I did see another review where a customer allegedly felt Faith made some between-the-lines implications for leaving a review and I see where they would think that as Faith reached out to me about this review in a very threatening manner, stating they are noting this record and it may violate Yelps content/ privacy standards and apparently has asked for its removal. Yikes! *END EDIT Absolutely avoid this business at all costs. They have you pay your entire contract upfront - which is almost unheard of. The rate is nonrefundable, even if they do not provide you services. I'm out over $2k because we cancelled our contract early after 8 no-show night nannies. 8 times their employee either didn't show up or cancelled hours before. The last night nanny that called out day of service even contacted us saying that if we get a refund, she doesn't get paid. The company lied and exaggerated issues for no shows to make it more justifiably (as seen in the text attached). The nanny called us night of the accident saying she was fine AND she was on a flight for a trip the next day. Faith called it a "near deadly accident". Disgusting business dealings. Not only are they lying, but also putting them in such a desperate situation where the nanny is forced to reach out to the customer and guilt us to not taking a refund (second pic). We've since found another company to work with and they have been amazing, reliable, and professional.

Leaving this review just so people know the agency believes they can't confirm vaccination status of its providers or require that providers be vaccinated. The founder said very few people get the flu shot anymore - big red flag! Edit: Since leaving this review, the company has contacted us implying that our negative review might come to the attention of our employers. I'm curious to see their response! What an experience. Buyer beware. Edit 2: Their reply here says they never said they'd contact our employers. Here is what they said, verbatim: that we would "receive a public response from us where it's discoverable by your employer and anyone else that may want to help your family in the future." We received a text message from Paul requesting a day and time to meet for the first appointment. First appointment, the parent must be there (with their drivers license), the payment for the program, and your teen driver must have their permit, logged hours and DC1 card ready to show prior to getting in the vehicle. There will be other teen drivers and there is no set daily schedule so you MUST be patient and flexible. We would get an estimated time of pick up the day before, and at times, he could be running early or late, but that is because you can't predict what will occur with the other drivers. My daughter loved driving with Paul. "He was calm and never condescending,".....her exact words. At the end of the 7 hours, he completed the paperwork for the DMV, as well as, the paperwork to be filed for courthouse (which he submitted for us) and gave her the provisional license (the parent must be present for this, as well because your signature is required). Everything was so organized and easy. If you can get past the slightly unstructured schedule, you can have confidence that your soon-to-be new driver will have a successful and positive experience.

I called and quickly was able to schedule something with an instructor the following week. They provided a calendar invite and my instructor, Devon text me as a reminder of our appointment. No issues finding the facility with the provided address and I was greeted promptly with the waiver documents and request for copy of an ID. I sat down with Devon who explained the agenda and inquired about my reasoning for wanting to do a Discovery Flight. We went out to the airfield to conduct pre-flight checks of the plane and what to look for during the process and why. After waiting on the fuel truck for a few minutes, we got underway and spent the next hour in the air flying around. It reminded me of my first time driving a car and that overwhelming feeling of trying to safely operate a vehicle and over time developed a rhythm of comfort to be able to do other things while driving. Flying seems to be no different with all the gauges to manage direction, altitude, fuel, etc. There is an added level of complexity managing the map (our location) which was on an iPad during my trip to understand no fly areas, change of radio frequencies/airspace, etc. Devon let me steer while on the ground as well as in the air, adjust speed, altitude, etc with his oversight. I put on a lightweight jacket prior to departure but found myself getting warm in the air with the sun beating on us. Airflow and space in the cockpit to move around are limited so it's best to be situated prior to getting in. Despite having the gift certificate that was purchased about 9 months ago, they charged me a $10 surcharge as a result of fuel cost increases. I didn't argue against it in the moment. It was an insightful learning experience that I would recommend to anyone thinking about flying or wanting a unique experience. I would enjoy the opportunity to become licensed but that also requires a time and funding commitment that has to be aligned with priorities.

We were looking for a school in the area that was not only rich in their curriculum, but a school that was diverse in its culture and one that embraced children of all ethnicities. I noticed that during Black Histoy Month (2/2023), there were no initiatives highlighted in the February Monthly newsletter to recognize the contributions of the many African-Americans that have contributed to American History. I decided to email the staff with ideas in which Black History Month could be incorporated into the curriculum, considering that there were a number of African-American students enrolled at HCA. I received a phone call immediately from one of the Administrators (Mrs. Juliana) stating that this was an oversight and that they would be sure to highlight Black History Month. I had a follow-up conversation with the Curriculum Specialist (Mrs. Giovanna)...and to my surprise, she had incorporated many of the items that I highlighted in my email! Not to mention, how swiftly she acted upon this. I would like to extend my SINCEREST gratitude for all that HCA has done for Black History Month and everything that they are instilling in my children daily. I was thoroughly impressed with the various learning activities the students participated in throughout the month. They exceeded my expectations on highlighting African-American culture and the many great achievements of some of the well-known Black pioneers that have contributed to AMERICAN HISTORY. Efforts such as these make my husband and I confident that we have selected the right school for our children. It dives deep into the mindset, the comfort measures, the birthing positions, and everything you can do to prepare yourself for a smoother birth. I found myself benefiting a great deal from this class. It was also a intimiate in-person class that you can practice different techniques and ask all the questions you have in mind. Jaely is a great lecturer and I feel a lot more prepared after the birth class.
