Super fun! 100% recommended if you want a fun place come out with kids I would definitely come here

This review is specifically about their birthday parties. There were so many problems with it that I would NEVER recommend having a party here. 1. food choices They only allow you to have pizza, popcorn, soda, and lemonade for the birthday parties, none of which is healthy at all. They make it VERY clear (the ONE thing they made very clear) that you cannot bring in ANY outside food except cake/cupcakes. For a toddler party, which is what I had, I didn't particularly appreciate not being able to provide fruit and veggies; I don't want my toddler just eating junk, and having more options would be nice. At the very least, they shouldn't forbid that you bring in HEALTHY food! What kind of rule is that? If you're not going to offer healthy options, then we should be able to bring in something healthy. They also burnt the popcorn, but the pizza was actually pretty good. 2. poor communication about "rules" and pricing At no point did anyone explain to me that the host, who waits in your birthday room at the beginning of the party, gives out the wristbands, socks, and waivers to all of the parents and jumpers. This was incredibly confusing and could've easily been cleared up if they'd bothered to actually explain it. It caused some delays, which was problematic since there were other delays due to their poor communication. The party is supposed to be for two hours; in my case, it was from 3-5pm. They told me to arrive "15 minutes early" for preparations. As such, I showed up at 2:45pm, which is 15 minutes early, at which point I was told that the 15 minutes was from 3-3:15. This was NOT made clear anywhere at all, and it caused more problems. What I ultimately discovered was that your party is really only for an hour and 45 minutes; those first 15 minutes are preparatory. I asked when I arrived if I could pay for some of the parents to jump with their toddlers. The host told me that if I added those parents onto my bill at the end, they would only cost $7. If we paid up at the front individually, each would cost $19. So I kept count of the parents and went up at the end to pay with that number to add to the bill. The only actual adult employee in the entire place told me that this was wrong; adding any extra jumpers would be $19 each. That being said, he only charged me for 1 extra jumper since the mistake was the host's and not mine. 3. mistakes Some of the previous points were mistakes, but the host made yet another. She offered to put our cupcakes into a refrigerator and then forgot to bring them out during the party. This was partly my fault too, but the host should've made certain to bring us our belongings if she offered to stow them for us. 4. missing host At one point, we just couldn't find our host at all. Another member of our party arrived and needed waivers and wristbands, and she was nowhere to be found. We had her paged 4-5 times, and finally another girl came to take care of it, but that shaved off jumping time for that member of our party, which I had paid for. Overall, the employees were very nice and our host was extremely professional, but this is what you get when you let 19 year olds run everything. I'd only ever come during the toddler time on Tuesday mornings, and there is an older woman working there then and some guys who appear to be in their mid- to late-20s. I probably would've thought twice about having the party there had I known the employees were so young. read more

I try not to post any negative reviews. I find them to usually to be emotional responses. This is not. What I want to share about this business, is that the facility is not well maintained. The youth running what appears to be everything are unsupported. Equipment failures complicate their abilities. they were very kind and as helpful as possible, but overwhelmed. I am not sure what the posted capacity was, but I think it was unchecked. It could be diagnosed with lack of experienced management or absentee ownership. feedback from surrounding parents concurred our experience. As this is the only indoor trampoline park now in the city, this leaves great opportunity for competition. We miss sky zone. read more

The kids had so much fun which is the most important thing. The pizza was tasty which was a nice surprise. But there were a few broken games that didn't have an out of order sign and the foam pits smelled of feet and I instantly regretted going in to help my little one navigated. All in all a fun time for kiddos, decent kids party food I would definitely have a birthday party here. read more

Went last week during toddler time and my 4 year old had a blast. Great experience. Today, we drove 35 minutes to get there for another round of toddler time, per their posted hours on the website, and they stopped us before we even made it to the door. They had booked a private party during published toddler time hours and wouldn't let us in. Son was very disappointed. It's been a month already and now they're going to wait til June. Imagine the diseases lying in that pit of foam waiting to attach germs and God knows what else to our children. Safety first is, without doubt, not their first priority. I will refuse to allow my grandchildren to return to that business. It concerns me very much that the owners of a business that cater mainly to children allow such goings on without an iota of concern for their safety. Sadly you can't leave zero stars. My wife took our son and daughter because one of our sons friends was having a birthday party there. My wife stayed very close to our five year old daughter who is SPECIAL NEEDS and my wife observed her from the designated area for an hour and then one of the young rude staff comes up to my wife and puts his arm up between my wife and daughter telling her she can't go onto the mat, mind you she wasn't and had not the whole time while none of the staff was anywhere to be found the entire hour she was there. My wife like a momma bear having someone come between her and our daughter told this young rude employee she wasn't going onto the mat and hadn't planned to and he better move his arm and not touch her. This rude employee walks away and another one appears following my wife and child like they were criminals and my wife finally told our kids to come and go to the game room at which time what we think was management because she was older but not professionally dressed and rude approach my wife and says I understand you're disgruntled and my wife says disgruntled is an understatement she tells this woman also rude what occurred and that she was staying close to our daughter because she is SPECIAL NEEDS and this manager looks at our daughter and says she doesn't look special needs to which my wife responds oh exactly what look does autism have. The manager tells my wife she can ask her to leave and my wife says you don't have to we were already leaving and I don't really want to be somewhere that doesn't accommodate for SPECIAL NEEDS children. We were on vacation and had a free ticket. So much fun! My husband and I were the oldest people in the building. We jumped for a full hour. Easy registration, required socks part of the deal. Many options to pick from - climbing wall, dodgeball arena, basketball, and obstacle course. We moved from area to area and had a great experience. So sore (in a good way) the next day. I don't recommend people of color spending any of their money at this establishment. Teen workers need training in Customer Equality. My children and 2 other were denied service because the owner's teen son did not want to serve them. He told the 11 and 12 year old BLACK girls he did not feel like it serving them and told them they could leave if they wanted to. He laughed and walked away leaving them at the counter. They told an adult who as tried ordering something, who was also ignored by the teen. We were also attending a BIRTHDAY PARTY. Customer service is the key differentiator between good, bad and indifferent companies. My family and I went so our kids can have some fun. The place is great and my kids had a blast but I was extremely disturbed with how many ppl had no masks on. I thought it was a law to wear a mask in NC? Also, no social distancing was being put into action and the sanitation that they do was a waste , all was done was wiping the hand rails and that's it. At one point there was so many ppl there that I told my husband it's time to go bc there was just too many ppl and 90% of them with no masks. Now I'm freaking out I may test positive for it in the next few days. We just wanted our kids to go out and have some fun, safe fun, but not there. Sad bc I really did like the place. read more

A very choppy layout with priority given to dodgeball vs. jumping and obstacles. The jumping area is really nothing special (see pics). There are TWO dodgeball courts, a basketball area and a small obstacle course that takes forever to get your turn at because there is only one way to enter it. Instead of a foam pit they have a big trash bag looking thing that you can't really jump very far onto because there is no room to run and actually launch yourself out onto it. I watched people jump onto it for a while and nobody ever even cleared 1/4 of the landing area. Not the best design. Another area of poor design I noticed is where you have to walk past the counter of the snack bar to get to the lockers (obviously a high traffic area) so if there is a line at the snack bar you have to excuse yourself through layers of people just to get to your locker and back out. Comments from the kids: "This place makes me want to go to Gravitopia" and after asking how much an hour jump was ($14 plus $2.50 for socks) they said "Gravitopia should raise their prices". Also the area I refer to as "the lazy mommy mezzanine" doesn't have sofas or comfy chairs like most tramp parks. Just metal chairs and tables, most of which were littered with cups and dirty napkins. Not impressed with the paper wrist bands instead of rubber (a la Live Strong) bracelets given at other tramp parks. Kids like to collect them as souvenirs. It definitely gives a cheap first impression. We were looking forward to checking theirs out. As far as staff, the guy who checked us in was cool and accommodating. He seemed to get it but the greeter at the door was incredibly long-winded when telling us to log into their computer to create our waver. The people at the snack bar were totally out to lunch; having side conversations and refilling their own drinks while I just stood there waiting to be served. As mentioned it is already looking funky and dirty so they definitely need to up their standards and give those kids something to do. I probably won't go back until I notice a lot of positive yelp reviews. I'm thinking it'll take a while for them to get the kinks worked out. read more

Will NOT be coming back here. Pizza dry and hard as a brick, staff rude and way too young to even care about quality. Made to buy new socks after being told that current socks were fine and AFTER paid for session and the kids jumped for 20 minutes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. For a party of 8, (4 adults and 4 kids), half a pitcher served and when taken back asking for a full pitcher was told that we would have to purchase another one and accused of drinking half of it even when shown the 4 cups given for the drinks. When approached about the socks, employee went to the 9 year old kid instead of talking to the parent right beside of them. Kids crying because they weren't allowed to jump until the purchase was made and no refund to leave. All tables were not cleaned and the trash was not even thrown away. I under estimate this place all the time! I absolutely LOVE toddler time on Tuesdays. And today on a Saturday afternoon with 4 you g children, we braved it. I never thought Saturdays would be a good time, thinking crowded or full of teens.... Turns out it was PERFECT!! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. I was highly impressed with the cleaning of the facility every half hour and the very well mannered young staff. I rarely see teens with such good manners and professional demeanor in a workplace. These owners run a tight ship and I will forever support that. This place is DISGUSTING!! The restrooms are filthy, trash and food all over the floors. I literally had to tippy toe to find a seat to avoid sticky juice spills, food, etc. I've been here for an hour and no one has cleaned. They are all standing around talking and laughing. There is an announcement every now and then that asks all jumpers to freeze so the place can be sanitized. That's not happening whatsoever. There are so many puddles of spilled drink. The trampolines themselves have debris all over them that a simple sweep or wipe would fix. If you are not alcohol drinking age, Friday night from 8-10pm is the best night out in Asheville. They have a legit dj spinning awesome rap and hip hop and the regular lights go out and the black lights on. Its a hip night club for kids. The priority ismost definitely dodgeball which for my sons is ok, but i had a real issue with the way that it was run. There were quite a mix of children and adults in the game and no one was controlling the speed at which the adults were throwing the ball. Younger kids are at risk of getting nailed with a very hard throw at anytime. The staff attendant was even throwing very hard at the kids. There needs to be some serious changes made to the regulation on the game before someone gets hurt. It is not funny when a child gets hit in the face by an adult throwing and will be worse when there is a fight between adults over a hurt child. There is a younger section dodgeball court but it is really toddlers and the in between kids have no where to go. Fix this please so our kids can enjoy dodgeball as well. We had a blast today at this place! I went with two of my friends, my 8 month old, and a 4yr old. We loved jumping on the squares that are designed in a grid-like pattern to keep people from bumping into each other. The line for the obstacle course moved quickly, and it was fun cheering on the kids while we waited. There is no running allowed since it's a HUGE liability for a place like this, so yeah, no running start for the air bag. Boohoo. Staff were young, but competent and very friendly. Everything I saw was very clean. I will be back with more friends next time! read more

This looks like a great place to have some fun; however, we looked up hours on their official website and they said they were open. We saw some other places that said they might be closed on Mondays, but their official website said they were open on Mondays, and they had a specific banner running on the top of the page to specifically highlight that they were in fact open on Monday. We drove 40 minutes only to find that their hours were incorrect and they were closed. Definitely call before to make sure they're hours aren't incorrect. read more

The place was so cool and has such good prices! I hurt my foot maybe 30 seconds into jumping, but they took super good care of me and we're just really sweet and gave me a jump pass for my next visit. No one else in my group got hurt, I'm just really clumsy, it's actually a pretty safe environment I just got overzealous and careless. TJ was fantastic and made sure I had everything I needed and wrapped my foot up well and checked in on me regularly. 10/10 would recommend read more
