Every time I come here, the…read morelaundry shop next door is always using the dryers nonstop, so there are never enough available for actual customers. The dryers that are free barely work -- they don't dry clothes at all, which means spending extra money and time just to get anything done. On top of that, some customers leave their laundry sitting in the machines for hours at a time, and nothing is done about it. It makes the whole experience even more frustrating. I honestly hope management steps up and fixes these issues, because right now, this place is more hassle than it's worth. Clearly, a lot of people don't understand the concept of time and how other people have other things to do too

So we had to wait longer and use the smaller ones. The floors were dirty. The sink doesn't work and the bathroom door is locked. The lady walked in with an attitude and didn't tell us the bathroom code & just said I'm never door .. The man who drives the blacked out porshe was nicer and gave the code as he checked machines coin levels. It wasn't too crowded, prices are pretty high per machine (and the dryers are not regular kinds at other locations) but I see was in a small parking lot. We will go to a different one next time.

After the entire house being down sick for two weeks, we were just in over our head in laundry and it would have taken so long to get back on track. For that reason, our first order was a bit pricey, but for a normal week or two of laundry? Totally worth it. I was so impressed with how our clothing came back too. They listened to our request for non-scented/hypoallergenic detergent, so our toddler's eczema won't flare up. Everything was folded to perfection and organized in separate bags. Also? Softer than soft. I don't know what black magic they used but I'm super happy with the care and attention to detail. We'll absolutely be moving to a regular service. Spending a little money to get quality time with my family back? Absolutely. No questions asked.

It's rare to see an owner actively inside the facility: sweeping, mopping, cleaning, engaging with customers, and helping wherever needed. All of the staff are just as nice and helpful. I don't wash very well on my own, and they were more than happy to guide me, telling me exactly how much detergent to use and where to put everything without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. They're currently doing upgrades to the laundromat, which shows how much pride they take in the place. They also sell snacks, detergent, & other things needed to wash which is super convenient. I specifically come here to wash my white clothes because my washer at home messes them up, and my whites came out extremely clean. Even better, the entire wash took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this laundromat.
