Me and my fiance booked this company at a bridal convention and were very excited. We sent an email and called with no reply. We received an email from them asking if the wedding is still scheduled for August months after trying to reach them. We asked for a refund of the deposit since calling us back months later was not our idea of great customer service. I do not believe this company when they say they did not receive calls or emails from us. I do think they were too busy to get back to us and tried to make excuses. I had this company on my preferred vendor list that I provide to clients. I was hosting my own event, and booked them for my son's grad party. I booked several months in advance, paid my $100 deposit, and signed my contract. In the contract it states I would receive a sample template 2 weeks prior to the event. That never happened. I received the template for approval 2 days prior. The night of the event they arrived to setup, and were paid the balance in cash. 45 minutes after the photo booth should have been up and running, my son came and asked why they weren't able to take pictures. He said the guests were being told the photo booth wasn't working. Not once was I contacted about this issue by the company. I went outside to inquire, and was told their printer didn't work, and he was waiting for another printer to be delivered to him. I then asked why didn't they start taking the photos, and when the printer was functional - they could print them out and have them waiting for our guests to come back and pick up. He agreed that this was a valid option. The line of people we had waiting were told to proceed with taking their photos and the prints would be laid out once they were ready. I came back outside nearly an hour after this, to find the photo booth was STILL NOT operating. The 2nd printer had been delivered and was still not functional. I was trying very hard to maintain my cool - because all of my guests kept mentioning their service failure to me. I decided to be patient, and was sure they would rectify the situation and refund me for my services at this point. I came to give the young man some food, as it was apparent he was just as frustrated as we were. The owner had arrived and was attempting to fix the print issue - and at that point mentioned they would most likely offer me a $50 credit. $50?!?!?! It was at this point I requested to speak with Natalie, the owner. I advised that we were 2 hours into our service time, and there was no need for them to continue to stay and work on the equipment, since the guests had already decided not to waste their time waiting. She advised they would be giving back a refund for the service, delivering the prints to me (to be mailed out to our guests at a later time). The owner (another man that was there) came and handed me back $200 cash and said Natalie would be in touch with me. Monday afternoon came and went, and still no sight of the prints that were supposed to be delivered to me and no digital files were received. I send an email asking for my refund, and advising I had not received any prints as promised. My email went unanswered. Later that evening I received a dropbox of the files. I had over 200 guests - and only 50 photo booth pictures. Most of the pictures were of the same kids, clearly showing my guests did not get to utilize the photo booth. Again today I sent another email, to document that they are not responding to my request for a refund. I will be filing with small claims court, since their own contract says it will be resolved via arbitration if the photo booth does not operate for 90% of the event. I have removed them from our vendor list - so that none of my clients will be stuck with the same disappointing mess that we were. I am also contacting Better Business Bureau. This company should have zero stars, as they choose to ignore their paying clients. read more

What a disappointment! Fully admit that this was a last minute hire. However, communication was terrible. Sent our logo immediately via email and received confirmation that it was received. A week before the event I had to call regarding the template and Natalie did not have graphics. Requested a 3 hour use and had to request that they start. Camera quit working and booth was inoperable for 30 minutes. Quality of photos were washed out. Would not recommend for a large event. read more

So, when I first booked Natalie I was very excited. I had looked everywhere trying to find a someone with a photo booth who could do a good job and provide everything we were looking for. Natalie told me that I would not find someone cheaper for the same things she was offering me. A few days went by and caterer I had for my party stopped by to check things out and see what the plan was for food. After a few hours, she has mentioned she knew someone with a photo booth if we were interested. I told her that we had already found someone and told her all about the photo booth and she said, oh my friend has that same one, he may be able to get it for you cheaper. I told her to get me the quote thinking there would be no way he could do it cheaper, well he was able to. I immediately called Natalie and she did not answer and I could leave a voicemail because it was full. My party planner emailed her as I tried to call her again. It took Natalie days to get back to us. She had refused to cancel the service because she had already booked everything according to her. I was willing to give her a deposit and leave it at that. She continuously refused and then I found out that she had charged my CC without letting me know like she said she would. I got mad and called my CC company and filed a claim. While on the phone with them, I found that she ran my card for more than what she quoted me. Emails went back and forth for a long time and she eventually stopped responding. I had requested to cancel her services and she refused every time. Natalie never showed up to my party and she was still paid because the claim has not gone through. I cannot recommend her services to anyone ever. I am so disappointed that she has chosen to do business this way as I was planning to use her for future parties. Her other reviews say how wonderful she is and I am said that I fell into that trap. She lost a great customer and a huge future customer base. read more

So it has now been almost 1 month since we used Laughs and Giggles Photo Booth. The day of the wedding my fiance emails to make sure they received our final payment and that they will be there on time. No response for hours. My fiance calls and calls and of course cannot leave a message because the voicemail box is full. We finally get an email response saying they did not receive our final payment (which had been mailed two weeks prior) and that they would not be showing up without payment. My fiance continues to call and call to see what we can work out as it was hours before our wedding day. Natalie finally picks up and says that she got the check and they'll be there. The lack of communication and professionalism is ridiculous. Imagine if we had not followed up with them and they "hadnt received final payment".. they wouldn't have showed up and wouldn't have even informed us of anything. Now lets get to the actual day of.. they set up in a corner, not where they were told to set up. The man that was supposed to be helping to assist with any problems was hidden behind the photo booth. I didnt even know he was there until someone said they heard him on his phone. Then the "paper was running out" what seemed like every 5 picutes. A box kept popping up and we werent able to take any pictures for 10 minutes because the paper needed to be refilled. I was so utterly dissappointed in this company. I stand by my initial review and we will NOT be referring them to anyone. read more
