I've never had a bad experience. Manicures however it really depends on the type that you're getting. I stopped by for just a regular shellac and they did a fantastic job. Then maybe about a month or so ago I went in for a builder gel refill and it was a completely different story. The builder gel was so thick. It was basically multiple layers of dip. Compared to the other place I go to which tends to leave the builder gel fairly thin, but still strong so that it actually looks and feels like a regular nail this was just not the experience that I wanted. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I also like that they give out little treats and drinks non-alcoholic, of course.

I have never seen such calm and focused multitasking skills. Mimi has over 30 years of experience, and it shows. While meticulously painting the "ballerina slipper" white across the tips of my nails, she's answering phones, greeting customers, and being an attentive mother. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly faces. The solan is nice and clean and does not smell like step by chemicals that others often do. They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures.
