My favorite thing about TopJump? There's a time limit! Each session is one hour, so your kids are free to jump their little hearts out, climb their little legs off, and parkour their little pants off for one hour. And then ... a giant voice booms from the sky that everyone wearing white wristbands need to leave because their time is up. Hey, we're wearing white wrist bands! "Aw!" You say to your disappointed children. "We have to go! They are making us leave. No, we can't stay longer because otherwise, we'd be breaking the rules." And it's not your fault that you're making your children leave the "funnest" place they've visited all week. It's TopJump's fault. The booming voice is the bad guy, not you. Thanks, TopJump, for having a time limit. Otherwise, it would be hard to get my children to leave this place. This place really is fun for kids. There are trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball court, trampoline basketball courts, ninja courses, a foam pit, an area for really young kids, and lots of rock wall climbing in a different section. The climbing area was where I was most nervous, but they show you how to snap into the climbing system. Parents help their kids do it, and it's super simple. By the end, my oldest child was doing it himself and helping other kids, too, so it's very easy. The climbing area is where adventurous kids can really show off, because there are lots of different things to climb. I'm subtracting one star because the joint is a little worse for the wear. You can tell that the building is old, and things just look a little peaked. But there are lots of attentive staff everywhere making sure kids are playing safely, so that's the most important thing. read more

Brought the girls here for some jump fun while on vacation since a cold day and we really didn't want to do outdoor activities. Cost is $16 plus socks $3.50 per jumper. They have dodgeball, ropes, foam pit, trampolines. They do make all watch a safety video before entering the play area. Very disorganized and confusing place. You go in and sign the waivers like any other jump place. You then get in line to pay. You pay and they don't say anything to you about anything. It was confusing trying to find the entrance to the area where you jump. We finally found a door but it was an exit. Ventured on and found the entrance. Right when we were about to open the door a crew member yells from the booth to wait. And nothing else. We are like ok. So we stand there. Then a few minutes later he announced for all jumpers with the orange band to line up at the entrance door. Then we are taken into a room to watch a video. Then they are able to enter and jump! Whew I'm exhausted from describing this. Hubs went to get us water. There was no separate checkout for food/beverage. He had to ask a staff member to be told that it's the same line as the one for jumper admission. How stupid! So he had to wait to the side until his turn. read more

It did have a lot of space but I must be spoiled in Pittsburgh or something because ours here just have more options. The biggest disappointment for us was that the ninja course was a bit too high for our 6 year old but he's too big for the toddler area so he had less options. The employees weren't super friendly and we had to hook our own kids into the rock climbing area so I had to rely on another parent to show me how. And on a personal note there was an arcade game prize with a creepy character that terrifies my children (Huggy Wuggy from Poppy's Playtime). I'm sure it's not the same for all families but my 6 and 8 year old have a phobia so I can't blame the place for that. Our family had a good time here! Good rainy day activity if you're on vacation! We watched a safety video before entering! I liked that- our park in NY doesn't have that! It was much smaller than our park in NY, we have altitude back home! However, it wasn't too crowded, so there was plenty of room for our 8 & 10 year old. They enjoyed the jumping space, basketball area, foam pit, and the climbing area. My 1 year old had a good time in the toddler area. I have been coming to Gatlinburg since 1990. I brought my two grandkids kids and the rules aren't enforced with local kids. It was unbelievable. The staff was rude. I will NEVER ever go there again. It was the worst experience I've ever had in 35 years. I don't know who the manager is but he needs to get that staff trained. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!! Terrible experience. They would only allow my 2.5 year old toddler in an area clearly designed for babies. He wanted to jump on the larger trampolines with his siblings and every time he tried staff yelled at him. We frequent the trampoline parks in our area (Cincy) and have NEVER experienced strictly confining a child to one tiny play area. I also have to mention the playground they had in the baby area was unstable and unsafe, it was missing three large bolts on the bridge. They had large dirty blocks in the area as well. The whole thing was cheap. My 9 yr old daughter was most excited to do the ninja obstacle course. The rules are posted in print stating you must have closed toe and closed heel shoes. My daughter was denied access to this and came to me in tears stating the teenager running it said she is required to wear gym shoes. She was wearing high quality low cut boots w treads which met the posted requirements. I asked to speak with him and he told me that the policy changed bc gym shoes have more stability. I explained that these boots have far more stability than gym shoes, and he said there's nothing he can do. We gathered our things and I asked the manager for a refund. One star is being generous. The employees didn't seem to care about anything. I paid for 4 park hopper passes and almost didn't get to do mini golfing because the lady that checked us in only put one pass on our card, but luckily I printed out the park hopper passes and we were able to play due to that alone. We got cheated out of $3 at a game in the arcade and waited 10 mins for someone to show up and give us a refund we were told we'd get and no one ever came. We waited at the counter to turn in our tickets for about 15 mins before someone came over, and then never rung up the 400 tickets on our game card. The employees didn't seem to want to be there. Some in the climb area were on their phones instead of helping the kids. The employees also seemed annoyed when having to do their job. On our last day in town we stopped to jump for an hour. We walk in and the smell of candy hits you in the face. I can just feel the cavities forming in my teeth. I could smell the candy on my hands in my hair and on my clothes while we drive home. The attendant was super nice and help full. You have to watch a safety video before you jump which is nice. There's not much to it compared to most trampoline parks. That said - my kids had a good time. We spent about to hours there. Between the jump time and the arcade, we spent around $50. We were able to use a coupon code for $2 off each kid. We found it online. They seem to discourage the parents from jumping. My wife and I expected to pay and jump, but that must be abnormal here. We thought we purchased 4 passes, but they rang us up for just the kids. Other parents had the same experience. A little training at the counter would help this place grow its revenue. Do not come here if you enjoy other trampoline parks. My 3 year old was restricted to the toddler area and could not play with his siblings. This place has so many rules that you cannot enjoy yourself. In the climbing area my older kids had no help because I was restricted with my 3yo. Went to this place for my daughters birthday but they would not allow her to jump due to a slight disability where she needs minimal help from an adult. Josiah discriminated against her and said she couldn't jump. My daughter was heartbroken. They will allow toddlers who can't walk well to jump, but not a 7 year old. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves for discrimination of a child with disabilities. read more

Here's a picture of my incredibly bored 5 year old. He was 1/2 an inch too small to play on the trampolines. They made us sign our life away on their waivers, watch a video that doesn't apply to the foam box he was allowed to play in. What exactly was the point of that? We wanted to leave as soon as we saw the "play" area and the manager made no effort to issue a refund even though we didn't use the facility. We basically walked in and handed them $15 for nothing. My kid is small for his age, I signed a waiver so if I think he's ok to run on the trampolines then it should be fine. Not like he was 18 months old or even 2 years old. The least this establishment could do is tell us at the door "hey, you might want to take a look at the area to see if its worth it". I would've turned around. Save your money. This is my second review of this place and I couldn't be more happy with this place! The staff is friendly and helpful and love their jobs. They enjoy playing with kids. This means so much when you have a bunch of active kids jumping around. My little one came in with his birthday shirt on and they gave him a icy in a sports cup for a keepsake. We visit on lots of our trips to pigeon forge so my active boy can runoff steam and I can rest in the chairs. We enjoy our trip more and more each time we come. read more

The outside of the building is a little misleading, you think it's mostly a jump place but it's really 1/3 jump area, 1/3 arcade, 1/3 candy store. That said, my younger kids had a blast. Only one thing was closed down about it due to covid. We also couldn't let our kids do the ninja course because they wore crocs and instead of shoes. TERRIBLE FOR TODDLERS AND PARENTS! The good reviews posted on their page are mostly from the employees that work there. Shannon was extremely rude to me. I had no warning yet she came up to me and said your toddle can't climb that it's a rule do it again and I will kick you out. The toddler section isn't practical. The parents have no where to sit. We got socks and paid so we could jump with our son but there isn't anywhere you can do that at in the toddler section. You can't take your kid to the large section it's a rule. Even if you had a place to jump with your kid you wouldn't be able to any way because you can't hold hands while jumping, it's yet another rule. When I brought it up to the manager later on, he was unapologetic and did nothing to make it right. read more
