We brought our Ford F-150 to this shop weeks ago for an oil leak repair and paid approximately…read more$1,200. After the repair, the truck was still leaking oil and was not running properly. We then took the truck to Ford for a second opinion and were told that parts and valves had not been properly reattached during the original repair, and the leak had not actually been resolved. Rather than paying Ford for additional repairs, we gave this shop the opportunity to correct the issue themselves. Unfortunately, the problems continued. After the truck later broke down and was towed back to the shop, we learned the repairs still had not been properly completed and the valve covers needed to be replaced again. What made this experience even worse was the manager's response when we tried to address the issue professionally. Instead of taking accountability or attempting to resolve the situation, we were told, "Take me to court, I'll be there waiting for you," before he hung up the phone. We also contacted corporate, only to find out the locations are independently owned and corporate cannot enforce refunds or resolutions. This has been one of the worst experiences we've had with an auto repair business. We gave this shop multiple opportunities to make things right and were met with poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional customer service. We are now exploring our options to recover the money we spent on repairs that were never properly completed.

HIGHLY recommend NOT going here. Brought my 70 c10 hoping they could do an exhaust. They cut…read morecorners every step of the way. They claimed to run out of welding gas and instead of doing it right it was a complete hack job. They cut the exhaust so they wouldn't have to extract bolts or do extra work. I was extremely disappointed after reading reviews I thought it would be good work but I believe they changed owners recently and he had no knowledge on actual vehicles. I picked my truck up and drove straight to another shop after being charged full price and more. Save your self the hassle I promise you.

Mark called me up and gave me the breakdown. Real friendly guy. They were able to work with me regarding payment. I left my car with them for like two weeks and when I got her back she was in better shape then ever before. The front bumper on my car was also all duct taped up from hitting the curb one too many times. They fixed that up for me no extra charge. I was really surprised by that, and thought that was really nice of them. These guys no European cars. I would never take my car to anyone else.

Did not ask for a price nor did I look at the bill until later. WOW $107.00 for a TIRE ROTATION. I called for an explanation and was given a speculative answer that they had to re-set my tire sensors (car does that automatically by the way) but he would have the owner, I guess, call me back. I received the call and the first words out of his mouth are, "do you want me to tell you why we charge what we charge or not" nice attitude. I will not detail the preposterous explanation he gave me including needing to test drive after a tire rotation on a car with under 6,000 miles. Between price, attitude and preposterous explanations, good reasons to STAY AWAY. By the way, I told this story to my old mechanic in Pennsylvania, I think he is still laughing.
