I've been to Bedrock years ago and had a decent experience. I have been twice this year and they…read moreare under staffed, the nursing won't give you important medications like antidepressants, thyroid meds and have given patients the wrong meds or wrong dosages. They also over dose the tapers so you are a zombie. It doesn't matter if you're a 100lb young woman or a 350lb 50 year old man, the Valium and Ativan taper is the same for all. Case management acts like you're an inconvenience and will mess up your short term disability and/or FMLA or avoid you all together. There was an instance where a 50 year old man snuck drugs in and was telling everyone to come to his room to get high. He targeted a young 20 year old woman, went into her room, GROPED her and stalked her. This was reported to staff for days who did NOTHING but "take a report". She was terrified of him and myself, as a small female had to stand up to him and tell him to stop, and that he needed to leave the facility, again staff did not back me up. Thankfully he didn't get violent with me but through a fit and left on his own. Most recently, a tech staff member was caught taking photos and videos of female clients. This staff member was hired by a family member who is CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR. People who are sent here just for a day or two observation are being kept for a week and being pressured to stay for their 30 day program. They will also lie to detox patients that their insurance isn't accepted at other rehabs they want to go to so they are forced to stay. They make you believe you don't have the right to use your phone to find out the truth for yourself. Or they tell detox patients to go upstairs to Bedrocks rehab program for a few days because a bed isn't available at the rehab they want to go to and then force them into staying by saying they signed a contract with their rehab program and if they leave it'd be considered AMA. I have no idea who the director is but they're only looking for $$$, they cut costs everywhere they can from food to basic meds they should have on hand. Their techs work their butts off and are paid crap. They have the wrong approach because the recovery community knows Bedrock is an absolute zoo and a disgrace. The only people who care are most of the techs and some of the nurses. I won't be surprised when they lose good employees because they're sick of it too. It's unfortunate because Springhill and Mayflower are owned by the same parent company and have great programs. Do not go to Bedrock, it claims to be high quality care but it's basically the new Highpoint.

She set her up against the family, when my daughter was suffering from severe anemia hence anxiety and we as a family were helping her cope with school . The worst case is I went out of network as they are in the same facility as the PCP so they could work together and solve the issue. Her medical issue caused ADHD type symptoms and this was in the intake form and no blood tests was done. I dont understand what her training entails. She told the PCP and yet between them, they did not do the test and when I read about iron issues and parents going to a therapist it states they should request a test. A huge red flag which impacted my daughters High School our family relationships. These people have no empathy, or care for a child or a family and should not be in HC. after 3 years of suffering her issue was diagnosed when we went overseas. T

All of a sudden, billing practices were changed without any notice, transparency went down the hole, and correspondence with anyone other than the therapist did not exist. I was made to feel like I was obligated to attend sessions I attempted to cancel and charged fees pretty randomly. In fact, I'd say the office went as far as to exacerbate some of my issues by being clearly unsympathetic and focused primarily on making a dollar. My therapist was new to the practice, and quite understanding, but couldn't avoid the bureaucracy of the administration. Seemed like there wasn't much support from above. When it was time for me to end my relationship with Leeward, no attempt to communicate was made until I prompted confirmation.
