I am a regular here and today was horrible. Came to do my laundry at 6:45 and they closed the doors by 8:15pm. Employee stated they close early when there is no people. There are literally people washing and they said no one is here. People are having to knock just to get back inside to get to their laundry. The sign says they close at 10pm. Why are they being so rude. If they don't want to work why be here. Get someone that can do the job and not close the doors early just so they can leave early. BAD FOR BUSINESS! read more

Mike really is amazing. Washing clothes is always kinda an experience . Mike was super helpful calm and really just assisted me with washing a pillow. I recently visited this laundromat for the first time, and experienced unnecessary hostility . I was genuinely excited to find a new, convenient place to handle my laundry, but that feeling didn't last long. While now I understand the "no wash, no dry" policy, the workers approach was completely unprofessional and insulting. Instead of a polite explanation of the rules to a new customer, he approached me with hostility and condescendingly asked me "if I knew how to read" (in Spanish) There is no excuse for a business owner to treat people with such contempt or try to humiliate them in public. I was essentially told I was not allowed to dry because I didn't wash there. I apologized and told him It was my first time. He then try to say I could dry this time only but at that point I told him I no longer felt comfortable. Moving forward I will never go back, and I highly recommend not supporting buisnesses like this. Our money is power. Business need to treat humans with decency. read more

I saw reviews indicating that prices would be fair and machines are up to date . That was not the case for the fact being machines weren't up to date like other locations I been to nor are prices fair . I usually use the big machine and it cost 9$ with updated machine but this location offered 12.50$ and you still gotta pay to dry .25¢ per dry . The pictures look pleasing but the once you enter you will get a different feeling . But yet again it can be worse which is why I'm giving it 3 stars read more

I just went here on Sunday, April 23rd, at around 1045hrs....I usually go to another laundromat closer to my house, but they packed for a Sunday. So I decided to try it out, I had LOTS of laundry that I needed to do. When I came in, the place was very clean, and there weren't too many people. They had coffee for whomever wanted it, and the futbol game was goin. I ran out of cash but they have a service where I can get money off my card by just asking them, and using one of their services, so that helped me out a lot. Javier was amazing and very customer service friendly. However after I got home, I noticed I was missing some laundry, so I came back today, Monday, to see if someone had turned it in. I met the owner Edwin, who was also very nice, and looked around where they could have been and called Javier and low and behold, Javier put them in a bag and had them in their lost and found! I was so grateful! They were super nice and I got my clothes back and as a single mom struggling, I cannot afford to lose anything! Thank you so much guys! You have a permanent customer! I'm here in Compton from Atlanta working and I brought my clothes there two days ago for Fluff and Fold and asked that they be delivered to me at my hotel. I even paid extra to the person that I dropped it off with for them to bring the clothes to me. I have not heard anything from anyone and my clothes have not Been delivered. I'm really surprised because I used your service last week and the service was prompt and done extremely well. I tried looking up your phone number but no luck.
