Had to wash bulky bedding that did not fit in my home washing machine. Went to another laundromat and it left my bedding with a horrible foreign smell that I only caught after I was already in bed! Laundry Day is awesome! I started using the 'pick up/do my laundry/deliver back to me' service when I first broke my clavicle and had a hard time lifting. I'm still utilizing their service! They're prompt, they text you to ask if you want to skip or to confirm a pick up, they come pick up your laundry and text when it's done. Then they deliver it the next day and text to let you know it's been dropped off. Pricing is by the pound, and it super reasonable. They fold everything neatly and hang blouses as requested. I wash my bulky bedding regularly here. I love that it's always clean and quiet when I go before 7am. (Never been here after 8 am) I really like the pay by app feature. No need to schlep a bag of quarters Only down side for me is that the only accessible sink is in the bathrooms and someone has to key in the code for you. read more

This place is spotless! Employees were throughly cleaning washers after each use. Friendly staff. Had a coupon for $5.00 off first wash; they were not aware of it but honored by giving me 2 dryers free, which amounted to the $5.00. Lots of room to fold clothes, numerous baskets for transporting clothes from washer to dryer. App that you use is easy to use. Loved this place. Big washers and dryers for bulky comforters and sleeping bags. Was able to pay with my phone using an app. The app starts the machine, tells you how much time is left on the cycle, and will send you a text a few minutes before your wash or dry time is up. I can't believe how great this service is! I work from home and keep ridiculously long hours. I have an Airbnb that stays busy all summer plus I run two other businesses that stay busy year round.I was doing laundry constantly. Not only do they pick up my laundry and bring it back within 24 hours, but it is PERFECT. Everything is folded perfectly and organized, and the whites are so fresh and wrinkle free! I have been coming here since they opened which would be around 3-4 times a month because I wash here for for my business needs and personal. At first it was great , the facility was always clean and employees were nice, prices were reasonable. Over time the prices has gone up , the employees seem kind of out of it and don't really have a welcoming attitude. I also have been locked out many times when I come to wash at night . The door hours say's open until 11 or so and the "last wash" is labeled at 8:30 but they close the doors and lock them at around 8 or so. What really made me give this review was the fact that one of the employees removed my clothes from the dryer while it still had some time left. I came to check on them and when they were nowhere to be found I asked and she walked over to a corner where she had put my clothes on a cart in the center of the laundromat. I felt my clothes and they were still damp I told her that this was not okay at all. She did end up putting my clothes back on the dryer but had a passive attitude about it. I then noticed she herself had taken up all the dryers and I'm not sure if it was for personal use or for a fluff and dry service. Still this was very unprofessional and it made me really uncomfortable that someone touched my personal items. read more

This review is mostly about the staff and safety of the space. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the washer & dryer system is easy to operate especially from the phone app. This was my regular laundromat for a long time. The last visit I had was on March 2 2023, there was a man parked next to me following me in and out of the business as I was loading and unloading my laundry out of the car. His car was parked next to mine and he was yelling disgusting obscenities at me. Eventually it got out of hand and the next time I got out of my car he physically approached me. The only thing I could think to do is speak to the staff and ask them to talk to this person (who I found out was not a customer) the girl sort of shrugged and said she couldn't do anything and left. I made the decision to never return to this space as there isn't much of a safety protocol in place. Had I been assaulted in either the parking lot or in the laundromat, what measures could have been taken to prevent it? Anyways I asked about refunding a significant amount of money that is in my account, the owner reached out via phone call and text. He was kind, apologetic, and agreed to refund my money. I haven't heard anything since, I sent a text and follow up call today. I hope there are changes made to ensure the safety of patrons in this establishment, I hope nobody ever experiences what I experienced while trying to do their laundry. I hate leaving reviews like this, especially since I really do like the services. However I don't feel comfortable ever returning and just wanted to give a heads up. read more

Very clean, 1 clerk working in the am and 2 working in the pm. I've seen them constantly cleaning the insides of the washers and even the soap dispensers. There is also an app Speed Queen & you can pay for the machines digitally. My teen boys go with me and I put them in charge of that and they love it. read more

I never thought I'd be writing a review of a laundromat but here goes. This place dispels any laundromat stereotype you might have. What a pleasure it makes the whole experience. The overall appearance is immaculate. The machines are state of the art (both washers and driers). There were 2 "resource" people available to answer questions sell detergent, etc.. Their app is great making the need for quarters a thing of the past. I have a washer/drier stack up in my apartment but it will not deal with heavier items. I'll be taking all of my stuff to Laundry Day as much as possible. I think my clothes get cleaner in their machines - believe that or not. read more

I love this laundromat! I RV around the country with my family of 4 and sometimes I get to backed up on the laundry front of things for my washer dryer combo to keep up. So that being the case, I have been in many laundromats around the country and this is one of the nicest ones I have been to in a long time. This location is also a first for being able to pay with an app on my phone, major plus for a momma that would rather not carry around her wallet while chasing after two littles. The building is well maintained, clean and the staff is usually very friendly. Even today, the attendant pointed out a dryer that still had time on it just to save me a little money. There are coin machines here too for those needing to exchange dollars for quarters. The only downside of this place is the prices are a little on the expensive side but you honestly get what you pay for here. read more

Typically I don't use Laundromats, however as I just moved to the area I needed to. I've never seen a laundromat as modern and clean as this one. I used their app to get rewards and received $10 just for signing up! I have a 6 month old and worry about the quality of washing for her clothes. The machines are new and perfect at getting all sorts of stains out of her clothes and blankets. They also have attendants that are also super helpful and friendly. Once the lockdown lifts and she's a bit older we'll be able to advantage of their kids area, filled with books. read more

Okay so this was my second time coming to this laundry mat. The first time I let some things slide. Like the prices (super pricey compared to other laundry mats) but the second time was horrible customer service. First, if you're washing later at night and 8:30 hits you must stay inside until you're completely done because they LOCK you out. Stood outside for like 20 min because no one could hear the knocks or door pulls. So if you're loading stuff to your car and it's past 8:30, good luck getting back in. Even tho they close at 10? The lady cleaning around this time was doing things with attitude. Moving peoples carts with out asking very abruptly. Would get mad when people would put a trash can down from the benches so we could sit! I was okay with the prices at first but being around employees doesn't make it worth it. I will say, the washers and dryers are very good and range in sizes. It's modern and the music isn't too loud. read more

Pretty impressed at how clean and modern this place is. That's not something you see at any other laundromat. They have attendants that keep everything clean and sanitary, which is prime in during the pandemic. I like how there is an app that gives you rewards/bonuses.
