I will not come to this dry cleaners until the daughter gets back from Vietnam. She shouldn't have left her mother in charge of her business. I took a pair off pants to get them altered and I told Rose that I needed them by a certain day. Well, when I went to collect them, she said they weren't ready and to come back tomorrow. Then I went back and she told me they couldn't find them. Then she started looking everywhere for them and finally found them in a basket. Well, that basket was for clothes that hadn't been started on yet. I held my composure and asked her to please have them ready for me, because I needed them the next day. She had finally gotten them done. Then, another time I took a gown in to have it altered. Again her daughter wasn't there. So, I asked her if she could alter my gown, because I was going to be in a wedding. When I picked up my gown and tried it on at home, one side of my dress was longer than the other, but I had no time for her to fix it, because the wedding was the next day. Now today 5/10/26, I went in to see if my pants and a dress could be altered. I asked Rose if her daughter is back from her vacation and she said no. I heard the lady she was attending say that the daughter wasn't coming back to the states. So, I just said "okay thank you" and I left to look for another place to do the altering. I wish they would warn the customers before they start on our clothes.

They are clean and do not smell bad! I was super impressed with the fact that it only took 22 minutes to run a cycle in the washer. My hubby has nasty smelly and dirty work clothes and I was impressed again when I pulled them out and they were completely clean! The dryers are heavy duty and they dried our clothes in less than 40 minutes. Everything here is super clean and in great condition. Even the rolling laundry baskets. A big draw to this place is that you don't have to have quarters or cash. They have a reloadable card that you can use your debit card to add funds to. It makes it very convenient and easy. Every time we have come here (which is once a week, gotta love the RV life!), it is never overly crowded. We are always able to get multiple washers right away. We have been to multiple laundromats and this one is by far the nicest, and cleanest and the one we will continue to use while in Watsonville. Plus, as a bonus while we wait for our clothes to wash we get to walk to the Silver Spur for breakfast/lunch!

You get 6 minutes for a quarter, so $1 is enough to dry your clothes. You only get 25 minutes maximum, and it was enough to dry our clothes.
