I've been going there for years and had a wonderful girl doing my pedicures, but she moved last year and since then the pedis are done quickly and sometimes they don't massage your legs...I'm disappointed but will try one more time...they had me out in 20 minutes while the other girl would take her time and sometimes take 50 minutes to do a thorough job....may be looking for another salon soon..... read more

Staff is friendly especially when they get to know you, and they do an amazing job. My nails always come out perfect! The staff is knowledgeable about their products and will make recommendations based on the condition of your nails which I appreciate. Their store and tools are always clean which is comforting, and they take proper Covid precautions. This is the only nail salon in Knoxville I trust and I've been to a bunch. read more

Horrible! I went to have a pedicure and they did not take all of my gel polish off and just painted over it. It looked horrible! I kept asking why there was a line in my polish (gel polish grow out line) and she kept saying there wasn't a line. It looked horrible!! It was rushed and just not a good pedicure at all. read more

Find somewhere else... The only positive thing I can say is the color is pretty. Twice the man who did my nails blamed 2 different things on "my nails" bc he was giving poor service.. like come on... I got the dip sns powder. He put so much on it was so high off my nail that it did not look natural then when I said something blamed it on my nails.... THEN he did no work on my cuticles and I told them they still look dry and he said it's bc that's the way my nails are... no sh** THATS WHY I CAME IN!! My nail and cuticle condition should not be the same way going out as going in.... don't worry guys I put him in his place. I had to basically beg him for cuticle oil... insane. DONT WASTE your precious time and money. I've been here about 3x now and will continue to come back. They have continuously provided exceptional service and my nails last. They take their time and don't try to force you to get extra. The prices are also pretty fair. Gel manicure is $24, basic pedicure is $24 and gel color change is $17, just to name a few. They have a good variety of gel colors, regular polish, mood changing polish and the dipping powders...basically everything you need. I would definitely recommend this place. I first tried Moda Nails before this place and I liked here A LOT better. The staff is friendly here as well and very accommodating. My friends and I one time walked in 30minutes before closing time (smh) and they serviced us all and didn't mind staying an hour past closing time. Give them a try! read more

They did a very poor job on the pedicure. Pic taken same day as service. How is this justified? The whole point to a pedicure is removing dead skin!! Also, they're not sanitary at all. They use plastic liners in the foot-bath, but the jets and other areas are still exposed, so it defeats the purpose! They opened a 'sanitary' packet, which was never sealed because they reuse them. I noticed the lady took the tools out and nearly folded the packet and placed it in a very contaminated work area, only to be reused! While having the pedicure, I witnessed towels were reused after being folded over time and time again for ppl having fill ins and manicures! The didn't clean ANY thing (table, chair etc) after any of the customers, just kept sitting them down in the filth one after the other! The health dept needs to inspect these salons more often, and more thorough! It's because of places like this that ppl end up with nail fungus, and very serious diseases! I. Won't. Be. Less than a week after getting them done, every single nail is cracked. DO NOT GO HERE. Poor customer service and extremely dismissive when I expressed concerns over the nails continuing to crack. I got dip on my nails for the first time and the next day they began to crack. I went in two days after I got them done for them to fix it and I was told it's normal for them to crack. All they did was reshape my nails and then put more top coat on them which left them extremely bumpy and visibly different than other ones that haven't cracked. After I left I realized another nail was cracked but I will not be back. I would not recommend going here if you want good quality that is worth the cost. I spent too much for the dip to crack within 24 hours and then continue after that. read more

Sunday when i went in, i was so happy with my services and how my nails turned out. They were a little thinner than normal but i wasn't upset. Then Wednesday i had a pinky nail broke when it scrapped across the carpet then came off clean. Thursday afternoon i went in to have it replaced and was told 20 mins to fix it ok i get it they had ppl in their chairs. Then instead of the person who did my nails fixing them someone else did. At first my nail was a solid square shape and i said this isn't the same so she she does a little more filing and said better.... I said sure because personally i don't wanna argue about the shape of my nails but clearly the pinky isnt coffin like the rest. Then at the end she said cash or card. I said "i just got this done 3 days ago from here" she got super annoyed tossed stuff down and walked off and didn't even say bye. Now i just moved here and have to go find another salon to shape my mail correctly because my nail breaking when it shouldn't have 3 days after being done was to much of an inconvenience to them! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The nail guy was very rude and just took my card from my hand and decided to charge it before I could even check my funds. The card got declined and he said "ohh you have no money," out loud. Prior to that I told him that I would be there in about 30 minutes and he called my phone back leaving a voicemail asking where I was at 10 minutes after. So rude and even though the price wasn't bad the quality of customer service and decent quality won't bring me back here. When I say this was the best manicure experience of my life, I'm not exaggerating one bit. I decided to swing by here after months of my usual nail place not cutting it. I work at an animal hospital and somehow ended up ripping half of my nail at the cuticle one day. Went to my old nail place and they said nothing could be done so they slapped some gel on it and sent me on my way. To no ones surprise, the gel ripped with the nail. Walked in to Love Nails and told the lady about my nail. She spent SO MUCH time and energy trying to fix my nail and was so worried about if it hurt, etc. seriously so thoughtful and kind. She ended up fixing my nail and now you can't even tell which one was ripped. But what really made me love this place was their interactions with other customers. People would walk in and the nail techs would great them by name! Like old friends. I've NEVER seen another nail salon do that. And then to find out my total was only $24?! Seriously blown away. The staff was nice, but there was a misunderstanding about the services we'd scheduled, they tried to tell us that we couldn't get everything done that afternoon, but eventually agreed to perform all of the scheduled services. The salon was very clean and prices were reasonable. Each set of manicure equipment was in individual sterile packets which was impressive. read more

I went to this salon with my sister last week and both of us had lumpy gel manicures and mine had a couple bubbles. The nail tech told my sister that her manicure was bumpy because her nails are that way. No, they're not and neither are mine. Also a couple of my nails and chipping already after less than a full week and some of the gel polish is starting to lift. I'm from out of town, but if I were local I sure wouldn't be back. After coming to this shop for quite some time, well over a year, possibly two, I received a very bad nail job. The polish was very thin. I didn't say anything at first, but went back the next day. I have never never gone back anywhere. I was treated very rudely. Told they didn't have time to fix it, and it was my fault for the color choice. The job is so bad any self-respecting nail shop wouldn't have sent me out like that in the first place. It looks like baby food. Everyone, and I mean everyone who has looked at my nails says the same thing. Customer service was awful for a long time customer. I have family members that go here too. I give this place two stars for the final look of my nails, that's it. I've been here three times, first time I got a gel manicure, and second two were for a dip manicure over my natural nail. Every time they looked great, and I loved them when I left. By three days or so, though, my nails would either chip or lift. Today, I called and asked if I could come in to have them fix one of my nails that had chipped and a couple that were lifting. I only had these nails on a week yesterday. Over the phone, the man said I shouldn't be so hard on my nails and those things happen. I told him I know, but I paid too much the first time for this to happen, and I wasn't happy. He told me to come in, the sooner the better. When I got to the spa, he looked at my nail and said "what do you want me to do about it?" ...uhh correct it?? He was rude the whole time. I asked him to glue down the lifting nails, and he didn't even glue my dip nail to my real nail..he glued the dip nail to my finger. He told me when my top coat finished drying I needed to leave.
