They offered up many little options for a complete customization down to stitching my name on the inside of the coat and how many buttons I wanted on the cuffs. When an issue at the factory meant that my suit would be delayed for 2 weeks, Nick's called me up to apologize and offered me an off the rack suit free of charge! I was surprised and happy to receive such excellent customer service and ended up getting 2 suits for the price of one. I would definitely come back should I need a third suit.

I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I had no idea what I wanted but came in with an open mind. The selection of gowns, veils, accessories and more is great. I looked through both the pre-owned dresses (donated) as well as designer samples (from other boutiques that are donated) and ended up with a sample dress. My wedding dress budget was $2500 and they told me (at that time) that none of their current dresses are over $1200 (though some have MSRP over that). My dress was 60% off MSRP. They have an option to hold the dress for a week for $50 (non refundable or goes toward purchase). I did this and then came back a few days later. There's a warm feeling knowing part of the proceeds go toward a good cause related to their mission. Truly sustainable luxury!
