I even wrote this down for her. He has a nice long tail that curls up, and she cut off all the hair 6 inches from his bottom up. He has soft ears like a poodle and yes, she cut them up, and no hair was taken off of his feet. The hair on his back and body is the same as when he went in, the hair on his head should be rounded like a poodle, but she cut it flat with2 inch tufts of hair sticking straight up on each side. I did have to lift my dogs in to the tub since they were scared to go in. The dryer room was a bit loud for my pitty mix so we had to use a towel. but overall I was very happy wit the self serve dog wash. we also bought a few treats while we were there. And the 3 girls working there were extremely polite and helpful.

She was sad, skittish, moping around like she wasn't feeling well... Just too much to explain clearly. Even a friend came to visit and notice something was "off" with our little Luna. I spoke with Deanna about it and she assured me that nothing happened while there. So I decided to take her back after being promised by Deanna that she herself would only care for Luna. The next (and final) visit Luna came home with a could large gashes an as scratches avoid her little belly (see pictures). We were mortified! I texted Deanna after seeing them because by then it was after hours. I received a text back from someone else staying that she had finished Luna for Deanna, and that she was sorry that sometimes the clippers get to close to the skin. UNBELIEVABLE! NEVER again will I return to her shop with my sweet little girl. I just don't understand. That's ridiculous. I do understand that this last has several new groomers. But seriously, I just can't take my baby back. I have a small 10 lb Schnoodle. She so sweet and docile. She came home from the groomers totally traumatized from something. Small she was suddenly scared to take her walls when my husband takes her out. He said everytime she hears a dog barking, she tries to run back home. Something had to have happened... We think she may have been attacked from another did while they're at the groomers, but was rescued quickly. Which would explain literally everything that her behavior is telling us. (Previous review before 2026) ***** I've been entrusting Deanna with my babies for almost 30 years now. She treats them all like they are her own. They go to her happily each visit, and come home just as happy. Actually, they tend to parade around proudly showing off their new cut. She does a stellar iob grooming and caring for them. I will ONLY trust my babies with this groomer. I highly recommend her.

How will I sleep?!? (Sorry for the long story folks)…read more I visited this Petco to purchase crickets for my Bearded Dragon. I told the employees MULTIPLE TIMES that the piece of egg carton included with the purchase of crickets would not be needed as it just made getting the crickets out of the bag and into the terrarium harder because of the crickets holding on to the carton. They ignored this, and gave me my bags. When I got home and was opening the bags (mind you which are very hard to open because the employees wrap the rubber band very tight), I began to pour the crickets into the terrarium. As I did this, to my shock and horror, the crickets that were sticking to the carton were dropping onto my desk and even some going into my carpet! The same day this happened I was vacuuming and trying to pick them up. Alas, nothing worked. It has now been a week since these renegade crickets went onto my floor, and they have grown wings and chirp nonstop all night. I use gotten no sleep and it's driving me nuts! Do better.

She quicked my dog's nail and said she wasn't able to finish the…read morenails or face trim because my dog wouldn't let her (I wonder why), so I still tipped her 10% and called the next day to see if she could try again just to quickly fix the unfinished work now that my dog was calm. No answer after 2 calls, so I left a super nice voicemail and didn't get a response until the next day. She texted me saying that if I could come within the hour she would do it. So I rushed over there and she said from inside the grooming room "there you are" in a sarcastic tone (not sure if she knows you can hear from outside) and grabbed my dog saying "I have to make this quick" before I could even finish explaining what it was I wanted fixed. She trimmed her and brought her back out without a word and then I said "thank you so much!" To try to lighten the mood as I felt extremely awkward. And I was even planning to tip her extra for taking the time to fix the past grooming job, but she literally said nothing and just stared at me so I left! I will never get my dog groomed at this location again, she clearly doesn't care about her job.
