I suggest sticking with the newer washing machines because it is a pain to use the older ones as sometimes your coins get stuck and there is not anyone around to get your money back. Sometimes you have to bang the coin boxes of the older machines so my advice is stick with the newer ones. They also have a washing machine that takes like 6 loads of laundry which is great if you have allot of clothes and sheets to wash and its about 9$ on medium to wash which isn't so bad. The only negative is that you have to use quarters to use these machines and they don't have a card system like other laundry mats but there are plenty of change machines.

They've got rows with different sizes of washer and the price varies based on size, the lowest being around 4.25 for 25min cycle. You can get quarters from a machine at the front that takes 1s, 5s, 10s, and 20s. *Fair warning, it did eat a 5 of mine at one point and there wasn't really anything I could do. You can also purchase dollar tokens with a credit card, but keep in mind that many of the machines are not full dollar amounts. There was a drink vending machine and a snack one, the snack one also had some mini detergent bottles and clear plastic laundry bags. I didn't try the ATM but there was one. The soda machine offered tap but tap pay was not working so I had to use dollar bills. The dryers were honestly the best part, they're huge and 25 cents gets you 5 minutes, and I found I could dry what I needed within 20 minutes. Overall, a good place to go if it's what you need to do.

Put in $20 in the change machine because the ATM had a minimum of $20. I used the $7 washer and realized after putting in the quarters I had about $3 left. Now I'm not good at math but to have $3 left after only using $7 in change. Yeahhh I was missing my money so I put a complaint via email and the Texas area manager got back to me asking me to reply back with a date and time of when to meet one of the managers at the laundry so I can get reimbursed. I told them 8am the following day. So I showed up with laundry because I ok I'll just use the reimbursement to do some more laundry. Got there and walked inside, there was only one person doing laundry and no one else. Waited in my car in front of the store and. Emailed the manager of who suppose to meet but that I was still waiting there at 8:19.. waited till 9am and never got a response back. No one else was in the laundry. They basically wasted my time and the machine stole my money. Horrible first experience

They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.

I was told it would be ready for pickup in November. After following up in December, I was told they needed a few additional weeks due to extra cleaning required. As mid-January 2026 approached, I reached out again for an update and contacted them 4 separate times with no response. I eventually went to the store in person, where they told me it would be "a few more weeks." In February 2026, I finally picked up my dress -- and it had the exact same stains as when I dropped it off, plus new rust stains that were not there before. I immediately pointed this out. The cashier told me, "it's because you only paid for cleaning." I responded that the dress clearly wasn't clean and I didn't understand how it could look worse after being in their possession for nearly five months. I was then brushed off so they could help the next customer, denied a refund, and not allowed to speak with a supervisor. Terrible experience. Please learn from my mistake and avoid this business. Based on other reviews, I'm clearly not the only one who has had issues with their poor service and communication.

More than a year after this business stole, destroyed, or lost my wife's wedding dress, valued at a four-figure amount, we won the small claims case against them. Of course they have not paid, but that's okay. Interested accrues on a monthly basis. I'm here to make it easier for you to get your property money back when they inevitably steal from you as well! This business is shielded behind its real name Waterloo Cleaners, Inc, based out of Dallas. It's purposefully hard to find who owns it because they make it a habit to steal from and defraud their customers. Their business records are out of date almost everywhere - illegal by the way, but no one seems to care because Texas. But it is owned by Kevin Gary Bonfield and Mark Hess. This is all the key information you need to know to file a small claims case. You will want to find their out-of-date registered agent with the secretary of state to serve them the lawsuit. It will not work. Have the secretary of state certify your effort, and that's good enough to move forward with the lawsuit. They have some useless managers working for them who will pay lip service and yank your chain. Don't bother with them at all. It's a waste of your time. Their frontline employees know even less. If you check these reviews carefully - as well as Yelp and BBB - you'll see that these people have a long history of destroying, damaging, and stealing from their customers, especially wedding attire and expensive items. If we lived in a state that gave a crap about consumers, they would have been run out of it by now or tossed into the Gulf. Alas, we live in Texas, and they take full advantage of that, at your expense as a consumer. If you have a garment that's worth more than $10, I advise you to stay very, very, very far away from this business. If, on the other hand, you do business with them and enjoy small claims court - keep every receipt and communication you get. You will need it for the legal battle that will come later. I wonder how much they have stolen from their customers? I suppose we may never know. I just advise you not to become another one of us.

It seems the cat is out of the bag/this "hidden" gem is no longer hidden...when I started coming here several months ago, they had a promotion of 50% off Thursday mornings 7am-12p. It reduced to 25% off on Thursday mornings the last two times I was here, and now, today 4/23/26, the promotion is no longer. I'm glad this locally owned biz is doing well! The machines, the clean space and the ample folding stations sell themselves...you couldn't convince me that there is a better laundromat in Austin!

I told the owner, Roi, that I was getting married in Canada and asked if they could pack my dress for travel. My dress came back bustled and ready to go. On a whim, I decided to undo the bustle and try on my dress one last time before flying out. When I opened my dress, I immediately started crying. It was ruined, and, even worse, somebody had tried to conceal the damage by bustling the dress and folding it up. The sleeves were burnt and crumpled (See pictures), and the dress itself was warped and puckered. The interior looked like it had been fried in bleach. My beautiful Italian silk dress had been ruined by ATX dry cleaning, and, rather than come clean with what had happened, somebody had tried to conceal the damage, so that I wouldn't realize what had happened to my dress until I got to my wedding. I told Roi that the dress looked like it had been damaged by chemicals, but he dismissed my concerns, saying dry cleaning is always done using chemicals. It was only after I went to two experts, my tailor and another dry cleaner, who both confirmed that the dress seemed ruined beyond repair, that he took me seriously. At this point, he admitted to outsourcing the dress, but said whomever he had outsourced it to did not even know who cleaned my dress because nobody had owned up to it. This other company (Roi never told me the name) spent the next couple of weeks attempting to restore my dress, and the entire time Roi kept saying that he felt as bad as I did that my wedding dress was ruined, and not to worry about the financials--he was going to make it right. They gave me my dress back the day before I left. The silk was partially restored, but the interior of my dress was still completely fried, and the dress's silhouette was permanently ruined. Since I had no other choice, I wore this dress for my wedding. When I returned, Roi changed his tune very quickly. He said that insurance would only cover $250 because I wore the dress for my wedding and they'd partially restored it. Worse still, he used things I'd said against me. Like, I told him nobody seemed to notice that the dress was ruined (because who would tell a bride that a dress they'd never seen before looked damaged?), and he later threw that comment in my face to suggest that I shouldn't be compensated properly for the damage. When I balked at his offer, he whined about how he couldn't do more financially and even badgered me for not appreciating how hard he'd worked to fix my dress. Again and again, he made it more about his hard work and his trouble than about my wedding dress and wedding, and he seemed incredulous that I expected to be compensated for what he'd done. I kept reminding him that any efforts to *fix* my dress would not have been necessary, had my dress not been ruined in the first place, but talking to Roi was like talking to a cranky infant. He made clear that he would not go out of pocket for the damage. It was such a nightmare. In the end, he gave me back not even a third of what I put into this dress, and he tried to get me to sign a document promising confidentiality. I refused, even knowing that I could lose the pittance he'd offered, because I never want any other bride to go through the nightmare Roi and his team put me through. Whatever you think you will save with ATX dry cleaning, it isn't worth it. Go to a real dry cleaner. If you want your clothing to be returned to you undamaged, avoid ATX dry cleaning like the plague.

The service I use includes washing. drying and folding. I have some items that I like to air-dry. I simply put those dirty items on hangers and they are returned the same way (cleaned, of course) so I can continue to air dry at home. I sent the laundry out in the linen liner from my hamper. It came back laundered as well. Laundry is returned in a sturdy and safe NoScrubs labeled laundry bag for future use. Our usual load is 20 pounds or under. Just to note, they don't do things like area rugs, etc. Towels, bedding are accepted. Be sure to tip your cleaner because it's well deserved. With tipping, the pricing is still less than or equal to what I pay using the laundry room at my apartment complex. However, those washers don't always do the best job. Highly recommend.

They just won't take any responsibility. Extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service.

When you try to park, they rush outside and act rudely as if you're just trying to park there instead of being a customer. When you tell them you're a customer, they give a ridiculous response like, "How was I supposed to know?" The ironing quality is poor; shirts are not properly ironed. They can't remove stains at all. And they are very expensive. I do not recommend this place.

I had a very disappointing experience with this tailor and will not be returning…read more I had been a regular customer for months, dropping off items for alterations on a consistent basis, which made this experience even more frustrating. I came in for a fitting and spent approximately 45 minutes in the store both waiting and trying on garments while one of my garments was pinned and marked. After all of that time, I was informed there would be a two-week turnaround time- far longer than what I've experienced elsewhere for standard alterations. What was most frustrating was that one of the items I spent time trying on and having pinned couldn't even move forward because the tailor needed the pins back. In other words, I spent a significant amount of time during the fitting process for absolutely no reason. Had this been communicated upfront, it would have saved everyone time. The entire experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. As a repeat customer, I was genuinely appalled by the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for my time. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward alteration appointment turned into a frustrating and unnecessary waste of nearly an hour. I expected much better from a business I had supported regularly.
