When you first walk in they're playing music and a worker is at the door to greet you. The worker was very polite and directed me to the waiver station so I could fill one out for my son. Once the waiver is done you go to the cashier who was very helpful and nice. Once everything is paid they issue you your wristband and the kids can start playing. I like that they have different areas with all kinds of activities to bounce around. They also offer bowling and laser tag. They play pretty good music too while watching the kids play. We got the $40 package and it came with 2 rounds of laser tag, 1 game of bowling, and unlimited time on the trampolines. Also there's a $4 charge for trampoline socks. For $40 I thought it was a reasonable deal, especially if you want to beat the FL heat and keep the kids entertained for hours. read more

We have come here several times in the past and finally experienced a birthday party here. This place is SO much fun and the kids get out a ton of energy, I only wish the prices were a little less crazy. I would also definitely consider it if they ever offered a season pass or multi visit pass. We have only ever done jumping and the playground area, not the arcade, bowling, or other add on options. The birthday party was very fun but I will say with younger children it was difficult to keep up with them here as they all spread out. It would be a great birthday spot for older children. There was an issue with the birthday party food order being delayed and using up way too much of the party time in the party room waiting for it, however the staff allowed the kids extra play time after the party was supposed to end to make up for it. read more

After we signed the waiver picked two things to do. One of the one of them being bowling. The first one we started out on the trampoline side and then we moved to the tubes, but I could not tell when an hour was up. I was very lost, and did not want to go over our our limit. Then we ordered some food we thought would be a snack. Things were a little expensive, but I have to say we did get generous portions of the nachos the french fries and the chicken nuggets. Our second hour was two games of bowling. We were charged for the shoes, but then they didn't have the little kids sizes. It is a nice family oriented facility for the entire family. We've been to this location a couple times now for various birthday parties we've attended for children that are friends with our daughter. That's a large location with plenty of options for little ones to burn off their energy. The party rooms are well kept and clean, and they're quick to accommodate both food and entertainment for parties. They offer everything from trampolines to arcade games and more. We came from out of town to attend a birthday party at Orlando Launch. Once we arrived, our son needed to go to the restroom, but the employee at the front refused to allow him to go until we filled out the waiver. Our child was visibly in distress and we explthe situation asking that he please be allowed to go to the restroom just before or while one of us filled put the forms. The employee continued to refuse saying this was policy. While I understand that children may not be allowed to jump in the equipment without a waiver, there is no reason for refusing to allow a child whose admission has already been paid for by the host to go to the bathroom just because the waiver has not been filled out yet. My spouse brought this to the attention of the manager and she not only did not apologize for what happened, but agreed with the employee for not allowing our kid to go to the bathroom! They obviously don't care about the kids or their customers. I would stay away. read more

I was here for a kids' birthday party, and what should have been a fun day turned into a very unsafe experience. Another patron became extremely aggressive toward our group, claiming we had "taken his table" even though staff had told us the table was available and there was no sign indicating it was reserved. He was yelling, threatening, and came close to starting a physical fight until his wife intervened. What made this much worse was management's response. Even after acknowledging (based on video footage) that he was the aggressor, they did not remove him from the facility. Instead, we were left feeling unsafe for the remainder of the party, which completely ruined the experience for both kids and parents. This is supposed to be a safe, family-friendly environment. I had a blast. It was my first time here. I typically similar entertainment centers closer to me but I wanted to try launch this time. Nothing better than feeling like a kid again. There's so much to do for the whole family. My kids did the 2 hour trampoline park, we had an hour of bowling, a game of laser tag, one virtual reality and one round of axe throwing for the adults. Since it was on Sunday, they had unlimited mimosas from 11 am - 3 pm for $15. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The price is the same as most locations that offer this experience. Everything else is fair game for kids and adults. I did like how clean everything was. The food was pretty good as well, we had pizza, nachos, and ice cream. They also have a bar serving alcohol. I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars because they always seem understaffed, which leads to issues trying to use the laser tag and bowling. My husband and I drove almost an hour to come here with our 14 month old. We came specifically for the soft play area. We came on a Saturday night around 8:30pm and it was somewhat busy. So I am only reviewing the soft play area since that is what we came here for. It was very very dingy and dirty. Looked like they haven't wiped anything down in a long time. We didn't stay long , I was scared that my little one was going to get sick or pick up something and put it in his mouth. There was garbage everywhere. It was also very dark inside. Celebrated my daughters birthday here. The staff member in charge of my group was timely and helpful as the kids ran through the park. The arcade games were kind of funny acting when using my game card, but all and all the kids loved it. The laser tag portion was a lot of fun. There were good spaces to hide and even our 6 year old teammate was able to play and grab points. The music with the live dj was a nice touch. Oh and the obstacle course! That sucker is hard! Fun for all ages. We took the little ones to play in the indoor playground area and ordered some drinks and bar bites for the adults. I personally am a fan of the wine flight, like a tasting only bigger glasses of three wines of your choice. The frozen drinks are popular and abundant, but a little on the sweet side for me. The little ones love going to the trampoline park and playing games in the arcade. On a Friday night it can be packed with teenagers playing basketball and video games. The bowling area looks like fun but we have not tried that yet due to our mixed ages group. OK so I have to say I'm not terribly disappointed with this place. The jumping area is huge. There's lots of space and trampolines for kids all ages to bounce around. There's even a zip line type thing here. There's also a little kid zone with slides and there's a soft area for infants overall it's a good value especially if you have more than one kid and one of them is under three years old kids under three or free and they are allowed in the soft play areas at no extra Charge, the package to do the jump zone and some arcade time is 30 bucks plus they make you buy their specialty socks which is an extra charge. They have a personal size children's plain cheese pizza for about $15. There is an up charge if you use a credit card to pay But overall this provides hours and entertainment on a bad weather day for little ones and big ones alike. It seems like everyone from age 5 to 15 is content bouncing around and in the hours that I've been here there's been no major since plus they have a bar they have a happy hours and they have winter camps. They also do birthday parties plenty of bathrooms Which are fairly clean so that's helpful too. read more

I attended a kids birthday party here with my child on Saturday. It is a trampoline park with ninja warrior type activities. The activities here are dodge ball, trampoline basketball, arcade area, playground area and laser tag area. My child had fun at the birthday party. The cons were: 1) The women's bathroom had no toilet paper at all in any of the stalls and three stalls had out of order signs. 2) The party room where the pizza and cake were served smelled bad. read more

Surprised my granddaughter on our monthly grandpa and grand daughter date. We both got the 2 for 25 ticket. She did the 2 hour bounce and we did laser tag and video games. You have to do the trampoline first that's when your 2 hours start. They give you green socks to wear. She had a blast doing the zip line, tried the warp wall, trampoline dodgeball and just jumping. This place is not kid friendly. My 11 year old played the cut the rope arcade game, and was able to cut the rope on the first try. After taking her prize from the machine, the employee came and took it from her. They said that she couldn't have it because it cost $150 and she was on an unlimited play card. They said that the card shouldn't have worked on the machine. So, because the card happened to work, and my kid was skilled enough to win on her first attempt, she was humiliated by an employee in front of everyone there with her, taking it from her, and not letting her keep her winnings. They tried to "make it up to her" by giving her 2 much lower valued squish mellows instead. That just proves that they are aware that she won, and tried to keep her quiet, while taking back the expensive win. If you happen to win something from the machine, make sure you take it to your vehicle immediately, before they try to take it from you, because you won a $150 + prize for only $1 read more

This place is so much fun. My kids enjoy all there is to do here. You have a set time to jump and then the option of laser tag, bowling, and axe throwing! There is a dodgeball pit, a toddler section, zip lining, and more fun for the kids on the bounce side. The arcade space has a good selection of games. While a great concept is there it failed on delivery. I went yesterday during the soft opening and left completely disappointed by the experience. The facility itself is very nice and modern. Different zones such as laser tag, bowling, trampolines, and arcade. Check in is fairly quick requiring a wavier to be signed before you can pay for your activities. I chose the pick three option and did bowling, action pass, and laser tag. Bowling: When we where given our lane number to sit we arrived to a mess that had never been cleaned or sanitized. Literally food and trash everywhere and no attendants around so we had to go find someone to ask if it could be cleaned. Also the lane broke down at least 4 times during the 10 frames so we spent a lot of time waiting for attendants to notice. We ordered food when we sat down and it legit came out after all 10 frames were completed so that was a bummer. They forgot our fries which then took 45mins to be done well after we finished the food so we just didn't even pick them up. Also we have to ask for plates when our pizza came out which required my husband to go get himself which I thought was crazy... why wouldn't plates be given with food? The food was not good. No seasoning and just bland. Also they only offered soda no juice which my family doesn't drink soda so really no options. Action Pass: The trampoline part was fun. Tons of space to spread out and enjoy all that it has to offer. My kids loved playing dogball and the ninja warrior set up. I do wish that the attendants in this section were watching move because I saw alot of issues that could lead to children getting hurt. Mind you all of the attendants were teens. I do love that this is a place for a first job but I saw alot of workers just mingling and hugging that needs to be addressed before a child is hurt. Laser Tag: This was the best part of the night. Loved the facility for this activity and it was a great work out! They had a live dj which was nice but way too loud and some of the song choices I thought were a tad inappropriate. Visited Launch today to book a party for our son. Anthony was beyond helpful in helping us book the party that we wanted and gave us a run down of how things will work the day of. When I came in a few weeks ago, the girl told me to just book online but I wasn't able to. I'm so grateful that we went in today and were able to book in person. Customer service is non existent. I started with buying the passes, I asked for the one I wanted... she then picked up her walkie talkie and talked on it for 5 minutes. Someone finally came and took her place, so we could get started. Later I waited in a huge line to get icees just to find the machine was down. Again I went through multiple cashiers to even get that info. So I asked for ice water. They continued to take other guests orders, taking 10 to get some water. The attitudes and irritated looks we got for asking questions or placing orders was annoying. I spent $93 to let 3 boys play on trampolines for 2 hours, and 1 round of laser tag for maybe 15 minutes. The place is so packed there's no where to sit. Overall not worth the money read more

I have just returned home from a long and trying experience at Launch. I believe it should be well known that while this park has a lot of potential -- that's all it has. I was having a wonderful experience until I was rudely told to move by an employee. On top of that, when I went to go grab my children's shoes from the eating area, I noticed what looked like mouse droppings next to the seat! I have lived on a farm for years and I KNOW what mouse droppings look like. When I brought it up to a worker, they said they already knew they hide mice and laughed, stating "There's a few there." It was revolting to know they could just sit there and laugh. I immediately grabbed my kids and left. What a cool hangout spot for all ages! Drove by this place after a full day running errands. When this place opened, we got a bunch of advertisement in the mail so it was about time we popped in. When you enter, it's definitely overwhelming. It has everything a dream arcade would look like, but a lot more advanced. They have air basketball (play basketball on a trampoline), laser tag, real bowling and VR + a full arcade, kitchen that's mostly pizza, a milkshake corner and a bar that has slushies and beer (no liquor). The place is pretty affordable and have great deals. My boyfriend and I had a couple of beers and bought the $30 game card that has 130 credits, which lasted us a good amount of hours there. Would definitely come back! The staff is friendly and the place is pretty clean considering kids are running around the place.
