I will be taking the girls back in the next week or so to get their full hour. Thank you to the manager at Just Jump. I paid for the tickets at 1137am. The girls went to take off shoes and put on the trampoline socks so by the time they were jumping it was 1150ish. At 1226pm they called all pink and red wristbands out that their time was up. It wasn't close to being an hour but they would not allow the girls any more time. I was told that the hour started at 1130am before we even bought the tickets but if I had waited until 1145am to pay then their time would have rounded up to noon and they would have had one hour and fifteen minutes! This place isn't concerned with children having a good time it is all about the money. I won't be back.

And it's not your fault that you're making your children leave the "funnest" place they've visited all week. It's TopJump's fault. The booming voice is the bad guy, not you. Thanks, TopJump, for having a time limit. Otherwise, it would be hard to get my children to leave this place. This place really is fun for kids. There are trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball court, trampoline basketball courts, ninja courses, a foam pit, an area for really young kids, and lots of rock wall climbing in a different section. The climbing area was where I was most nervous, but they show you how to snap into the climbing system. Parents help their kids do it, and it's super simple. By the end, my oldest child was doing it himself and helping other kids, too, so it's very easy. The climbing area is where adventurous kids can really show off, because there are lots of different things to climb. I'm subtracting one star because the joint is a little worse for the wear. You can tell that the building is old, and things just look a little peaked. But there are lots of attentive staff everywhere making sure kids are playing safely, so that's the most important thing.

I have seen grown ass adults with their children and teens my daughter is in her early 20s but looks like a 16 year old. And we just want to have a place to have fun and socialize but this is not it. They have fantastic activities really fun things to climb on and jump or swing but no specific age group has direct access and if this is a policy they want they need to make it very accessible to be known this is only for little children. Or maybe have schedules where certain age groups have access without the bullcaca. Also I felt uncomfortable trying to jump on a trampoline in one spot for fear some little kid is going to run past and I might step on them or fall myself and hurt them by accident. I really think that they should have a schedule where certain time is age appropriate so accidents don't happen and everyone can enjoy it. We attended our first gymnastics meet yesterday and I have to say I am even more impressed. The coaches were there and guided them every step of the way and helped calm those first meet jitters. What i saw and heard from some coaches from other local gyms made me realize how lucky the gymnasts at FAA are. Our coaches at FAA truly have our children's best interests at heart.
