Celebrated our daughter's 6th birthday party here! Our celebration included pizza, drinks, 2 hours of jumping and 1 hour of arcade play. Lots of fun for kids and their parents. Definitely made some sweet and fun memories here. Would recommend to any parent who wants to have an easy and fun birthday celebration. We hosted my kids birthday party there. The actual Launch park is fine, and the kids had fun. However the actual birthday room was so stinky and small. It smelled like feet. They burnt all the pizza I ordered. They didn't even get all the trays I ordered. The did not bring our stuff to the room til like 30 minutes after we were in there, and we had to ask them 3 times to bring it. I booked the A list, no ice cream, no party favors and they did not take the kids to the private dodgeball game. I had to ask them again for all the stuff they missed. They suck. It was not worth the price I paid for the party room and host. It was so crowded and you only get the room for the 1 hour you are eating so the rest of the time we had to sit in the restaurant area with our stuff. I would pick somewhere else to have a party and don't recommend this place. read more

BEWARE of hidden fees if you book a party. They don't tell you up front that they charge an extra "credit card charge fee" and "cleaning fee" when you book a package. Both fees totaled to almost $100!!! You get hit with these fees the day of your party. These fees are NOT in the party quote. I can understand the cleaning of $49 but tell me up front so it's not a surprise. The credit card charge fee is just ridiculous. Never booking a party here ever again. read more

Absolutely mismanaged!!! There is no communications that the games were not working. I purchase a card and then realized the games were not working. I asked for a a refund and they denied me - telling me to come back another time. After 30 mins I was finally given a refund. It literally is the blind leading the blind. Looking at all of the good reviews for this place I am surprised. It was extremely loud the whole time. Kids running around everywhere. Took an hour to get one pizza. We went to go see want happened and the staff claimed they had to "remake it". When we finally got our pizza the we got no plates just like another review mentioned. When my party was inside the VR cage saw one of the staff vaping off to the side hoping nobody would see while he was INSIDE THE VR AREA. The front desk worker claimed the laser tag wasn't working but I saw multiple parties entering and exiting. Lots of young kids working here with terrible costumer service. I would not recommend this place. Better off going to Chuck E. Cheese. Tables were not cleaned regularly I had to get my own wipes from the car. This was honestly ridiculous I hope someone sees this review and it saves them from a trip to Launch Orlando! read more

As far as the facility it's A1 !!! Nice and the kids love coming. It's the customer service that makes this a parents nightmare. They never have enough staff on hand to handle the check-in process (today I'm 5th in line and there's 3 more families behind me and I've been in line for 20mins 9/1/23 12:15pm). It's insane how long this process is especially with a line full of kids ready to play. Also the staff is very young and they allow them to wear slides to work which is weird. I mean the kids like it so we still gonna come just know all the parents hate this place lol read more

I really had high hopes for this place as it's the closest trampoline park to us. Unfortunately it's extremely mismanaged. I've been there twice now and both times I left disappointed. The facility itself is nice, however a lot of the lot arcade games were already down. Also none of the employees seem to know what's going on. I also saw one of the managers scream at a young employee that there were customers waiting to be helped instead of actually acknowledging me and apologizing for the wait. In my opinion I think they are trying to attract more teenagers than families. A lot of their promotions seem to aim towards the basketball area and while I was there that's were most of the employees were mingling. (As well as managers). Again, I had high hopes but I don't think this place will last if they don't get their act together. read more

We recently celebrated my son's 10 birthday at Launch Waterford Lakes location and what an amazing experience we had! Our party host, Jarvis was the absolute BEST party host we have ever had! And with 5 kids, we do these kinda parties all the time and we have NEVER had the kind of care and attention Jarvis gave us! Woah! From my birthday boy to all the parents that were at the party, everyone commented on how great our party host was! I will for sure be coming back for our next son's birthday...and pray we get him again Thank you Launch & Jarvis for an awesome 10th birthday for my son, Daymian. read more

My entire family loves it here! Other parks have pretty steep prices but here, the whole family of 7 was able to get in here without any financial issues. The workers had such an amazing attitude helping us understand things we were unfamiliar with. read more

I went here a few months ago and I would have given a decent review for family fun but this past month I went and it was disgusting. Upon arrival several females walking around half dressed - men with no shirts on. They had a DJ in the children's jumping section that was blasting music with the "n" word and curse words. An entire crowd of females and YOUNG CHILDREN - elementary school aged were having a TWERKING contest. I felt sick at my stomach. I spoke to the manager - maybe he did not realize what was going on - but he knew all about it. Said they were having an event. That is why ladies were walking around in bras with their rear end out of their shorts - men without shirts. Told me he has not control over what "certain cultures" do or allow their children to do. I advised maybe not promote it or play those types of songs and he stated that they play all types of music. Hey, if this is your thing - but I spend more than $300 a pop per visit and they def lost me as a customer. Maybe you wanted to know too. read more

This was going to be our second experience on 5/27/22 around 3:30pm. We wanted to use our two 1 hour passes. The employee turned us down due to a private event that was going to start at 5pm. I mentioned our jump was only 1 hour so it would end at 4:30pm. The employee says she was told not to let anyone in and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. I spoke with the manager which she immediately says she cannot let anyone in and for us to come back after the event ends. I mentioned this should have been listed on their website since we drove out of our way to get there. The manager says the private event was listed on their website, Facebook, and Instagram. I checked the website, Facebook, and Instagram and it is NOT listed. I included screenshots in the photos. Advice to management: please list it on your website/social media whenever you're closed for private events. As a service recovery, please offer alternatives since we're already there like bowling or laser tag instead having us leave feeling unwelcome. :( read more

I share the frustration in many of the negative reviews, regarding the place being run by teens that could care less about this business. We showed up Sunday 7/7 and all we wanted to do was play video games. Any other time we've been here, they will give you a different colored wrist band if you're just doing the video games and a different one if you're using the actual bounce/trampoline events. They insisted both of my kids needed to sign waivers just to play video games. That's never been the case in the past hence, what the wrist bands are for so you know who's doing what there. I went ahead and filled out one for myself, but then they said they needed a waiver for each of them and I flat refused, just because you don't need my kids information just to play video games? In the past we showed up, told them what we were there to do, they said ok and gave us the wrist bands. We already had the cards to reload money onto. They were no help at all in trying to resolve the situation and instead, just laughed between themselves at our expense. We went down the street to Arcade Monsters, who have better food, better service and they were more than happy to take our money. We used to frequent Launch quite a bit, but you lost us as customers. read more

Let me tell you how LAUNCH FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT PARK ORLANDO saved the day. Well as you know it could get a little rainy in Florida. My family and I were traveling from GA to celebrate my son's 4th birthday. Our out door plans were rained out. So we decided to go to LAUNCH ORLANDO. Let me tell you the service was impeccable. This place is HUGE and the kiddos had the time of their life they did not want to leave. We spoke with Nadia (manager) and told her it was my son's birthday and our other plans were cancelled. The way she made sure we were taken care of was remarkable. We are ever so thankful. Shout out to Jarvis as well his good energy was everything and he to made sure we had everything we needed. Susie at the bar was also amazing the adults of the group loved the libations. I highly recommend Launch Orlando to all families looking for somewhere to go as they offer something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The service is just TOP TIER check them out guys. I was so disappointed because there was no one at the laser tag game and they told me after I paid for it they are shutting down,and they told me my kids cannot do anything because there wristbands fell off after I showed them I paid, then when I ordered pizza and fries they were cold and it smelled,they had no ice in the ice machine,and even worse the staff members were absolutely horrible rolled their eyes,and started yelling at my kids because they touched the launch mascot after all of that when I left someone stole my kids 200$ shoes then I confronted them about it and they said they are not responsible for it and I said do you have security cameras and they said even if we did it's not our fault.....they should launch there ideas to the toilet. read more

I know that this is new location but this is not a new corporation. It is BEYOND unorganized. First thing first no one over the age of 18 works here. No problem solving. The workers stand and stare at each other, while the customers offer suggestions to fix the problem. Ordered tickets online and waited an hour in line just to scan my tickets to start. No lockers for your belongings. Several people shoes, purses, and belongings have been taken. Don't bother calling them. Rings and goes straight to voice mail. It's worth the drive to go to Altitude in Kissimmee. read more

This place is amazing! They do a great job with birthday parties. The staff is very attentive to your needs and there is SOOO much to do for all ages! Even my 3 year and 8 year old loved. Called and emailed to try to fix the situation and they can't even so much as respond to me. Could absolutely have taken kids in the future.
