My clothes didn't even feel or smell as much cleaner I wanted it to. "low prices" also isn't the case here either. Almost spent $20 on two loads w/ the dryers. I did post some pictures to let anyone who would want to know what it looks like on the inside so they won't have to waste their time coming in. But I won't be using this place again. The person who answered the phone handled it very poorly. Instead of listening, she started counting how many times I've been there and pointing out that I'm a "long-term customer," as if that determined whether my feedback mattered. She then offered to re-clean the sweater, but I had already said that wasn't what I was looking for -- I just wanted to share feedback so it wouldn't happen again. The conversation felt dismissive and oddly defensive, and it made me feel like my concern wasn't taken seriously. For a business that depends on repeat customers, the way feedback is received matters just as much as the service itself. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of professionalism and basic customer care.

I stopped by again ashamed at my disorder but also shocked to hear all 3 suits were ready before the date I was given. 3 suits altered, and pressed in 2 days. The lady giggled and gave me a 4 day turnaround, but you guessed it, they were ready in 2 days. 3 suits and 2 shirts came out to about $250. Then I came in and price doubled. It was 17 for one and 30 for two. I feel bait and switch. When I picked it up, I didn't notice that it still looked awful, and my husband actually wore it. I took it back for a re-do today, but #1 no apology for not getting the gum out, and #2 they wanted to charge me another $10.50 to try again - no promises - because it had been more than a month since it was cleaned. Unfriendly, no apology, no recourse, I was out $10.50m and the shirt had to be dumped in the garbage. Do NOT use this dry cleaners - it should go out of business!

Really bad experience from start to finish. Took in two vests for dry cleaning, one was a brand…read morenew, expensive gift, I had just cut the tags off to get it cleaned. First I had to argue with the employee that faux fur meant fake fur and not fox fur. That should have been my first red flag, but after I asked him to look up the definition of the word faux, we reached an agreement that it was indeed fake fur. A different employee rang me up for two jackets, I told him that they were vests and he argued with me about it. I was running short on time so decided just to leave and talk with them about it when I picked it up. He also didn't apply the first time customer discount. When I picked up the vests, the employee agreed that they were initially billed incorrectly, changed the ticket to vests, and said the first time discount could no longer be applied. Fine, was satisfied he corrected the bill, until I opened the package to see that not only was the material on the new, unworn vest now matted and rough (looks incorrectly cleaned), but is also now missing its belt. I mentioned the missing belt and the employee explained that since they didn't initially notice the belt, they weren't responsible for tracking it as a separate item. I asked him to look for the belt and he could not find it. I emailed the business asking for a manager to call me and still have not heard back. Recommend that you just save the heartache and go elsewhere.
