His main concern was the rug that I brought in. As I asked questions about the machines he continue to look at my rug and made comments on the type of rug. He then proceeded to grabbed my rug and tried to open it up to examine it further This is a violation of my personal space and personal property. I told him to not touch my rug. I did not attempt to put the rug in the machine nor did I even have a card to use the machine. I had no intentions on putting the rug in the machine. I'm just standing there trying to figure out how to use the cash machine. His behavior was unacceptable. I do not recommend this place. The Customer service is poor and they touch your clothes without your permission. This guy was extremely rude. To make matters worse, he told me to go somewhere else. He said there's a laundromat down the street. I left the place immediately. I will never go back again. Such a bad experience for the first time.

There is no one available to give you refunds on a washer, if in the event it's not clean. The washer was full of toilet paper, hair, Bobby pins, and it wasn't even noticeable until the loader started filling with water. I am not made of money, and wasting almost $3 of change on a dirty machine was very frustrating. And had me in tears as soon as I was notified that there was nothing I could do. I don't understand why the machines don't give your money back, and I don't know how people can use a dirty washing machine. If you have money to waste and don't care about a clean place to wash your clothes then I'm sure this place will be just fine for you. The side loader washing machines are $4. And $6 to dry. The top loader machines are $2.75. I guess you get what you pay for? ‍

So we had to wait longer and use the smaller ones. The floors were dirty. The sink doesn't work and the bathroom door is locked. The lady walked in with an attitude and didn't tell us the bathroom code & just said I'm never door .. The man who drives the blacked out porshe was nicer and gave the code as he checked machines coin levels. It wasn't too crowded, prices are pretty high per machine (and the dryers are not regular kinds at other locations) but I see was in a small parking lot. We will go to a different one next time.

It's frustrating to waste both time and cash only to leave with damp laundry. Reliable machines should be the bare minimum for any laundromat, and right now that's not the case here. Out of nowhere, a woman walking out of the laundromat made intense eye contact with us from her car. She suddenly drove toward us and began aggressively confronting my dad in Spanish, accusing him of "judging her," even though we hadn't spoken a single word to her. When I defended my father and asked her to leave us alone, she continued making verbal threats through her closed window. She also reversed her car in a way that made me feel like she might try to hit us, and then began taking photos of me and making strange hand gestures. The whole scene was extremely unsettling. I went inside to report it, and Oscar, one of the employees, handled the situation professionally and respectfully. He listened to my concerns and made me feel heard. He's the reason this place is getting 4 stars instead of 1. To anyone visiting this location: if you encounter aggressive behavior from any individual outside, please notify staff immediately. It seems like this person may approach strangers without reason, even in broad daylight. I hope management is made aware -- not of the laundromat itself, but of what customers may be dealing with outside.
