Virgil, the owner, had tried to have it repaired it but it didnt look like it fixed it. When it came back, I told him that it wasn't repaired, and he kept on insisting that it was a manufacturing defect. I told him that the thread had pulled that it left the front of my sweater crunched, and he kept on insisting that it was not his fault and he wouldn't do anything for me any more. He said that I had to take it back to the store where I had purchased it. Then he said repeatedly, "Good Bye, Good Bye, Good bye." He raised his voice to me over the phone with 3 of his employees in front of me (and they could hear him over the phone)- and they were all SHOCKED at how rude he sounded on the phone.
