She is very personable and willing to help in any way possible. Which is refreshing. The Boutique is decorated nicely and the prices are very good for well made clothes. Something that usually does not go together. Nicely made clothes at a good price. I found two tops I wanted to try on. Merri said if anything does not fit to let her know and she will get another. The dressing rooms were so clean and cute. Decorated beautifully. I ended up buying two shirts that were as unique and the boutique. Merri stated she goes and picks out the clothes herself to put in her store and it shows with quality. They also sell Bread,soap and Earrings. I live across town but will return each time I'm on that side because it's hard to find well made clothes, beautifully styled, at a reasonably price. Most the sizes I saw were S,M,L. If you looking to find something not in stores go for a ride and check out Secret Aura Boutique. Side note. Merri came to Tucson originally in the Air Force, and later a police at U of A. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I had no idea what I wanted but came in with an open mind. The selection of gowns, veils, accessories and more is great. I looked through both the pre-owned dresses (donated) as well as designer samples (from other boutiques that are donated) and ended up with a sample dress. My wedding dress budget was $2500 and they told me (at that time) that none of their current dresses are over $1200 (though some have MSRP over that). My dress was 60% off MSRP. They have an option to hold the dress for a week for $50 (non refundable or goes toward purchase). I did this and then came back a few days later. There's a warm feeling knowing part of the proceeds go toward a good cause related to their mission. Truly sustainable luxury!

It's especially disappointing because the store has a dedicated children's area, which naturally suggests families are welcome. If children aren't actually encouraged, that should be made clear. Otherwise, I hope the owners consider investing in customer service training, because a warm, welcoming experience would have matched the charm of the store. When we were shopping down precious little 4th avenue we stopped in ZT and I nearly fell over with pleasure waves when I saw the prices on these super stylish duds. The owner, Zulema, has an impeccable eye and keen sense of what constitutes a fair mark-up. In fact, she could raise her prices by 15% and still be competitive. I loved many things (except some of the crazier accessories, which would suit a club-going girl just fine) and wished I had more time to shop. Can't wait until my next trip to the desert, where there is no fashion drought going on..
