We've been going here for the past 3 months already we really love to go here to do our laundry every week until now. But today it irritates me cause the attendant was so rude. She has an attitude to my mom. Every time we go here and she's the attendant she wasn't treat us right. We didn't do anything wrong to her. She's a Mexican lady with long black hair with highlights. She's always like that, ONLY to US!! but to others especially to the boys she's very nice and she treats them well. I hope you guys lectured her about her attitude. The laundry is raising prices effective 2/16 but did not say what the new prices would be. The sign should specify what the increase will be. Then customers can decide if they want to continue patronizing this laundramat. I do understand the need for increase due to high cost of gas but a heads up on the new cost would be appreciated. read more

We came to LA for a five day stay that turned into a longer stay due to a medical issue. We were stressed, and, in addition, ran out of clean clothes. I called Laundry Pop, and they came to the rescue. They came and picked up our clothes at the Airbnb and got them back the next day. The communication was great by text. Went here for the first time last week. A lady immediately explained their COVID-19 policy centering on social distancing and then guided me to the correct size washing machine. The machines looked new and sturdy. Washed two comforters in a machine costing $4.75, put them in a dryer, then forgot about them for a day and a half. My friend stopped by to get them when I finally remembered, and voila! The super-clean comforters were still there, safe in the hands of the attendant. I am a regular customer at this place and usually the employees here are very polite. Today I had the worst experience, first incident happen when I was drinking my drink (my mask was hanging from my ear) the lady working comes up to me with no mask with her shirt over her mouth and tells me I'm suppose to wear my mask and I let her know I couldn't drink my drink with the mask, she laughed and said oh yea and walked away. They have the no fold rule which I totally understand. I was drying three machines. One stoped I started to put my clothes in my bag while the other two machines were drying. The lady again comes up to me and tells me not to fold my clothes, I told her I understood that I was putting my clothes away she kept going with the "no fold policy" I told her I understood that I was putting my clothes away and waiting for my other clothes to dry. About 10-15 later when I was putting away the last of my clothes away the guy that works there came up to me telling me I couldn't fold my clothes. At this point I was already irritated and told him their was no need for him to tell me again when the lady already had told me. I did use other words to Express myself since I had been told already and felt at this point i was being harassed! When the guy was walking away he told me "if you don't like it go somewhere else!" I've always been very respectful when I've gone to wash here. Always put my cart away, pick up after myself. When these new rules started I've waited in my car for my clothes to wash. Today was too hot for that! I also understand people are just doing there job, but there's no need for the HARASSMENT! read more

Bring your clothes here if you, like me, have a never ending load of laundry. If you're going to have to spend time waiting in a laundromat, might as well be somewhere clean with free WiFi. The facility is new and surprisingly modern which is a nice change from the usual spots. The staff is friendly and helpful and the machines come in different sizes which is nice based on your load sizes. Can a laundromat be considered a hidden gem? For someone that says they're the manager is a horrible representation of this company. We will no longer be coming here due to her nasty customer service. My mother wanted to have her bill broken down and she asked the tall girl with glasses and she rudely told my mother that she was on her break and was very nasty with it. Update to my original review: due to the pandemic, I had been nervous to do laundry. Hand washing was fine for some items, but not sheets and towels. I decided to try the service. I've never used a wash-and-fold because I'm very particular about my laundry. However, I hadn't done laundry since February, so it was time to try. This exceeded my expectations! My whites have never been so sparkling and my socks were arranged into a lovely little rainbow of cleanliness! While there has been special pricing due to quarantine, the regular prices are more than reasonable. I'm definitely impressed! This laundromat is clean, spacious and all the machines worked! The staff was extremely friendly. Parking is plentiful, and there's a 7/11, Starbucks and Yogurtland close by, so you can get a snack during the cycle. Los Feliz is a laundromat void. This place is awesome. Super clean and new machines that all work (which is shocking for LA in my experience). The staff member (I didn't get her name, I'm sorry for that) working when I was there was unbelievably helpful and even helped me cart everything in since I had a literal carful of laundry I needed to do. It's been a few months since I was last here due to one of the employees giving me attitude about the area I was using. Yesterday was no different, this woman other than the death stares that she was giving me is very unprofessional and has no reason to be telling me to look at the mess I made and to grab a towel to clean up after myself. I come here regularly with my family and we always feel comfortable and happy with this laundromat. Even though Covid-19 is an issue at this time, we still have great service here! Everything is always cleaned and sanitized, and the people that work there are incredibly kind! Susan is super sweet and always makes sure we are are provided with good service. The worst experience I had here. It's so expensive and pointless to wash and fold your clothes at this location. Do your self a favor and find a better place to do your laundry . This is all about money not customer service. The management is horrible. Plus it's no a safe area. I highly recommend everyone not to come to this location. Large free parking lot, clean location and all machines are labeled and in working order. Also free dryers on Thursday's. The machines are reasonable and you can use either coins or an app with a credit card. There is no bathroom but otherwise, this is a great laundromat with helpful employees. read more

My husband & I are currently washing its a very clean spot the service is amazing. we had a great conversation with the employee susie she gave us a lot interesting facts about the place was so kind and outgoing. They have a big parking lot everything is walking distance. Last wash at 8pm No you're not allowed to fold your clothes due to social distancing you're are allowed to wait inside the laundry if you don't have a car. read more

I am a regular and wash here 1-2x a week. Most of the staff is extraordinary. The place is clean and the security guard is very personable and friendly. However as mentioned in a previous review the Short kid has absolutely zero people skills. He's rude and disrespectful and had me contemplated finding a new place to wash. The last time I was there..I stuffed everything in my bag but took 15vseconds to fold 1 single dress shirt so it didn't wrinkle too bad.. He walked by and slammed his hand on the NO Folding sign.. I said it's 1 shirt and he replied he didn't give a shit. I then asked for a number for a manager and he said he wouldnt give it to me... I said OK so when will she be in and he just simply walked outside to get security who I've had several conversations with while doing laundry in the past. He handled it professionally and agreed with me that this kid is not personable but he's just a kid. I would give this place 5* if it wasn't for him and unfortunately my last 3x there he has been working and he just makes it uncomfortable. I never use laundromats because I am lucky enough to have a machine in my building, but I had a dingy (what used to be white) comforter that needed a deep cleaning and a larger machine. After soaking it in my bathtub overnight, I brought it to Laundry House and dripped a steady stream of water on the floor as a lovely woman showed me to a machine. She then proceeded to mop up my mess with what I assume was a smile underneath her mask because she was so pleasant about it. And she wouldn't let me help. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and my comforter looks brand new. Everything was very clean and Thursday morning around 10am was pretty quiet. Social distancing precautions are being practiced - everyone wears masks and some areas are taped off in order to enforce this. Susan was very friendly and helpful explaining to us how to use the machines, we can even use them cashless through their own laundry app. It was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon, would definitely come here again! read more
