the people who work there are the heartbeat of "small town tenacity." As the economy recovers, the mall will also recover, and I'm really looking forward to shopping there when we complete our move. I'd rather shop in this mall than any of the malls in Denver!!!! read more

was at the Pendleton store in July. they have an awesome selection of shirts/blankets. price was great. picked up a blanket at the grand canyon store for about $90 more than the Pendleton store. should have waited. the staff was helpful/friendly. didn't go to any other shops. they have more than just shirts. a lot of kids stuff(if you like Pendleton. 5 stars from me.. the young lady that helped me stayed with me making sure the size/price fit just perfect. read more
