This place is horrible. The machines are extremely old, and the entire laundromat is outdated. Considering how much they charge, you'd think they could at least invest in upgrading the equipment and keeping the place clean. The facility is filthy. The counters and machines are dirty, and it doesn't seem like cleanliness is a priority. To make matters worse, I used one of the washers on the delicate setting, and my clothes came out absolutely soaking wet. I've been doing laundry for years, and I've never had that happen before. I asked the employee (possibly the owner) about it, thinking there might have been an issue with the machine. Instead, she told me it was "normal" because I used the delicate cycle. That explanation made no sense. She even suggested I run the load again. At that point, I told her I didn't think I'd be coming back. There are much better laundromats that are cleaner, have newer equipment, and provide better customer service. I won't be returning. read more

Came here on a Saturday because I was multi-tasking. I was going to a concert at the Observatory, but didn't care to see the opening bands and decided to do my laundry since I had it with me in the car. The area is nice and looks safe. Inside it was definitely messier than most laundromats I go to and I used to go to one in Santa Ana that's hood, but it was WAY cleaner than this location. There's a liquor store next door which is super convenient when you want something to snack on while you wait. There were plenty of televisions here and at the time we were all watching the last bit of the Paris Olympics. Parking was not an issue at all. I was able to find a parking spot out front easily. It's definitely just a laundromat, but it's not as clean as most I've been to and so I will say this is just ok. read more

I will say I've been coming here since I was a little girl and although there have been some issues with machines and rude people, it's the nostalgia that brings me back. It's the most budget friendly you'll find in the area and the convenience of the liquor market next door comes in handy to pick out a few snacks or in case you run out of laundry detergent (like me). The machines are definitely on the older side and I don't think I've actually ever seen them get replaced, even the white ones have been here forever. The one thing I really do wish is that there machines could do heavy soil on cold or extra rinse; since they're old fashioned, sadly they do It does tend to clutter up from time to time, I always see the owners here cleaning. Not much you can do when people don't clean up after themselves after visibly littering. The restrooms need some desperate attention. Not only does it have a foul odor but the walls are dirty, no seat covers, no hand soap or lid on the dispenser, no running water, the mirror was streaked and non existent, and lastly no hand dryer. I've been living in CM for the past 4 years now and have been coming here for the past couple months cause the laundry at the complex is a bit overpriced. They have gone through some changes since and after covid they do have a sign that states to bring own change but the shortage is taking a toll everywhere so quarters are kinda of a pain to obtain even from the bank. I tend to bring only $5 bills to exchange last wash is at 9:30pm, I've never been that close for washing but it's a nice time due to working and getting off pretty late. Haven't had a negative issue or complaint regarding this place but I'm only here once a week so there might be more issues others may have/seen read more

Single load of laundry at the apartment is $1.75 a load, plus $1.75 per load for the dryer. Boyfriend and I live a block away from here and when I heard this laundromat had good prices, I didn't believe it so checked it out myself. Single load laundry is only $1.50 here, and $3 for the triple load machines. Dryer is $0.25 per 10 minutes, so 50 cents normally does the job for me. It does get busy here on the weekends, especially Sundays, but they offer free Wi-Fi and there are chairs and tables for you to sit at if you have work to do or just want to read a good book. Today is my 2nd time coming here, and I have nothing bad to say about this place. Will definitely continue to come here for my laundry needs :) read more

We have been coming here for years but will NEVER come back. The owners son verbal attacked us for not wearing a mask even though owner was there at the time we arrived and never complained. Mind you 75% of the clients were not wearing one so it was not as if she was not aware. I understand owners can require a mask to enter their business but there is no need to be so disrespectful and obnoxious about it. As we were walking out he was continued to yell at this point I'm not sure what he was saying because I was walking to my car. I did noticed he was arguing with clients that did have a mask on. Terrible customer service. There are so many other places to do your laundry I would recommend not to give money to people that do not care for your business. read more

I would be inclined to recommend this place if it wasn't for the fact that on more than one occasion I've shown up and every machine is being used. Other than that the place seems safe and clean. The machines work. read more

This place is right next to my house and one of the only places open late, which is when my schedule allows for me to do laundry. Only getting 2 stars because the day staff is very nice. However, The Asian cleaning man in the evening is so extremely rude and aggressive. So much so, i had to stop coming to this business. He yells and cusses at customers, before even attempting to ask nicely. He once flipped out on my boyfriend and i for using the laundry carts because he already mopped. It was 10:30 the place closes at 11. People were too nervous to even finish folding their clothes (they just left). As we walked out we could still see him screaming pointing to an area he had to mop that we hadn't even been to. He then proceeded to flip us off as we drove away. People need to be able to get their laundry from the dryers. You shouldn't be mopping the floor before closing and getting mad at the existence of customers paying to use the facilities. Today i didn't have a choice but to come here, and again this man is grumbling around aggressively moving people laundry baskets. The washer i paid 7.50 didn't work properly, it locked my clothes in for 10 minutes longer then it should have, and didn't spin them. So they were soaking wet. As a female i do not feel comfortable approaching this aggressive and angry man about my issue. NEVER AGAIN. I never thought someone could make you so uncomfortable while simply doing your laundry. read more

My washer got stuck, it has been stuck for about an hour just washing and washing saying it has 1 minute left only. I informed the cleaning lady that is currently here and she advised me to call the emergency number. I call the emergency number and the person answering the phone stated that the cleaning lady just has to turn the switch off and they would call her to tell her. Well apparently this is not urgent to the cleaning lady since her shift is over and picked up her belongings and left. By the way both her, her husband and granddaughter or whoever helps her clean here are very rude. The granddaughter is a teenager and was trying to start fights here at the laundromat. Also, this one b**** had the nerve to flag her damn hand in my face to place her clothes in a dryer above where I was placing my clothes while a whole bunch of free dryers were around us the whole time. People will always find something to complain about but I like this laundry mat because it actually offers single load washes, unlike some others in the area. $2 is not that bad considering what rent prices are. It's a clean, simple laundry mat and it's very safe and quiet also. So I'm happy. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner but I'm not complaining. It's hard to get excited about a landry facility, but this has everything you would want - a convenience store next door for laundry soap, softener, and food, (as well as vending machines in the facility), enough machines to never have to wait to find a washer or dryer, and high capacity machines. I have a washer and dryer in my home, but I come here for washing and drying larger items, and machines are usually working great. The wifi makes it easy to get stuff done while you're waiting. read more

Clean, good machines, easy to walk around, friendly staff. There are video games, TVs, tables, a soap vending machine, and a change makers that accept 1, 5, 10 and 20 dollar bills. I used to use this place all the time when I lived closer, and it was always a positive experience. read more

Ripoff city. Prices for a small load is $2. Next step up is a cramped space of $3, then jumps to the larger $4 ones. Definitely a push to you to spend more $ Also, I put on for warm water loads...lukewarm is the best it could push out. Had I not needed to be local to do something else I'd go back to my regular haunt in HB. Only positive is that these machine run times are faster, but that's just to be expected to line the owners pockets. read more

There was a lady in the beginning when I first got there she was funny and nice but when her shift ended and the fat Asian came in he was very rude to the people inside who didn't have masks, now the mask mandate was lifted so they thought it was okay besides the lady didn't say anything to them so they thought it was okay , when he came in he went off on them and told them to put a mask or get out and he was saying if they're going to be inside to put a mask on but they didn't have one and they had to get their clothes out of the dryer so they can leave but the guy started yelling so loudly and cursing at them and how they have to have a f-ing mask on and f-word this f-word that. That is NO way to speak to anyone like you seriously barley came in and you're already tired of life ? If you don't like your job buddy get the hell out no one wants to deal with your tantrums. Hispanic cleaning lady made me feel extremely uncomfortable the other day. I get my change first before I bring in my laundry. She comes up to me and tells me I can't grab change unless I'm doing laundry. I tell her I am doing laundry and asks me where my clothes were, I tell her in my car! and she looks at me like she doesn't believe me! I tell her she is more than welcome to come get it out of my car with me, to which she responds she doesn't have to do that! Once she saw me bring in my clothes, never once did she apologize. Machine wasn't working filled out a form not even a response back. This was 2 weeks ago when the cleaning guy was there and saw it all. Not an issue with the guy or the small amount of money have some common courtesy. He was the one who said fill it out. Also if a washer isn't overloaded fix it so it works. Tried again today with washer 42&43 the four loads & they short change you time. I started 43 first and 42 finished over a minute ahead. Hate doing multiple loads at home but this place is garbage won't be back. Oh and ghetto ass out of control kids running around with weed. They are like 11 or so. Love this location for its cleanliness and its employees are all very nice. Refunds are given via check or sometimes immediately. Never have seen the manager or gotten a response from said person after I left a letter. But what really bothers me and the reason I'm not leaving more stars is that they allow people to drink alcohol inside late at night. I've only seen this one couple drinking while washing and occasionally making out but they have never been told off for drinking and bringing in packs of beer and coolers from a couple stores down. Otherwise this is very delightful lication and last wash is at 9:30. Parking is limited so come early. read more

Ok, so I was stoked to yelp out a cleaners that was open later then 10pm and this one showed they stay open until 11pm... So, I'm like awesome, so I drive the 11mins to get 1 load of laundry done and "I also called the phone number on the website as it was the same as yelps & "no one picked up after several rings" so I took my chances anyways and was happy to see they indeed were open... I walk in at 10:00pm and the lady runs up and tells me "I can NOT Start a load" !!!???? What? I cN do one load!? Even in a small washer??? She said no last load is @ 9:30pm! I said well why didn't you answer the phone I called to make sure because I WOULDN'T HAVE COME HAD YOU ANSWERED AND TOLD ME THIS INFORMATION! Right then I dialed the number again and NO RING WITHIN THE PLACE... She said, oh the phone is locked in the office!! Real nice lady ... Really 9:30 last load but they stay open till 11pm this place bites!! Thanks for nothing! Now I see why they have so many BAD REVIEWS!! Nice way to do business people! So lame!! read more

This laundry is pretty clean, lot of room to move around, they got all size of washer machines, amber paking, flat screen tv, snack and soda machine, games. I would recommend to anyone live by. read more
