I can't recall the guy's name that helped me, but he was super polite, professional, and hard working. Showed up and let me know his plan and got to work. He was even fine with me finishing up wiping down a few shelves outside (I stayed out of his way). We had a dog and a cat in the unit, so there were some darker areas where they tended to lay that didn't have rugs over the carpet, so we didn't notice they got dark over the years till we moved.
