First time trying a mobile groomer and I have to say I'm glad I did. Saw the Laundromutts was close to my house and the reviews here on Yelp were great. My doggie is a feisty 12 year old and does good in different situations but seems to get scared and clingy on occasions. For that reason I did not want to drop her off at a groomer for hours. Caroline was great with communication. Said would arrive at 9am and it would take approximately 1.5 hours and that is exactly how long it took. Daisy seemed to be very comfortable with Caroline. Daisy looked like a cute hairy little beast before now she looks like a beautiful little lady lol. We will definitely be return customers. read more

I'm so pleased with my Laundromutts experience! Caroline recently groomed my 60-lb goldendoodle, Rooney. She arrived on time and was very kind and professional. I have never used a mobile grooming service before but I thought the price was very reasonable (and comparable to what I've paid to have Rooney groomed at a shop) and I didn't have to leave my house - a huge plus with a newborn at home! It took about 2 hours. We have had several bad and over-priced haircuts in the past (people tend to groom doodles like poodles) but Caroline listened to my desire not to have a poofy q-tip head and it's definitely the best he's looked after grooming. Rooney was a little hesitant to board the bus because he's a mama's boy, but she let me lead him in and then he was fine. He got bathed, clipped and even had his ears cleaned. He smells great and can see again! My husband even approved and he always complained he looks too "poodley" after haircuts. read more

She happened to be booked up & the only reason we looked into another groomer, big mistake!! I could tell he had a bad experience & couldn't get out of there soon enough & his cut was horrendous! This has never been the case with Laundromutt. Samson is quite fond of Caroline & I don't blame him. She's sweet as can be!! Caroline is very professional. Gets back to us promptly when we call to set up an appointment & always shows up on time, if not a few minutes early. She also sends a friendly reminder the day before the appointment which is a nice touch. I love the convenience her business offers & like what other reviews mentioned, Laundromutt prices are sooo reasonable. I love the fact that he's not cooped up in a kennel waiting to be groomed. I usually have her come by on Fridays to my workplace. She finds a spot in the neighborhood behind my company's building and does her magic. Samson looks so handsome everytime he is groomed by her. Caroline does such a great job cleaning his ears, cutting his fur around his paws, glands, etc. His overall cut is beyond up to par to my standards. I would highly recommend Laundromutt to any pet owner out there looking for great, professional, & top notch service. I found Caroline to be very professional, nice and pleasant. My Australian Shepard mix Bodhi received a summer shave down lion cut. This is not any easy feat. Bodhi has thick, long hair, with close to the skin dreads in some areas. Caroline did a fantastic job! I've tried reaching out to a few mobile dog groomers and couldn't get ahold of them. With Laundromutt I received a prompt call back, a text confirmation, and an appointment within the week. Caroline did an amazing job on my dog, Chloe, who was long overdue for a grooming. I couldn't believe the amount of undercoat she was able to get out and how clean she felt after. I've tried a few other groomers in the past, and Chloe has never felt as clean and smooth. Her ears, nails, paws...everything looked great. Her breath even smelled nice when she was done. Caroline was also very attentive to my dog's special needs, being a 14 year old shepherd-mix with discoid lupus. She used hypo-allergenic soap and allowed her to sit most of the time while being groomed. Chloe seemed relaxed and energized when she was done, whereas with other groomers she's been shaky and exhausted after. I'm so impressed with the job that Caroline did, I'll never try another groomer again. You can just tell she cares about the animals she works with. Such a great grooming service! read more

Caroline Rocks!! Caroline groomed my dogs for the first time this week, and her work is second to none! My dogs have never, ever looked better. My poor Max really needed his hair short/shave because he hates being hot with all that hair; he is part Pom, and Caroline made him look and feel fabulous; he is so happy and you can really tell!!! Caroline is the BEST! She is sweet and courteous and listens to everything that you want. She is always on time and always confirms my appointments with me ahead of time. I have two Labradoodles. One is a medium at 30 lbs and the other is a large probably at 60 lbs. I have used multiple groomers and have always had an issue with how they look after. The other groomers always give my dogs a poodle cut with a shaved nose and bottom lids. I love poodles but if I wanted a poodle look I would have poodles! I also had issues with how groomers handles my dogs. If they scared of the groomer either after or before the grooming it gets me suspicious. My 30 lb dog is a super friendly and social dog so its rare that she doesn't like someone. Anyways, I've been using Caroling for almost a year now and am always happy with the results. My dogs always look and smell wonderful after and are in great spirits!
