Yeah, so this ain't no place for adults! LMBO!!! I played dodgeball, slammed dunked a few times, played Wipe Out and did a flip into the ball pit! All in about 35 minutes! The foam pit swallowed me whole and took about a good 10 minutes to get out. By the time I was out, I was out of breath and sweatin! lol *where's my water bottle?!* AND! I do not recommend this place. the minimum time to purchase is 2 hours at $28/child. big air down the road offers one hour passes. after school hours should have a one hour jump pass option. THEN they wouldnt let my girls wear big air grip socks they had on so had to purchase sky zone socks. Go spend your money at big air instead. read more

This location has the fewest things to do got an 8 year old. although it's not a bad park, I would not recommend it for the pre teens. not much for them to do in comparison to other parks we've been too. What can a little old lady say? This place is geared to youth--YOUNG YOUTH. We were at a 6 year old's birthday party. The venue was noisy--actually LOUD! There were all sorts of interpretations of trampoline activities: wipe out where you dodge or jump rotating arms ( actually I'd like to try that in a private session after a major wipedown of the components), a Ninja warrior obstacle course, and all sorts of trampoline "cages." Every young person was thoroughly enjoying their time...and sweating...with red faces and soaking hair. So good to see them physically engaged! There are four Party Rooms with picnic tables for all the party-goers. Our group had ordered pizza and they arrived from Domino's piping hot. The order was placed when the room was reserved and Sky Zone was responsible for placing the order and making sure it arrived on time. With this party package came the beverage options of water, lemonade or Sprite. We had a delightful employe to serve, accommodate, straighten and clean. Very excited to have trampoline park open in Greenville. This place is extremely well staffed as there were staff members everywhere. Also they have Dodgeball for 15 and up separate from 15 and below. I definitely recommend this facility to all ages as there is ample space to spread out. They also assist with group functions like birthdays and corporate events which I may plan in the future. This appears to be the next popular franchise as It is a fun activity but an extreme workout at the same time. Keep up the good work! read more

when we got there the spinning ride was working but a few minutes it was "broken" for the rest of the day.

I had my hopes high because well, it's a trampoline park. The weekend before I had went to DEFY and wanted to try out a few other places. We went to the front desk to show are confirmation email and get out wristbands, but nobody was there. There was a few kids waiting by the snack bar as well with no staff to help them. It was about a minute and a half till someone helped either of us. Nothing was said to us other than "How can I help you". I said that we purchase tickets online and he said "name?" That's it. he got our socks, handed us wristbands, and walked away. We start to walk around and notice there are no staff supervising. There was a person sitting in front of the huge trampoline pad, and another in front of the dodgeball court, but they were both in their phone the whole time. The things to do was extremely limited. They didn't hold actual dodgeball games, it was a bunch of toddlers running around both courts, so we couldn't go on either. The foam pit had several toddlers swimming around in it, for the entire time we were there, so we didn't go in it (we sat in the edge and stuck our feet in the pit, but we both got really itchy leg, a few minutes later we had a bit of a rash from the foam). Most of the exhibits were closed down, saying you need a member of staff to supervise. So I go up to the front desk and ask a lady if there was anybody that could assist us. She said she'll have to grab one of the guys from the back, and over the half hour that we were there, I noticed whenever there wasn't any customers at the front desk, all of them would go into the back room. Eventually a man (about 19) came to turn the ride on and supervise. He didn't seem happy at all about it. Eventually a kid jumped in the ride as well, and kept getting hot in the face with one of the inflatables. For context, the ride was called Wipe Out. He eventually fell to the ground and cried and the employee didn't do anything. he didn't look into the ride the entire time. After that, we decided to leave. To begin with, we purchased an hour and a half. We left after 30 minutes. I've also noticed one more thing. They keep is so hot in there, that you leave before your time is even up. The drinks are super expensive as well. I went to the bathroom and it was even hotter! my entire back and front side was covered in sweat and the water wasn't even cold so I could splash my face with it. Overall, this is the worst trampoline park I've ever been to. I would never go again. read more

Only played for 40 minutes and paid for myself and a friend for 2 hours each. Total cost came out to $50. I only got $12 back for being there only 40 minutes. They said they have to charge for an hour, plus the socks, but I should have at least gotten $20 back. Would NOT recommend and we will not be back. (Mostly because we realized we're too old to do it, but also because I got jipped.) read more

Very unhappy with the service I received at this sky zone location. We arrived at 2:40 and bought half an hour of jump time and they assigned us jump time from 2:30 - 3:00, so by the time we got our shoes off and socks on, were only got about 15 minutes of jump time. When I asked about it, they said that's just the policy and I should have waited til closer to 3:00 to buy our jump time. That makes no sense and is not the policy at any other sky zone that I've been to. read more

You might think this a place for kids, but we had a group of six adults and had a blast! You will be surprised how worn out you will be after. The facility is very clean. They provide you with special socks. Wear gym clothes! You will rip normal clothes and be hot and sweaty! Pretty cheap too, $10 for 30 minutes, $13 for an hour. But buy the hour, don't add on an extra 30 minutes or you will get charged $5 for the extension rather than $3. read more

This is a pretty good sky zone and has a lot of fun stuff but it's not the best sky zone I personally prefer the one in North Carolina but this one has some pretty cool stuff and most of the workers are pretty nice read more

This place was such a blast! I was hesitant as I wasn't going with kids. I had a lot of fun and me and my friend weren't the only adults there! The foam pit is good for building confidence for the main area. Basketball does add a little bit of a challenge. The adult dodgeball was so much fun. They did kick us out for a teen group and didn't open the other court for us (on a Saturday). Other than that the staff was awesome, one member, Jason even gave us some pointers and words of encouragement. The should have a membership as this is a great workout and a lot of fun. read more

Skyzone is clean and looks like it's going to be a great time but I'm disappointed in the pricing and inconsistent information from the workers. We brought our four year old and almost two year old the minute the doors opened to make sure we went at the least crowded time only to be told the two year old couldn't jump. Another family came in later with two 18 month old babies and they were allowed to jump--for full price. Gravitopia is much better as far as pricing and friendly, helpful staff. read more

Fun place. Clean and bright. Fitness classes are fun and challenging. Staff isn't very knowledgeable about the schedule. I called because I noticed the fitness class times changed. They informed me that the 5:30 class listed online was supposed be starting at 6pm, not 5:30. Bought my ticket online and got there just before 6 to find out class started at 5:30. Our family had such a blast here! Very clean and well staffed. We did all of our wavers, buying tickets, and choosing jump times online, which was nice! Had a few run-ins with small children not being monitored by their parents, cutting in line and not taking turns. But that's mom and dad's fault. read more

My family and I enjoyed going to Skyzone during toddler time on Weds. So we decided to take my son for his 2nd birthday during regular hours. We get there and its literally just us and my sister inlaw with her son. We start jumping and one of the workers asks me to take my hat. Sure. Had no problem with that. Then the same individual comes up to us and says we cant jump with our kids. Our feet have to stay on the ground. We do what he says but we never heard this rule and we go there often with the kids. So we move to the foam pit and we have the kids in there and we are in there with them to make sure they are ok. Again the individual comes up to us and tries to kick us out and only do it one at a time. My kids are 3 and son just turned 2 today. So we have to be in there to wtach them. Again we never had this issue during any of the toddler times. So we request a manager and it turns out to be an individual thats there during the toddler times. You would think he wouldve been like "Oh hey. See you here ALL the time." Nope. He acts as if he doesnt know. Im 6ft 9in tall and my wife in 4ft 10in tall. We are hard to forget. He goes on to say well its policy to make sure the kids are safe. We bring up toddler time and he says its different because there isnt any bigger kids. We look around and explain to him that we are literally the only ones in there. At this point im upset and just want a refund. We paid for an hour and was only in there for 10 mins. The manager says he cant give us a refund but can give us a free 30 min pass. I say "Thats unacceptable. You guys completely ruined my sons second birthday." He continues to deny us our refund so I finally ask for the number to the general manager or the corporate office. He doesnt hive us the number so i began to look it up. At that point he decided to give us our refund. We used to love coming here. Whole family used to have a blast but after today we will not be returning. I would not recommend taking children under the age of three or that cannot understand or doesn't listen to your commands. There are a lot of large children running spinning and jumping out of control completely oblivious to what's around them. The first red flag should be the 3 pages of small print required of you to sign prior to you entering the play zone. Probably best for pre to teens. read more

Top notch in the trampoline industry! Impressionable clean facility with impressive manners from kid staff. They have separate days and times that they open just for toddlers, they require slip-proof socks (no stinky foot diseases!), and they separate jumpers by age and size for safety. A staff attendant watches each area to enforce rules so all have a great time while keeping my kids safe. Hands down the best in warrior courses as compared to the other two upstate trampoline park. I felt like I was on a set of ANW! They had 3 Dodgeball courts open, so I actually got to jump and play with other kid-minded adults! Their climbing wall was like nothing I've ever seen before. Kids we're interacting with each other and a game..It was super cool. Price was fair. I heard GLOW night is an even cooler experience. Will definitely be checking it out soon. read more
