Lower than poor customer service. Older lady is nice. The daughter is beyond unprofessional and rude.

I'm so pissed wasted an hour in the laundry. I use the eight dollar wash. My clothes came out smelling like sewer water very smelly. I asked another customer. Did they experience the same thing and they said yes either is the water or something but please fix this issue for the next customer cause I'm not never coming back. read more

I have come to this laundromat for the past 2 years since I sold my house. I have always had a great experience here until today! The older lady is super kind (the owner) and another elderly lady who works nights is nice and friendly but TODAY the "supposed" owners daughter was SO incredibly rude! I highly doubt I will go back. I was heading out and immediately had to use the restroom. This establishment was the closest to me. Since I come regularly to do my laundry (was here last night) I stopped to use the restroom quickly. She met me at the bathroom door demanding that I could not use the restroom. I'm reasonable, I'm respectable, I had an emergency and she could not care any less. When I came out of the bathroom she was ready and waiting to have words with me. And yes, I gave her a piece of my mind. Now Im telling you.....the young woman (who says she is the ownes daughter) is a real piece of work- You can read between the lines on that! read more

The laundromat is fine. It's clean and it serves its purpose but if you need help you're on your own if you don't speak Spanish. Also, the people working there are busy washing the clothes for their wash/food service so you don't know that they work there. I stood at the window for help having no clue that the lady I needed to speak to was at a table folding clothes but overall the place itself is goo like I said you get to wash/dry your stuff with no problem. read more

For such a big spacious clean laundromat, why does it get such poor reviews? It's the Customer Service, from manager. She puts don't use stickers on ALL THE Good Dryers and she uses the only big dryer for customers for herself even before she uses the do Attendant Only dryers. Ask to use one the manager we'll make herself more important then you the customer. read more

the ladies working here are so obnoxious ! my daughter is 2 years old and the ladies working here followed us and made it her mission to walk around us and complain about everything my daughter is doing. she touched the machines and debt machine twice and she's like " tell your little girl stop pressing buttons that's our machine " I said come one she's 2 she pressed two buttons. they have all theses interesting machines, and gumball machine machines, but no kids can touch them! it's crazy this women takea there job a little to seriously! would I recommend this place ? absolutely not unless your prepared to be stalked by the workers here! they always come behind me " hey you left this " like yes i know I'm 2 ft way! it's ridiculous how theses women micro watch everything ! such a waste! this place has great machines ... great games just sucky customer service! another time I came ... two ladies eatting in the back and I said sorry I just need to buy something and she huffed and puffed ... like ladies it's your job! they are picky and choosy when to do their JOB! won't come here again just not to see theses women face from dirty looks to huffs and puffsand complaining about kids touching stuff when it's supposed to be a KIDS FRIENDLY Environment! read more

Staff are sometimes rude. they close off the cheaper washers early for no reason, so that you have to spend more on the more expensive washers. They have signs that say you cant put towels or jeans in the cheaper washers so that you will use the more expensive ones, when you can put jeans and towels with no problem. They are phony. read more

It is alright. I used to come here a lot in the past. Today I am not here as often as I used to. Overall things get done here and clothing are clean. Service can get better. Prices are good and usually all machines are good. If you just want a quick in and out, you will get it here. read more

Today I was sitting at a table with my husband. We literally JUST GOT DONE eating and I was still finishing my bottle of water. The young lady with the long red hair told me I still have to have my mask on. I let her know I was just finishing my water and she got an attitude with me saying it doesn't matter and that I need to pull my mask under my chin real quick and them pull it right back up. I asked her to calm down and she told me she can throw me out for asking her to calm down. She needs a serious attitude check. We will no longer be using this location. I am compliant with using my mask and have never had anyone ever say anything to me. Other than her, the place is a nice place to do laundry. read more

Single, double, super (4 loads in one) and mega (5 loads in one) washers. Super clean and well lit. You can only use cash and you have to purchase a rechargeable card to the right of the counter in a machine. We were here at midnight and did not feel creeped out at all. I was there a few weeks ago and I didn't want to say anything but if this were the only laundromat in town, I'd rather wear dirty clothes than set foot in that place again. Although the place was clean and orderly, the owner was a b**ch; rude and disrespectful to her employee. I could swear she (the owner) was high on something. Her employee was a sweet girl; kind and helpful. I don't remember her name. She had pink hair. The games don't work right either. They just steal your money and you won't get it back. My grandchildren were very upset. While I was there, I overheard other customers talking about the owner. They said she (the owner) was like that with other employees as well. Only place in Palm Beach County where you have to wear a mask. The attendants are not polite and yell at anyone not wearing them properly.

They will allow unattended laundry to sit in extra large washers and Dryers forever! When I kindly ask if they can remove dried laundry that has been sitting for 30+ mins after the dryer stopped their response was there aren't enough carts. So I have to literally use 11 small dryer when I could have easily used 2 large dryers. I hope this message gets to the owner because there aren't enough dryers on a busy day when your employees allow this . read more

This was my first time using this location to wash and dry my clothes. I have to say that I enjoyed the experience. The lady who works there was very polite and friendly to my husband and I. The dryers worked well and that was a plus for me. I hate driers that take forever. There are plenty of machines, some out of order, but that is to be expected. Life is not perfect. :) It's open 24 hrs which is also great if you get out of work late and need to wash your clothes. So I do recommend this place. read more

I was charged $32 to wash to comforters which is ridiculous but I was in a hurry. When I went to pay the owner she told me that she did not except cash as payment. I thought she was actually joking but she wasn't. Being that I only had cash with me she told me in front of one of her employees that she would except the cash from me but her staff is not permitted to except cash from customers.TALK ABOUT THE PRISONERS RUNNING THE JAIL. I would fire my entire staff before I made the decision not to except cash as payment and inconvenience my customers. I'll never go back there read more

do not play the mortal kombat 3 arcade game. it will eat your quarters. don't bother talking to the staff about it because they don't own the machine. they do however enable the machine owner to continue operating his little scam here and are unwilling to post any signage to that effect. also, that game where you drop a quarter down the tube on to a revolving floor and that knocks other quarters into the prize well, that game is possibly rigged. I dropped a buck fitty in there and saw some pretty suspicious placement. I remain dubious as to the integrity of that game. player beware. laundry machines were excellent. read more

As big of this place this is. I'd expect for them to have good customer service . I went in come to find out that they don't take coins and you have to pay an extra $2 for the card. There was no sign anywhere to let us know that the machines doesn't take coins. When I asked the lady she said that I could purchase a $2 card but she wouldn't be able to put the coin money in there which I had already cashed. So basically I'd just have a card and I wouldn't be able to do laundry in it wtf. Anyway poor service. read more
