It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.

My laundry came back with a ruined pair of machine washable shoes and a set of someone else's sheets. I gladly returned the sheets that weren't mine because obviously that's the right thing to do. I also had a shrunken cashmere sweater in the load of laundry but I was able to wet it and stretch it back out so that was no big deal really. However, I wanted to be reimbursed for the cost of my ruined shoes. Reasonable, right? Apparently this company has little sense of what's right or how to treat a customer because they refused to cover the cost of my shoes that they ruined. They offered to pay $40 instead of the $95 the shoes cost because apparently "like a car" my shoes had "depreciated in value" even though I'm obviously going to be stuck paying the full price for a new pair of shoes. They also said their staff received the shoes in poor condition, which is wholly untrue. Then they went so far as to contact the manufacture of the shoes (a local company) to tell them their product is deficient -- which it's not, those shoes had been washed once before and did not come out with holes on the bottom. Only use this company if you're prepared to have your things destroyed, not be reimbursed for the cost of your belongings and be talked down to with metaphors about cars, televisions, and depreciation.

We've schedule pick up the night before and they came early the next morning. The service is fast. We get our laundry back in 2 or 3 hours. The clothes are nicely packaged and look great. The value is good for us for the effort saved. They offer discounted packages, which we'll check out if we decide to use them long term. BEWARE!! They Ruined My $330 Wool Shirt!…read more I only had one experience here, and it was enough to make sure I never come back. I brought in a No Nationality 100% Wool Overshirt ($330) that they completely ruined. It looks like they threw it into a washer and dryer, it came back misshapen, shrunk, and unwearable. I was understanding at first, hey accidents happen right? Nordstrom still carried the shirt in another color, so I replaced it myself and simply asked the cleaners to reimburse me for the damage. I've now called multiple times over four weeks, and every time I'm told "the manager will call you back." The call never comes. To make matters worse, on one call they forgot to put me on hold, and I overheard someone in the background say, "Ohhhh, it was wool." So they knew they ruined it, but still refuse to take care of it. If you value your clothes or your time, don't risk it here. Their lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

The…read moreplace seems like it should be more for large companies because every time you go almost all of the washers are being used up by the workers there who were working on full service orders companies have came and dropped off for full service. it feels like those orders are more important than the individuals who come for self service. It can be hard at times to get a washer available and sometimes it's very busy. And you have to fight to get a washer other than that the place is always clean the washers and dryers are never broken down so they're winning on that part.
