I had my clothes back, beautifully folded and neatly placed in plastic bags that were contained in my laundry bag the next day. Second wash was free. This jacket was corrected and looked new. The other 2 bomber jackets, i asked them to NOT wash these but of course they told me, "To late. Already washed." Really? Not even 24 hours when i dropped them off they washed them? Whatever! I picked them up and once more noticed a white, thick line on the front and back of both. Ugh! They of course charged me for both but then they will rewash for free. I don't understand how this place has lines out the door. I guess if you are washing simple things like pants and t shirts they can't mess these items up? Do NOT give them costly, rare, one of a kind items. They will mess them up and you will pay for the first mess up but the second wash is free. I will NOT trust them again with my expensive items again.

When we picked up our order, one of the items was missing. Since there was no press person available, we were told it would be ready the following day. When I called the next day, I was informed that the driver had taken the item to another location and that it would not be ready until after 3 PM, unless I wanted to pick it up at a different location myself. Because we had to leave out of town, my sister-in-law called since she would be picking it up for us. She was then told it would instead be available the following morning at 8 AM. This level of disorganization is not acceptable. The missing item was a pair of suit pants needed for an event. We had planned to pick them up in time to have them hemmed, but due to the repeated mistakes and inconsistent communication, we were unable to do so. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

I did note their speed, efficiency, and convenience- all things I greatly appreciate.  So I dropped off multiple items and then picked them up a week or so ago. Placentia. Just got into the items today. Shocked. The tie still has the stain. It was clearly processed in some way but there was no attention to the stain at all, or any acknowledgement of it. I dig in further and find a shirt that looks like crap and as if there are sections on it that are melted. Further in and I find a pair of slacks be had cleaned many times in the past by another spot...there's literally a new pattern imprinted down the leg as if it was heated to a point where a weird pattern was imprinted on it. So, while speedy with multiple convenient locations, the quality is sub-standard. Literally afraid to check other more expensive items I sent their way as I'm afraid what I'm going to see. Given this was our first time at this laundromat the manager Bonnie helped us personally by giving tips on how to use the machines and their app to download. The whole place felt safe and well-maintained. I also appreciated how fast the washers and dryers were. It saved me a lot of time. Definitely one of the best laundromats in the area, and I'll be coming back again. Highly recommend!
