A quarter gets you five minutes on the smaller dryers but to my surprise, it only took about 20 minutes for a load to dry. Mind you my loads were not large and I did not use the washer here so imagine a load in a home style washer and bringing it to dry and it only taking 20 minutes, which is really wonderful. I wish it was a little bit cleaner in here though, and that the Wi-Fi password was posted because it gets a little bit boring, of course just standing around however this place is pretty solid to get in and out real quick. Parking is also a pain when it's busy, but if you wait enough, you'll find a spot.

As a first-time customer, I visited this laundromat on a Sunday morning to wash large bedding…read moreitems. I used two of the large-capacity machines for duvet inserts and a separate machine for a mattress pad, all with the same detergent. The mattress pad came out clean and smelled exactly as expected, but both duvet inserts came out with a very strong wet dog odor. The laundromat did offer to reimburse the two $17 wash fees after i emailed them, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue became much larger than that. I took the duvet inserts home and attempted to rewash them, only for the odor to transfer into my own washing machine. I am now spending additional time and money running cleaning cycles and sanitizing my washer. Meanwhile, the duvet inserts still smell. Tons of Bubbles suggested I pay an additional $80 for their wash-and-fold service in the hopes of fixing both items. Instead, I have taken them to another laundry service and am hoping they can be salvaged. As of this review, the issue remains unresolved. I still have two smelly duvet inserts and may ultimately have to replace them entirely. What ultimately prompted this review, however, was the customer service. My husband called hoping to calmly discuss the situation and find a solution. Instead, Deanna became confrontational, blamed us for the issue, and stated that customers are responsible for cleaning the machines before use as staff arrives at 9am to do cleaning inspections. That explanation was surprising. If the laundromat is open and available for customers to use, it seems reasonable to expect the machines to be clean and ready for service, regardless of whether staff are currently on-site. Customers should not be expected to inspect or sanitize commercial washing machines before every load. Problems happen. What matters is how they're handled. Had this been addressed professionally and respectfully, I likely would have remained a customer. Instead, I was left with bedding that still smells, additional expenses, time spent cleaning my own washer, and a customer service interaction that was unexpectedly hostile. Based on both the condition of the machines and the way this situation was handled, I would not return.

It may be smaller than some of the others, but the quality and care here stand out. I stopped by a few times while my in-unit washer was down, and every visit was quick, friendly, and seamless. The owner is amazing -- truly welcoming -- and his staff is just as wonderful. They're attentive, professional, and there's always someone available to answer questions or offer help. It had been at least 15-20 years since I'd used a laundromat, so having an attendant present made the whole process easy to navigate. That level of support is rare these days. I know how it works, I know when the best time to come is, and I can hog up all of the washers and dryers because usually when I come, there's not many people around and nobody complains. I used to really enjoy coming here when the old owner was here. He was super friendly and would always chat with me. The prices were cheaper and be never rushed me, even when I came in late. Fast forward to now, and the old owner has since then sold he laundromat to a new owner. This lady... really don't care for her. Whenever I come in, the girl is just cold towards me. She always starts cleaning sh*t 2 hours before closing time which really doesn't make any sense at all because people just dirty everything back up after she cleans it. She's always in the God damn way when I'm trying to wash. Always moving my stuff which just grinds my gears like no other. At 9 o'clock, this broad locks the door while people are still inside of the place. It states that the last wash is at 9 and that the place closes at 10, but you'll be lucky to even get in the door at 8:45 with her ass. I usually just sit in my car if I come in the evening to avoid being locked in. She's super loud and clumsy, always bumping into people and things. And God forbid that your laundry is still in there at 9:45 or later. This chick will stare you down like a hawk until you leave. It doesn't help that half of the effing washers and dryers are always out of service. Get that sh*t together, please! Doing laundry is already a nightmarish chore as it is, and that fool just adds to the stress and hatred of doing it. This lady literally yells "I'm leaving" 10 minutes to close... WTF? Don't you guys close at 10?? This ain't tor own personal schedule!!! I've been coming here for years, way before this chick was even working here. But, I'm on my last leg right about now.
