While I was waiting a man came in complaining that he went for alterations for his clothes and when he picked it up they had not done anything to it yet charged him as if they did. While I was waiting the man helping me kept complaining and blaming me for this situation even though I was told it be ready and it wasn't. He asked me to leave and come back in an hour while he looked for my clothes. I called an hour later and was told they found it but was not ready so I had to wait an extra 30min. I went back over an hour later to only have part of the clothes ready and told to come back in another 30 min. This is ridiculous Stay away from this place!

I took a mens dress suit to get cleaned here a few months ago (not a high end luxury suit, but not a cheap suit either). I went to wear it a few days ago and noticed that the coat was mine but the suit pants had been been switched to another pant (another brand and another size). So I returned them today and the man there said, "I can't do anything about it" I said, "That is your protocol, you lost my pants and you can't do anyting about it?" He said, "when did you bring it in?" I said, "I have no idea, I only come here". He said, "I don't know you well". I said, "I have been coming here for 15 years, I know no other dry cleaner" He said, "you don't come in here often" I said, "I wear t-shirts to work, I don't have a need to come in often. "So then I said, "In order for you to to address giving away my pants, I need to come in every week?" He had no response. He was also on his cell phone the entire duration of the time I was speaking with him. So in summary, if you encounter an issue here, you will likely get a smug response from the man who works here. No sympathy, no customer service, no attempt to resolve, just a smug little response. If you want my advice, you should move on and find "Another Cleaner" besides this one. I will recover financially from Another Cleaners losing my suit pants, but I not sure if I will ever forget the lack of customer service experienced today.

I was devastated because I had received this sweater as a gift. I immediately decided to go to a dry cleaners because I am not a professional stain remover (especially for wool). I was researching nearby dry cleaners and all of them had mixed reviews so I did not want to risk it :( luckily, I had come across this cleaner while researching and it has good rating/reviews on both Yelp and Google! I live close to this cleaner so I decided to go and I was glad to have trusted my instinct. The stain is completely gone and the sweater isn't overstretched or shrunk (see pictures!)
