And then you use that laundry card or the machines. You can put any amount you want onto the laundry car. Someone load to wash $3.75 the biggest load they have is $11.50 and about 50 cents for 7 minutes to drive. You can't buy any supplies with your debit card or your laundry card you have to have cash which is a detriment. I don't carry cash. So make sure you bring your soap with you. This place is located in a quiet part of West Seattle during the week hardly any traffic maybe four people washing in any given time and they have a TV and they have a lot of chairs but also very bad they have no bathrooms here. So after this I think I'll just do laundry at home.

I recently moved to Los Angeles and found a new dry cleaners down the street from me that charged me half the cost for the same items which was refreshing. I thought of this place and wanted to leave a review to warn people how bad this was. These people were hostile, defensive, and greedy. They kept on hassling me about my clothes and texting me for approval for new costs. The texting person gave me an estimate and sent me like over 10 photos of my clothes to point out all the stains and hair that was on my clothes and repeatedly told me my clothes were wrinkled and very dirty. This was unnecessary and made me feel attacked and shamed. Like WTF?? I just wanted them to clean my clothes not pick faults with me! Instead, they acted like they were taking me to court! So much unnecessary stress and hassle for dry cleaners! They ended up charging me over $50 more than originally estimated because my clothes were oh so hard to clean and so dirty. Despite going over the original estimate, they still hassled and tried to guilt me for tip at the end saying they gave me a deal. What deal? Your services are super expensive! The tone they texted me was just so very rude it's like they didn't want me as a customer. I never fought them on the expensive costs but they were hostile from the start. I ended up going back to my previous dry cleaners, City Custom Tailor & Dry Cleaners in Belltown. They are not cheap either, but a little less expensive and they are chill. I do not think cheap dry cleaning exists in Seattle but this service sucks.

It is absolutely within my rights to leave a 1-star review as a reflection of my experience with a business's subpar communication. If you look at the other low reviews for this business, you'll see a pattern of poor communication skills. Service isn't just left at the product. It goes all the way to effective communication, of which this business has none, other than to double down and defend themselves anytime someone has criticism.

Plenty of street parking infront of the shops down the street, though it is always busy and spots are always taken. The laundromat is nice and clean. Machine is clean and new. There are spots to sit and wait for your laundry, some arcade games, and they even sell slushies(?) and stuffs there if you need. For my comforter dry cleaning, it's a flat of $70+ (after tax). You drop it off and they'll tell you how long they'd need to get it done (5-6days). But you will get a text message when it's ready. I went to pick it up and decided to take a look right away. Glad I did, because it seems it wasn't cleaned right. The light-yellow ish stain from sweat wasn't even cleaned off. So i immediately showed it to the staff and they right away offered a second time dry clean for free. For this, I thought mistake/subpar quality was made but customer service to make up for it was acceptable. Would still give it another go at this location if I have anything to dry clean next time

Well, this place is close to where I live, clean, no smells, staffed and normally busy which is a good sign. The large 3-load machines cost $3 and I bring some quarters from my piggy bank and run a load every so often. It's pretty quick and I can run the load, dry and leave in about 1 hour. This is good place if you live within a few miles of the location as I wouldn't drive here from long away for a laundromat. Another plus is the Salmon Creek Cafe is just beside this place and you can get a coffee + apple turnover or eat breakfast or lunch at the same time if need be.

They shrunk my curtain and while they did make multiple attempts to fix it (sometimes in a begrudging way), they refused to admit they actually laundered it and pay for it to be replaced. I complained to the BBB about them where they lied about our interactions and the initial condition of the curtain which was basically brand new and only had something spilled on it, hence me coming to them for cleaning. They took the unusual route of speaking to the BBB through a lawyer in what I can only guess was some attempt to intimidate me, where they accidentally admitted they laundered the clearly wool curtain that I told them on initial drop-off was dry clean only. Additionally in my first interaction I gave them an out, saying if they couldn't do it that's ok I'd try elsewhere, and they assured me they could. The owner essentially called me a liar, said the curtain was in a poor state when initially brought in (as if that matters), and accidentally admitted they ruined my curtain.
