AMAZING. For $130 they took care of 5 huge garbage bags full of clothes, nearly 60 lbs of socks, t-shirts, leggings, etc. I will definitely be using them again, it would have taken me days to just wash and dry all that clothes and they had it back to me in about 24 hours.

My washing machine broke a few months ago, and I've been using the laundromat ever since. Since I can wash several loads at once there, I haven't been in a hurry to replace my washer. Still, I was getting tired of spending so much time washing and folding laundry every week. Kimberly picked up my laundry the same day I contacted her and returned it the very next day, freshly washed, neatly folded, and ready to put away. Everything smelled great, was folded beautifully, and the pricing was very reasonable for the time it saved me. As a busy working mom, having one less chore to worry about is worth so much. I don't know who their owner is or if they're even aware that they are doing this, but I would advise that instead of texting and chastising your customers. maybe they could just send out a simple reminder that fees will be incurred if not picked up within x amount of days. To my considerable dismay, upon collecting my items four days later, it was immediately apparent that these instructions had been entirely disregarded. Not only were my specific requests not met, but the service provided was, in fact, the exact opposite of what I had carefully stipulated. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of your staff at pickup, I was met with explanations that did not adequately address the failure to follow instructions, even after I highlighted that my precise requirements were documented on the service tag your own team had created. This oversight meant that I left your premises with garments that were unusable as presented. As a direct result, I was compelled to return home and personally re-wash and re-iron the items myself to achieve the desired look and feel. The quality of my own efforts, I must add, significantly surpassed the 'professional' service for which I had paid. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of both my time and money.
