I found "laundry ladies" online, and within the same day our laundry was picked up around noon, and it was brought back later in the evening (FOLDED PERFECTLY). I was in a serious depression pit that had left me unable and uninterested to do laundry. And was overwhelmed by it. Almost 4 months of laundry had stacked up and I was looking for support to help me maintain that piece of our families lives as work was just pure chaos. The LL team was incredible. Responsive and they even got down into the specifics of how I wanted items folded or which ones they would send back ready for me to hang. This service changed my life and was well worth it to have the support and time back. I always joke that the first gal Marie Kondo folded my underwear and it was so wild yet organized and space efficient that it's now the only way I fold my underwear. Update : After contacting the owner I revised my review for her amazing customer service , her willingness to make it right and prompt response to my reviews. I haven't used the service yet unfortunately so i will update again when I finally have the chance . The fact she was so quick to respond, I would definitely give this company a chance :) Old review : I'm only giving two stars because the first laundry lady who contacted me was very polite and professional unfortunately she was all booked up and couldn't accommodate me . She referred me to another laundry lady who messaged me , I messaged back then heard nothing for 5 days , so I contacted another laundry lady with no reply . The second laundry lady got back to me after 5 days with the exact same questions I previously answered but I went through the whole process with her again and when it came time to set up a date again no reply I gave up . My clothes were returned in the same plastic bags I put in at time of pick up, but clothes were pushed in all wrinkled and most not even properly folded and when asked lady from service said that they returned them in same bags. I have had laundry service before and clothes are perfectly folded in larger clear bags they provided and everything neatly packed. They did offer me a reduction in price if wanted them washed again. This service is professional, courteous, and reliable. It helped us take better care of our elderly parents/in-laws when they were ill and we were taking turns caring for them while some of us were working remotely. When my in-laws weren't feeling well, family members took turns taking care of them. As some family works remotely and didn't have time to do housework as well as playing nurse, Laundry Ladies helped keep the laundry done regularly. Everyone was quite pleased with the service. (We also got takeout and delivery, had a cleaning service come twice a week, and hired a yard service. We could have done it all, but it would have been tiring. Hiring services to help from the start allowed us to keep our energy levels up until our parents/in-laws recovered. Even after they recovered, we kept the services for a while to give them a chance to get back in shape and gradually return to self-sufficiency. If you've never used a pickup and delivery laundry service before, understand that you're getting a lot and do need to pay for it. You're paying for labor, including pickup and delivery, equipment, vehicle costs, supplies, cost of work space, and utilities. So, at first you might be surprised at what it costs. However, when you look at what it costs them to provide this and what anyone would need to make to make it worthwhile, it's a good deal. Just make sure you understand that it's not like paying for a washer at the laundromat. Overall, you're paying to be freed up from all that time, effort, cost, and responsibility. I moved but could not get my washing machine hooked up for awhile. As the pile of laundry grew, I do what I normally do when I need something, I went to Yelp. My plan was to find a laundromat. (Do they still have laundromats?) I stumbled across "Laundry Ladies" with high marks. Laundry Ladies is like franchise where independent women do laundry. I signed on, chose "Marla". She picked up my huge bag of Laundry from my office and three dress shirts. A day or so Marla delivered my clean laundry back to my office. It was great. Bought this for my daughter as a gift and she absolutely loved everything about the service. My life is quite busy and sure, I know laundry is just part of every day life. I'm not wealthy nor pretentious, but I often find myself looking in my closet wondering what to wear because I am out of clothes. I decided to give Laundry Ladies a shot to ease the pain of doing at least this chore. Gail is a professional. She is on time and is always in contact with me as to when my clothes will get picked up and dropped off. My first order was 47 lbs so the bill was more than I expected it to be, but with the $10 first order coupon it eased the pain a little bit. Gail was awesome. Picked up my clothes while I was at work. Clean and folded all my clothes. She saved me about 5-7 hours out of my day! I always clean and forget to take the laundry out of the washer into the dryer. Plus once I get it out of the dryer it stays in a pile until I have time to fold and put away. I'm not Able to do my own laundry I can't drive don't own a washer dryer!! Liz made first pick up today and I think it's the first of many!! So far so good!! I live in a assisted living facility they do laundry here but the soap they use is so strong it eats your clothes, stinks, makes you itchy so I'm trying Laundry Ladies so far 5stares now I will give you more updates in the next few days and weeks 5-12-16 Still with the laundry ladies!! I've always hated doing laundry (folding is just not my forte!), especially after a horrible laundromat experience (check out my review on Launderland in Grand Terrace), I searched for some good alternatives and came across Laundry Ladies here on Yelp and Google. I'm glad I did! It's so convenient. Everything's all done for me--pick-up, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivery, all within 24 hours. There's even a bow on my laundry bin. :) This is TONS better than what I've gotten from laundromats! Liz was awesome:) it was my first time, so for a weeks load of laundry for the whole house, the price can be a little shocking- but still affordable. When I received my clothes back I was impressed! I'm never doing my own laundry again (until we get our washer back up and running). Ladies, this is a great way to spoil yourself a little. You don't really think of the time and effort it takes; I mean the task of moving clothes from washer to dryer, folding, hanging, ironing ( or just never ironing because you feel like you have done enough laundry). It takes significant time! Do yourself a favor and just try it out. It's amazing. All I had to do was put the clothes away. The clothes I hang cane back on the hangers. Those I ironed, were ironed. And everything smelled so fresh. Love it! I almost considered lying to my bf and taking credit for it because he noticed how neat all the clothes looked put away!! Lol. read more

I have to say that the Lady was prompt and courteous. The laundry was fine. I do have issue with the amount of money they wripped me off for. The grossly enlarged the poundage I sent. I think they weighted my laundry in the basket but they said no. I know I did not send 38 lbs. do laundry. Beware the Laundry Ladies Do you not post negative reviews.?
