I have been coming here for 2 years now. They are consistent with their work. I only get pedicures so I can only give details on that. Lisa and Mary are great. I don't like to talk, but just relax and they both recognize that. Today Mary did my pedicure- the Sports Citrus Spa - which includes fresh lemons, sugar scrub, mint mask and a warm candle wax massage! First experience...the girl burned me twice, cut my skin, made me bleed then told me the almond shape of my nails was uncommon. The dip was very thinly applied I complained another gentleman came to try and fix them whom also didn't know how to do almond shape. Absolutely five stars in my book! I am new to the area and had John take care of me. He gave me a great pedicure along with the cutest SNS nails. I have never had someone do my nails this good nor have I even ever left a review, BUT this place had to be reviewed. It is a $20 up charge for designs, which I was not made aware of, but it was definitely worth it. He took his time and did amazing. 10/10 recommended this place. Everyone was so kind and answered any questions I had. I felt like I had to review because of so many negative ones. The nail polish selection was limited and older, but I think that's just because most people go there for acrylic/SNS. There was a wait time, but that is expected during the holidays. I actually came in as a walk in and only waited about 30-45 min. They were also very clean, they used new different tools for each individual. read more

5 stars!!!!!! I came to this location as a recommendation. I walked in and the place is FILLED and super BUSY. Even the kid's chairs were pretty much all taken. The staff was really nice and approaching. They helped me immediately. She told me 15 minutes wait for a mani and pedi, I didn't mind. After I settled on a color (they have matching regular and gel polish), I was told to sit in a pedicure chair. The lady was so attentive and meticulous to my cuticles (which I especially need.) She also literally massages my legs for 10 minutes each ....ummm heaven. Afterwards, I went to get a gel manicure. It was the same young lady, which I don't mind because she was so sweet and did a fantastic job. I literally took 1 hour and 15 minutes for both, considering how busy it was and it was Memorial Weekend. It was $60 for a pedicure and gel with manicure. All in all, I'm a pretty picky person but I am happy with the results. 1. They clean your cuticles super well. 2. You don't feel rushed. 3. I came to this place off of a recommendation from a coworker. I am in town for work and I'm not familiar with anything in Tennessee. I crossed my fingers and came in because I am super picky with everything but I was desperate. I got Gel polish change on my feet and SNS done on my hands with a manicure. When I tell you I have never been more happy with how my nails looked....I mean it. My only thing is I was not offered a drink like other patrons and my overall bill was a bit pricey compared to what I'm use to paying, but I'd pay it again as I'm super happy with my service. I would definitely come back to this spot in the future if I'm ever in town and recommend this place if ever ask Update: I had a 6 o'clock appt on 7/12. Wasn't seen until 6:50. I have been coming here for 3 years and today was the last straw. They were so good when I first started coming but they have slowly declined over the years. We had appointments today and waited over 40 minutes with no estimated time in sight as to when we would be seated. This is not the first time this has happened either. Also, the quality of work has really gone downhill. There are a couple of women there , one is Kim (not the owner one but the other one) and one is much older that do the worst nail jobs and pedicures and will cut you or make your nails look like a 5 year old did them. This place used to be so good with hot stones and took their time but unfortunately that is not the case anymore. This place is permanently off of of our list. read more

Out of all the nail salons that I have tried in the Knoxville/Farragut area, this is by far the most consistent! It always feels clean, great selection of colors and my SNS manicure typically lasts a good three weeks! As with a lot of nail salons, sometimes you'll end up waiting a little bit (they're busy and popular) but I always think it's worth the wait and if I'm on a time crunch, I'll always just book an appointment or call ahead! You want to go here. You do. Don't go anywhere else. There is no reason to. This nail bar is jazzy. It is CLEAN! It is peaceful. It is relaxing. It is worth every penny. I get the $37 pedicure. I love the lemons they rub all over my legs! When life gives you too many lemons, slice them up and rub them all over your feet and toes! Who would have known?! The salt rub is relaxing. The lotion leg massage puts me to sleep. The background music is simply piano music. People don't talk loud. The techs speak quietly in their language. The TVs are captioned. And you can get drunk while here if you want...red, white or blush wine with your pedi? I chose none because I don't drink but won't fault you if you partake while relaxing. I've been to a lot of nail places. Each one has me in fear of ever going again because they either cut my fingers a lot or their work is just crappy. I was recommended here by a coworker and I absolutely love their work. I've never been happier with the quality that they gave me. The only downside to this particular place is the wait time. If you're the first customer of the day you're fine, but even if you have an appointment later you wait quite a bit to be seen. I have tried this place twice due to reviews and both times extremely disappointed. My gel was bubbling and I instead of doing over she painted over it and now it is too think. Filed short too. My toe nails look like my kid filed them and painted them. I asked her to only cut a little. Well they are nubs and are round.. both look horrible. read more

I've been going here for about 6 months to get my pedicures. This past Friday a different lady did my pedicure instead of Tracy, who always does an excellent job. I have no idea what the ladies name is, she couldn't speak English at all. I kept telling her my toe was hurting and I waved my hand so she would stop. She got up from her chair & she had Tracy finish polishing my toenails. By the time I got home my toe was red, swollen & throbbing where she had cut the nail too far back and used a tool on the side of the toenail which not only hurt but made it red. I soaked my foot off & on all weekend and kept the area clean. By Saturday afternoon the toe had drainage coming out and I was only able to wear a sandal, no closed toe shoes. This morning 8/13/18 I had to go to the Urgent Care Clinic for treatment. The provider advised me the toe was infected, due to either unclean instruments or cutting the skin during the pedicure. I had to get a RX for antibiotics !! I've been a nurse for almost 30 years & I can tell you this is how bad infections get started. Will not go back & do not recommend this salon !!! I love this place so much! It's very clean and modern, and it's perfect for a group outing with the girls. They have a couple of semi-private areas for groups of 3-4, but they also have a ton of open chairs to welcome you if you go alone. They also have an adorable section called the Princess Spa for the little girls with 4 special chairs of their own. I personally see Jimmy, but they are always busy with appointments for everyone. Final update - Returned one last time to Jazzy but I've learned my lesson. Another chipping gel manicure - I can't get over the quality of this place. The cleanliness is still an issue as well. They've completely ruined my impression of them and I gave them multiple chances. Pass by Jazzy and go over to Moda next to Bonefish in Turkey Creek...you'll get WAY better service. read more

It's alright if you're just wanting normal polish or gel on natural nails, but DO NOT get acrylics here. Mine are incredibly thick and lumpy and it looks like I need a fill barely a week after I had them done. Nothing was done to my cuticles. The gel polish is patchy at best.
