I was extremely disappointed with the removal of previous gel polish by Vickie and the…read moremanicure/massage. I was specific that I wanted the gel removed without a 'grinder.' I asked the manager when I made the appointment for the polish to be gently soaked off. He said yes that is ok. I arrived, stated again that request to hand remove the gel polish. Vickie said yes. Then after less than a minute of soaking Vickie grabbed the drill/grinder because she said the polish was too hard. I stopped her, she then scraped at my nail with a hard emory board scratching my skin. When it hurt, I asked her to slow down and be more gentle, she would start with the drill and complain it was too hard. So I told her that previous manicurist would soak the nails longer and gently scraped off off the polish. Anyway, she broke two nails and ended up cutting off weeks of growth. I will never step inside this location again.

She explained how damaging it is to soak your feet then use rough instruments . Sigh! Kira uses medical instruments. She is meticulous and skillful . She told me she's been doing this for a couple of decades! I renamed my service to MEDICURE!
