All these carts being held hostage by people and being used for anything BUT their intended purpose. One lady had her purse in one while sitting in a chair. Another woman had her hamper in a cart while leaning on a table watching TV... I had to carry my laundry in my bare hands to the dryer... had to make three trips. Ridiculous, whoever works here should keep an eye out for these people and take away carts when they're not being used.

It was my first time there and she made sure I knew how things worked. The machines are really nice quality and don't leave any funky smells on your clothes like some laundromat machines do. I was able to wash my really big bed comforter for ten bucks which is a pretty good value I think! At other laundromats it's cost me $12 bucks just to use the larger washing machine so I'd say this is a steal. The place was clean too and you can use their card system, or pay with cash or credit/debit. Nice location too, just off the highway near Del Monte Shopping Center. I'll definitely be back again!

This person could've added a little bit of value to their business seeing I was a new customer by telling me there's a minimum charge order price when I brought in a tiny bag of clothing. When I picked my clothes up on Sunday at noon, the young lady was pretty blah. She told me $17.50. I was surprised, but I gave her a $ 20 and said you can keep the change. She replied "do you want to receipt?" I said "sure and thank you." And then just silence... grab my laundry and walked out. How difficult is your job? Are you that unhappy that you can't be polite?

I left my cell phone on top of the washing machine and was gone for about half an hour and when I came back, the attendant handed me my cell phone and let me know that I forgot it. As long as I'm using a laundromat in Santa Cruz County this is the place that I will come. I drove all the way from Santa Cruz to do my laundry here in Watsonville because this laundromat rocks so much. I love to do my laundry at 3 AM, and Launderland has me covered.
