As a dedicated patron of this establishment for several months, my experience has been consistently positive, with only a single exception. I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received, particularly from the lady who assisted me in the morning. She promptly acknowledged the hiccup with my order not being ready for pick-up and took personal responsibility to rectify the situation. To my delight, she reached out approximately an hour and a half later to inform me that my order was now prepared. I am genuinely impressed by the level of care and attention to detail demonstrated during this experience. The meticulous folding and organization of my garments, coupled with their mostly pristine dryness (with a minor exception of receiving damp socks before), exceeded my expectations. My experience on October 7th inside that laundry pop was it was an understatement if I say terrible one of their security guards named Darius Treated me like crap and humiliated me took sides with old employees working there and people he knew and raised his voice at me we're complete authoritarian form in an unnecessary force or use of power where there wasn't needed but I understand that he's human and humans are arrogant Arrogant I do not recommend this place to people who go there with disabilities and are confused for homeless people and treat it like shit.also he can talk to you in a smacking demeanor. I'd like to add to this review that by responding doesn't make it doesn't make it better the person injured me emotionally and he still gonna keep his job as if hes a great employee when he needs correcting and he needs to be fired from there but no they decide to write a huge text on Yelp to respond on my review it's true so ignorant it's what I want to call it. read more

Me gusta mucho esta lavandería tiene los mejores precios siempre voy cuando el muchacho está trabajando. El tiene una energia muy buena, siempre es muy amable y tiene todo limpio pero ayer que fue mi hija a lavar me dijo que el estava diferente y hoy que yo fui a lavar me di cuenta de lo mismo. No se veía muy bien y tampoco se escuchaba muy bien se veía un poco enfermo a pesar de que el dijo que se sentía bien cuando le pregunté. Me preocupé cuando mencionó las secadoras gratis los Jueves cuatro veces como si hubiera sido la primera vez que lo mencionó. As a local, I've given up on laundry mats. So much wear and tear on the machines due to the mass populace of the city. Walking into the LA Laundry house was a breath of newness that I've been needing within the laundry service industry. Top-notch machines, accessible on-site customer service, and a great layout that allows for maximum productivity. Fresh and clean from when you walk in, and friendly for as long as you are here. Homeless inside the laundry room, 3 guys at the same time, one of them approached me swearing bad , threatening at me, sexual harassment. And I spoke with the owner over the phone, and he did NOTHING. He said he would call the police. He never did,he just asked the old lady attendant to get rid of guys, instead of really call the police. Incredible!! This store needs Security guards the whole week, not ONLY DURING THE WEEK. Being the weekends the most busy and you can focus on washing your clothes while you have these peopl.e next to you. read more

I have been coming here to do my bedding and other large items since it was Lucy's. The past few months, I have been coming weekly/biweekly. This is probably my favorite laundry mat in town. My wife and I go here because it is new and clean. They have tons of parking and machines. They always have staff and cameras on site. The workers are always nice and friendly. Great atmosphere, 10/10 recommend to all my friends and family in the area! read more

This place is the best! Susan is sooo on it she cleans right after every wash. There's parking and if you forget something they have it there. I normally do not go to public places to wash but this one past all my ocd tests. read more
