I took my lawn mower in for diagnostics it took them almost a month to figure out it was a small piece. When speaking with on counter person he looked up part told me the price hours later i receive text stating they fixed it and of course price jumped. after retrieving my lawn mower, they did not fix the problem they just rigged it up and stated the part that needed was no longer available. which was not the case I found the part from the dealer they say they go through. I would not trust this company and will let anyone / everyone know they beware...if you're a customer orientated establishment i would think after holding a customer's property you would try your best to fix the issue. notttt i alert you do not be fooled by the recording... read more

After not using wood stove for 3 years-neither of my 2 Stihl saws had been cranked in 4 years. Plus Stihl pole saw in over 4 years, Two weeks after the hurricane took all three to Laurel Wood for maintainence-clean fuel system,sharpen chains,get them running again. Total bill- $200. Great customer service! I did not want to come here lol, but bought a rental house and wanted to get old mower fixed to use over there. The guys here were SUPER friendly and professional, and just felt went out of their way to listen and help. They got a lot of equipment available for rent or purchase top, mowers, augers, chain saws. A bunch of fun and semi dangerous man toys. They carry Stihl and several other top brands. They are not the cheapest, but just really felt they treat you right. A big plus for me is they are in North Augusta so nice having them close to home. read more

These guys are great. They sell top shelf equipment, are incredibly knowledgeable about what they sell, and their service and friendliness is second to none. I've bought two Stihl Kombi systems (one as a gift), multiple attachments, and a zero turn mower from them and the story is always the same - great service, great advice, and great to deal with.
