This place is pretty amazing. It is fun for the whole family. I was there to celebrate my grandson's 6th birthday and it was great. The kids had tons of fun and us adults too. Men were happy because they sell beer, and there were some fruity drinks too. The food was delicious too. Specially the loaded fries I bought. Wow! Really cool place for the whole family.

I had a blast. It was my first time here. I typically similar entertainment centers closer to me but I wanted to try launch this time. Nothing better than feeling like a kid again. There's so much to do for the whole family. My kids did the 2 hour trampoline park, we had an hour of bowling, a game of laser tag, one virtual reality and one round of axe throwing for the adults. Since it was on Sunday, they had unlimited mimosas from 11 am - 3 pm for $15. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The price is the same as most locations that offer this experience. I would done 5 stars but the virtual reality room needs to get fixed. Lol. But I would definitely go back!

Soft play area for toddlers and children

Best for teenagers. Food is perfect for kids. - Small arcade, not for small kids - trampoline area where you walk is also the the area used for kids to run full speed to launch up a running half pipe. I saw three kids and an adult get plowed within an hour because there is no sign that you're walking through a running track. - no security - axe throwing is right next to the toddler zone.. real smart

    Soft play area

My husband and I drove almost an hour to come here with our 14 month old. We came specifically for the soft play area. We came on a Saturday night around 8:30pm and it was somewhat busy. So I am only reviewing the soft play area since that is what we came here for. It was very very dingy and dirty. Looked like they haven't wiped anything down in a long time. We didn't stay long , I was scared that my little one was going to get sick or pick up something and put it in his mouth. There was garbage everywhere. It was also very dark inside. Won't be back , I would not recommend bringing your LO here.

Celebrated my daughters birthday here. The staff member in charge of my group was timely and helpful as the kids ran through the park. The arcade games were kind of funny acting when using my game card, but all and all the kids loved it. The laser tag portion was a lot of fun. There were good spaces to hide and even our 6 year old teammate was able to play and grab points. The music with the live dj was a nice touch. Oh and the obstacle course! That sucker is hard! I was exhausted by time it got to the end and now I have to go back again to figure out how to go up the ladder This place is definitely a teen hang out spot.

    Happy hour wine flight

Fun for all ages. We took the little ones to play in the indoor playground area and ordered some drinks and bar bites for the adults. I personally am a fan of the wine flight, like a tasting only bigger glasses of three wines of your choice. The frozen drinks are popular and abundant, but a little on the sweet side for me. The little ones love going to the trampoline park and playing games in the arcade. On a Friday night it can be packed with teenagers playing basketball and video games. The bowling area looks like fun but we have not tried that yet due to our mixed ages group. Staff are friendly and helpful, although on busy weekend evening an extra bartender would be helpful.

I will definitely have to bring the kids back to this place again. It's a great way to let the kids work off their energy with so many different activities. I think it might be fun to go with a group and the adults can grab beer and hang out while the kiddos do their thing. The staff is really young but they're very helpful and work hard to help everyone have a good experience. I also appreciated how serious the staff was about making sure kids followed the rules so no one gets hurt. All in all, my only complaint was needing to wait 2 hours to get in. Perhaps that was my fault for going on the day of the grand opening. I will be back for a more well prepared day of fun soon.

Would Never Go To A Park Without Them Again! Kunal Is The Best!!…read more Our Crew - 9 people. Ages 5, 12, 14, 44, 45, 48, 48, 69, & 70. With those age ranges, i was thinking it would not be so easy to navigate everyone's wishes, but our guide Kunal (or K as we called him) did just that. I would also like to point out that it is also difficult to join in on a vacation of 9 people and get along with them all, and that is exactly what Kunal did. Everyone loved him. He had a calming affect on both the kids and the adults. We are still texting him pictures he took with us! The Process - Shay from World Class handled all of my 30 annoying questions asking her about how things work. Their service was recommended by a friend of mine, but i was still skeptical if the extra cost was worth it knowing I had such a large party. Once I agreed to pull the trigger, Shay sent me an excel spreadsheet with all of the rides listed from each park. We chose which rides were a "cant miss for us" , and others that we would have interest if there was still time available. I then gave Shay my login for my Disney account so they can organize each of our fast passes. Magic Kingdom - Kunal got us in prior to the park opening to the public. We were 12th or so in line for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.Once they completed their test runs, we were all on the 2nd train out together! We rode 10 rides or so and were done around 2:30pm, giving us plenty of time to relax back in the pool at the hotel. Hollywood Studios - We were at the line early and rode Slinky Dog within 10 minutes of us entering the park. We were done at this park by 1pm after 8 rides/shows. Toy Story Mania was super fun. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventures - Kunal got us in the park 45 minutes prior to it opening. It was almost weird walking around the park by ourselves. We did the Minion Show, Transformers, and Mummy ride all prior to 9am. Pretty Crazy. It was tough to time how long we were here, because thunderstorms caused some delays, but we completed almost 20 attractions at both parks and did not stay till closing. Another added benefit - Last year the kids fought over what ride was next and who got to pick it, this year all they asked was "Which ride is next K?" - after every single ride. Never was there an argument over what was next. That is worth its weight in Disney gold... Cost - It is not cheap at $175/hour, but the value you receive well surpasses the price tag. If you can add this splurge, it is a must. The way I look at it, you are literally buying back hours of each day for use doing other things. Verdict - 100000% I would use them again. I can not speak for their other guides, but just request Kunal and you will be as happy as can be. We joked that the longest lines we waited on in 3 days were for popcorn and dole whip. I do not think we waited more than 10 minutes for any ride in 4 parks. Insane. And we are hooked.

A special thank you to Levi who was with us several days. His guidance made our first time at Animal Kingdom ridiculously awesome. The adults were able to enjoy each moment and experience thanks to Levi driving our day. Not having to worry or stress and just experience the day with our 8 year old was EVERYTHING. Our first ever family trip to Universal was amazing thanks to his planning experiences for all the kids- young and old. We cannot thank the entire team enough. Highly recommend for adults that want to enjoy the magic as much as the kids.
