I was charged $65 for a ultimate wash and hand wax and I am not pleased. I knew it was too good to be true, I will not go back to this place. If someone is physically drying and waxing my car should be near perfect. I could have gotten the same thing at a gas station car wash which is $15. This company is one of the worse car Wash in the region. I used them quite a bit back in 2018/2019 before I deploy with the military. Back then the service was borderline OKAY with no major issues. Fast forward to 2024, it has gotten pretty bad. Since this car wash is one of the few in the area I decided to sign up again... biggest mistake! The day I signed back up, my driver seat below cushion, made of hard plastic was broken because somebody decided to stand on the seat to reach the top of my truck. They did a terrible job with both exterior and interior. When I confronted them after the wash about not just the terrible job but my broken seat. I was told that I was the one who broke it with the utmost unprofessionalism. Needless to say that I was very furious so I requested a refund right away and cancelled my membership right away. I was told that my account was cancelled... this was two months ago, and since then my account is getting charged $59.99. I called twice trying to remedy the issue and was told by the lady on the phone (who is rude as hell) that the manager is the only one who can do this and that I must call back Mondays which is the only days he comes in. I would hope for a better job for $30. It is not bad but it is not great. They didn't get dirt from the edge of the wheel well. I am surprised the wash itself didn't get it but during the towel dry process it was cleaned up. I took care of it when I got home. Other than that the process was speedy and pretty good. While I do understand that a lot of people come here to get a car wash, the customer service is horrible. Nobody speaks english, prices are misleading, and after waiting for over an hour my car is still not cleaned correctly. I take pride in my car and I don't mind paying to make sure it stays shining. They have your car sitting in the hour sun for over 20 minutes allowing the leftover water to sit and leave marks on the car. Again, I understand that they have a long lime of cars here at every moment of the day, but if this is the case then you should have more than enough money to pay for additional staff. I can get over waiting, but to wait, pay, and my car still needs additional attention when I get home, isn't acceptable. Be prepared to dry/wipe your own car as it sits there in your face for 20-30 minutes after washing. I paid for the PLATINUM unlimited package only to be told later in the month that I can only get 8 washes per month. If that's the case, then tell me that before I purchase it. And/or give it to me in writing. I have canceled my membership and will drive across town to Whip Clean from now on. Horrible! read more

I've had my car washed here many times. The prices are decent. My car was vacuumed and cleaned pretty good. The automatic car wash usually does a good job washing the exterior. Outside the people who dry the car do a good job but could do better. Certainly not a monster SUV by any standards. So we finish the wash and go outside and the roof is filthy. So I asked the manager can somebody wipe off the roof he goes oh no that's $35 extra for a hand wash. We're not talking door frames floor mats we're talking the roof the exterior roof of the car. Is it too much to ask that the exterior of your car get washed when you pay the platinum price? I will never be back here. This place was great! I was looking for a car wash in the neighborhood and happened to ask a young man who sent me to the Laurel Car Wash. I see why. It's fully staffed. There may be lots of cars in line when you arrive - but it all moves very quickly. I was really impressed that they did such a great job at the end of the wash with hand drying and polishing - ensuring that they went over every little nook and cranny. After the "crew" approaches to dry the car when the car comes out of the was lineup, one or two detailers is left to focus on each car and ensure that every inch of the car is addressed. I have lived near laurel my whole life and always saw this car wash. I never thought to give it a try until my friend mentioned she had been and had a good experience. I got the basic wash with interior cleaning (floors vacuumed, interior windows and dash washed) for $16. I must say that they were very thorough and the whole bing took about 15 minutes. I did tip them as I thought the service I received warranted it. I will return in the future and would recommend this location to others. read more

MIRACLE WORKERS! Let me be honest, the inside of my car hasn't seen a good cleaning since my daughter was an infant. She's now 4 and now I have a 3 month old. Okay, enough embarrassing myself. Their detailing is $150, but because of some pretty bad stains (think melted crayon from summer Florida heat, and the shoe prints of a toddler who walks all over the seats before getting in her car seat), they tacked on an extra $25. Totally understandable. I left my car there, and they said they would call me when they were finished. I got a call about 4 hours later, and when I went to pick it up, they were just putting the mats back in. When I tell you that I didn't even recognize the inside of my own car! They were able to do so much more than I expected. The seats were still a bit wet when I got in, but I don't live far, so I cracked the windows when I got home. They did a fantastic job. This car wash has gone so far downhill I don't know where to start. Every step of their wash is of poor quality.. from the vacuuming, to the checkout, to the actual car wash, down to the drying process. For starters, when they vacuum it doesn't matter if there are 20 cars or zero cars behind you they will always rush and do a poor to sub-par job. Today I went and they left crumbs on the seat and the mats were still dusty after the vacuum. Zero cars were behind me. Don't think they will snap the mats back in place for you. That has never happened because they are always rushing. Onto the cashier, rarely is she friendly and if your wash comes with a free air freshener, be sure to ask because she won't remind you that it does. Anything to save a dollar when they are already overcharging for their washes. Next, the actual car wash itself.. terrible. My car always comes out with areas that look completely untouched by soap & water. Once the wash is complete, now it's the dreaded hand drying process. Because the quality of the wash is so bad each employee responsible for drying has a spray bottle. This is used to wash ur car again, but this time manually. Ridiculous. It's such a painful process that I often assist bc it's impossible for them to dry ur car the way it should be with hundreds of cars passing thru a day. I used to come weekly, then biweekly, now it's monthly. Less frequently as the service started to decline. Regardless, I'm sure this place is making someone very wealthy, so the service and quality should reflect that. Laurel Car Wash used to be my go-to place when I got too lazy to wash my car or the weather didn't permit it. However, it has gone down in recent months (new management I believe). The attention to detail simply isn't there anymore and you can tell that the final hand-cleaning is nothing more than quick towel down. The service is terrible, many of the employees are rather lazy, and the cleaning materials that they use are not up-to-par for higher end cars. They do ok work. Prices are reasonable. They have a lot of packages to choose from. The line can get backed up quick so get prepared to wait about 40 minutes from the time you make the line...and this was on a Wednesday afternoon at 4pm so I don't even want to know what it's like on a Friday or weekend. I wish they did touch-less washes but the machine they got is fine. They seem to be very popular around here and so the work suffers a little. My carpets were still dirty. And this was in the driver side! You may have to ask for them to be a little more detailed when it comes to your vehicle. read more
