While sitting in the waiting room for an hour she saw patients with 3:30 and 4:00 appts be taken back. If you are running late you should explain that to the patient. That is customer service 101. She was taken back at 4:22 pm. This is not a great impression for a first time patient. In addition her cleaning and X-rays took all of about 10 minutes total. I can't imagine a full cleaning was done. Also you can't make your normal 6 month appt when you are done. The furthest out you can schedule is 4 months. What dental insurance allows cleanings every 4 months.
