TL;DR: Great location and staff, quick appointments that don't take up an entire day. However, she forgot to follow up with me about my cat's health and medication. This clinic is in an accessible area off Hwy 92. The staff is very welcoming and has a genius waiting room system: left door for dogs, right door for cats and smaller animals. My girl was seen for her initial check up and a routine vaccine. Appointments are quick and straightforward, which is really helpful for time management. No need to reserve half a day to attend your fur baby's sessions! However, there is such a thing as too laid-back and casual, and I found that to be the case here. I brought in a stool sample after my kitty had been experiencing some runny stool for a month, and was told I would hear back about the results in 24-48 hours. I waited, and didn't hear back. After a week, I called and Dr. Webber came on the phone, laughed, and said, "Ha, I knew I forgot someone. She has a virus, but it'll pass through her system. You can pick up the medication if you want, but you won't need to." I didn't appreciate the lightness in my girl being "forgotten" and the blase attitude towards giving her a medication that would resolve something that had been occurring for an extended period of time. We no longer see this vet due to moving to a new place. I'm sure when you're fortunate enough to be remembered, Dr. Webber is a great vet. But, if you're forgotten, it can feel pretty crummy. read more

I do NOT recommend this Veterinarian, Dr. Weber at all !!! One year ago I brought my eight-year-old dog, Qweeny, to her office, for a minor surgery to remove a small lump on her back. We had taken our dog there before. An hour later, Dr. Weber called me crying and told me that my dog 'was gone' !! And she explained that the breathing machine was broken, and she did not realize it before and during the surgery. My dog was having difficulty breathing and passed in major distress. Dr. X Weber realized this after my dog had died on her operating table. She did, however, admit that this was an honest mistake. I urge anyone thinking of taking your loving pet to her, to please rethink this option. read more

We had an urgent need to have our pup checked for a sore leg on very short notice. Our regular vet (of over 20 years) couldn't fit us in, and everyone else we called was booked, and seemed to act astonished that we would even presume to get a same-day appointment! In contrast, when we called Laurelwood and explained the situation they immediately told us that they would find a way to fit us in as soon as we could get there. And once at their office, the staff and Dr. Weber could not have been nicer - or more meticulous in assessing and advising treatment for our pup. We left with a solid treatment program and above all, with peace of mind. I thus could not speak highly enough of Dr. Weber and her staff! read more

This place can't schedule appointments until days or weeks later because they don't have helpers to handle the pets during the vet examination. They've told us that time and time again. I don't know why that's the case. I am now going to another vet and have so far received very good and timely service. They don't seem to have a problem getting assistants either. Thank goodness this clinic wasn't available or I wouldn't have found better service, better staff with more reasonable prices. One waiting room for dogs, and another for cats, rabbits, pocket pets. What a great idea! Daisy, our dark brindle Boxer, was always glad to visit. Dr. Weber gave Daisy the best preventive care, including diagnosing and removing a tumor, and keeping her gums from growing over her teeth. Daisy recovered from both procedures very quickly and with very little pain, thanks to medication provided by Dr. Weber. The office staff always made sure Daisy got treats when she asked. read more

I've been to this vet 4-5 times so I have given them a chance before I came up with this 1 star review. So I feel my evaluation is fair. Each time I've brought my dog in to see Dr. Weber she did not seem to do a thorough examination, and she always seems bothered when I ask more questions. The last straw was recently I brought my dog in because I was worried about something in his eye. Dr. Weber looked at my dog for 5 minutes. YES that's right only 5 minutes. Her diagnosis was that the problem could be treated w/surgery or I could let it go until he needed surgery. In any case, YES I said she only looked at him for 5 minutes, and that cost 50 bucks. I would like to mention this vet Does not open on Saturdays, and they don't have COMPUTERS for your pet's records. This vet is good only for senior citizens who don't work w/computers and can come by any day of the week. Now I don't want to put anyone out of business, but really. . . .if you LOVE your pet, you should really research a vet and understand what kind of care you want them to receive. I didn't do that much research and just went to this vet because it was close to where I lived. I feel Dr. Weber does not have any kind heart towards animals, or it could just be dogs. . .I don't know. I only had good experience w/Robert (recpetion person) who was totally caring and explained all the cost very well. Him and Dr. Weber are like night and day. She is very straightforward and doesn't try to push extra procedures or medication our dog doesn't need. She has made time for us in emergency situations as well as seen us for regular visits. I love this place. I've been taking my cat here since we adopted him from the Peninsula Humane Society five years ago. Contrary to what other reviewers have said, I actually like that the appointments are fairly short. The appointments always starts on time, I'm able to get my cat through the appointment very quickly, before he gets agitated, and Dr. Weber always does a very thorough examination. She has always been good about answering my questions and I always feel like my cat gets a lot of attention. When my cat had a bad bladder infection a few years ago, Dr. Weber did a great job of diagnosing him, telling me what I needed to do and getting him the right medicine. The rest of the staff (Cindi and Robert) are very nice and helpful. Robert even gives my cat little toys to play with when he is acting nervous. I have also found their prices to be really reasonable. I'm surprised that some reviewers didn't have good experiences here as I've always found them to be great. I even drive my cat down from the City for his appointments (after having an awful experience with the Nob Hill Cat Clinic, don't take your cat there). Hello Everyone, i am posting this review after i tried to talk to this Arrogant Dr.Weber. she hired a someone here name is Marie, and she doesn't posses the basic skills of customer service or know how to deal with emergency request concerning our pet. here is what happened we were travailing and wanted to put our Dog in a pet hotel, we tried to call the clinic over 20 times yes 20, and no one ever answered, we had a flight to catch and the pet hotel won't accept our dog until we verify his shots, finally Marie answered and when we said we have been calling for 2o times she said she was with a customer then she put us on hold, after 10 mins waiting we called again and marie answers and say sorry we are closed REALLY!!!!!! we almost missed our flight we got frustrated how come aclinic hire someone don't know how to get your record, as someone from previous review said they are dinosauric they don't use computers all Paper "SAVE SOME TREE PEOPLE" today i went to the clinic to talk to Weber and explain what happened, after she sent us a letter saying that they can't help us anymore??? WHAT? coz marie got scarred that we complain and she look bad so she went to her boss and side we insulted her?? and Weber believed without reaching out to ask what happened or do anytime of customer service behavior to try making their service better. So while is was talking to Jassica doctor Arrogant came and was very rude and disrespectful to say we were so frustrated on her employee, hell yea your employee don't know what she is doing and you job is to train your people not to be rude to customers but hey they do what there boss does. I brought my hamster in cuz he had eye boogerage that was crusting over so that sometimes he couldn't open his eyes. That and recently he's been falling over randomly..and kinda hobbling around. We had an appointment to see Dr. Weber. We arrived early to fill out paperwork...then we were brought to a room by a Vet tech (i assume)...and then my hamster got weighed. I guess all Vets put small rodents in tupperware on a scale to weigh them. Then we waited only a short time and Dr. Weber came in. I introduced myself and then she took a look at the ham. I told her about the eye boogers, and she could see for herself that they were a problem. (one eye was sealed shut) so she got some warm water and some gauze and started to try to wipe away the crust. After that she got some ointment and told me to rub it in his eye 2-3 times daily. She demonstrated how to do it and she was very gentle. I asked her about my hamsters legs, because he had been falling over randomly and hobbling around...but she looked at his legs and had him walk around on the examination table and said they were fine. I asked a few other questions and she answered them. I didn't learn too much new information. and that was it. Then she left. and i kinda didn't know what to do, so i waited until the guy who took my hamster's weight told me to go out and pay. After our visit with Dr. Weber, I went out to pay and Cindi asked to see my hamster. So, we took him out, she spoke to him and cradled him in her hands as she told me stories of the hamsters she used to have. Then we put him back in his house and she kept watching him and talking to me. He has one of those purple yet see-through houses...so inside, he fell over and right away, Cindi asked me if he's always done that. So i told her that was part of the reason I went to see Dr. Weber...and I asked for her opinion on it, and she said "i'm not the Vet"...yeah, but the vet didn't say anything about it! sigh. I think i stayed and talked to Cindi for about 10 mins after our visit with Dr. Weber was over. She was very personable and helpful. $50 for the exam (geeze man) and $21 for the eye ointmentdd (this tiny tube...hamster size)...$71 later, he has less eye boogerage and is still hobbling around and falling over occasionally. but at least he can open his eyes now...even though one eye is cloudy inside. poor guy. He's only about a year and a half (on this note, Dr. Weber said he was old but Cindi said he's pretty young considering she had hammies that lived up to 3 years....) so technically he's only mid aged and having problems already? ah, gettin old early. so sad. I went to see Dr. Weber on thursday, and today (monday), she called me to follow up on Gus. I thought that was so nice! She asked how he was doing and i told her. I asked her about his dandruff (cuz he didn't have it before) and she said maybe i could put vitamin drops in his water, since he's getting older and it would be beneficial...so that was helpful. read more

Thank god they got rid of that stupid and rude young receptionist. We stopped going there for about 2 years even though they are practically across the street from where we live. About a month ago I was walking by and realized they had a new older receptionist...so I decided to go back. The women is really nice...I think she said she used to work here before, she is really kind to both pets and owners. Robert, Dr. Weber's assistant is really good with pets and Dani (Dr. Weber) is also a very good vet. About 3 years ago my dog required a big intervention, after working with the dog for a while she admited she was not the right vet for the job and referred us to a local surgery center. I really respect a veterinarian who is not just about money (few of them!). The operation ended up costing us over $4,000. But Dani felt better referring us to a specialized center. Well my dog fully recovered from the operation, thanks to the referral of Dr. Weber. It's too bad they had this rude receptionist before....but now everything is great....I strongly recommend them....as long as they don't bring back that receptionist from hell! Cheers, MjR read more

I was nervous about coming, given the other reviews, but I needed care for one cat TODAY (he had a gaping wound in his back!), and it was very convenient that they could also see my second cat in the same day. I knew that "armed" with previous reviews in my head, that I would be sure to request enough time to get all my questions fully answered. I didn't have to request it. I felt VERY well attended to. I didn't initially agree with the reason the doctor offered for the less serious problem we had, but she took so much time to address every objection/concern I brought up, that I am perfectly happy to go along with her recommendation and work with it! Dr. Weber offered me 2 options for dealing with the more serious problem we had... explained them both, the financial costs, the cost/benefit analysis... and then she repeated them, as I requested, when I found I was emotionally overwhelmed! She gave us a timeline for judging if the option we chose had worked or not. She smiled, offered empathy, offered percentages of success... I felt that all my concerns were well handled. She also addressed my teenage son and his questions with the same respect she showed me. Her costs were at/slightly below others locally. Could the office have been cheerier/more relaxed? Yes. And, for what I expected upon entering (based on previous reviews) I was very impressed. And very, very grateful! When someone can see me and meet my needs that same day, for comparable costs, I am very appreciative! They are also open late... only the emergency clinics were open this late! Maybe her office read the other reviews and made efforts to change (I am sure that previous clients experienced what they experienced)... ... but the care we received today definitely worked for my family. read more

I have been taking my dogs to Dr Weber for over 10 years. My family and I have taken our labradors there for all their needs including when one of our labradors had 2 litters of 10 puppies each (we took all 10 puppies from each litter there for their first shots, check ups, and dewclaw removals as well!). Cindy and Robert are so welcoming and helpful and patient. They always help our dogs feel more at ease when they are nervous by petting them and giving them some treats. Dr Weber always answered all our questions and was very thorough. She has provided amazing care to us and is always honest and never tried to encourage us to do anything unecessary for our dogs. They also always fit us in immediately when we have called them with any sort of problem that came up with our dogs. Overall, Laurelwood Vetrinary Clinic has been wonderful! read more

I imagine that for usual veterinary needs like shots and and check-ups that Laurelwood is an average clinic. However I own a rare breed dog that is genetically prone to Intestinal Lymphangiectasia (IL) and Protein Losing Enteropothy (PLE). Need less to say I am very proactive about my dogs health, their condition requires a special diet and routine blood checks. The reason I chose Laurelwood was because the Receptionist (Cindy) was very friendly, she answered all my questions regarding blood test prices and prescription food prices, they were close to my house and they were very fairly priced so I switched vets. My initial impression of the clinic was good, they always had appointments and Cindy and Robert are always pleasant. The pleasant attitude seemed to fade after Cindys departure. during her absence, even though no one else was ever there when I came by, they always seemed rushed. My dog started showing symptoms one weekend so I took her to the emergency clinic on Amphlet Blvd. I was told that she was having an IL/PLE bout I was given a regimen of pills, and told to continue treatment with my regular vet. Dr Weber took over my dogs treatment, my dog started to get somewhat better, but then her blood numbers were never getting into normal ranges. Her pill regimen was increased and we were checking her blood twice a month (Full tests that cost 150$ a piece). After several weeks there were still no positive results, the dosages were increased. At this point with in days I saw a physical decrease in my dogs health, she was no longer able to climb stairs or get on the couch, she became extremely lethargic. She also lost interest in eating. I immediately addressed my concerns to Dr Weber. My concerns were mostly ignored or chalked up to my dogs age (10) or was told to come in for another 150$ blood check. Dr weber was against my desires to change my dogs diet to re spark her interest in eating. I am no vet, but no one is more on top of my dogs health than I am. At no point did Dr Weber mention doing an x-ray or ultra sound. and during this time she only physically examined my dog once for 30 seconds and 75$. I frequently asked her to talk to a vet in Seattle who has a lot of experience with my breed and its disease. Dr Weber saw no value in discussing my dogs health with another vet, since according to her, the vet in Seattle couldn't physically examine my dog. As I saw my dogs health decrease I continually pushed this point. The last words from Dr Weber to me were "If you want a second opinion then you are welcome to go get one". So I did. The first thing I was told that my dog was most likely suffering from Metronidazole Toxicity, which has the appearance of neurological disorders such as an inability to control the legs and lethargy, and is caused by the dog taking large doses of Metro (in this case double the normal amount) My dogs pill regimen was changed. My dogs diet was also changed. My new vet was not only willing to talk to the Seattle vet, she also did research on her own including talking to a GI expert at Davis. My dogs health is completely normal and her Blood Counts are higher than they have been in years. I fear that my dog would have been lost if I had not switched. Just because a person has a college education does not mean they are smart, it is never wrong to admit you don't know what you are doing and seek help from someone who does. read more

I don't think I will return to this vet again. We live nearby, and the clinic always looked "nice" from the outside. So, we chose to provide care for our dog here instead of the other local vet in Crystal Springs. If I had read the reviews here before deciding, I would not have chosen Laurelwood. I agree with Louise G that Dr. Weber only spent 5 minutes with my dog on our first visit. In addition, I was felt like questions were unwelcome which is never a good feeling...I felt this way not only with the doctor, but also with her male assistant. To make matters worse, after spending approx $850 @ the clinic over only 2 consecutive days, I looked on my bill and they actually charged me $9.50 for one of their 25cm customized Laurelwood vet cheapo leash. The funny thing is, that I specifically asked them when I dropped my dog off if they needed to keep my leash - they said no, then charged me with one of their leashes which I didn't even want. Seemed rather odd to me especially after spending so much money with them. Also - this may not matter to some people and I hope this is not taken personally, but each time I saw the dr - she seemed like she just woken up and rolled out of bed Not as professional or seemingly focused as I would entrust the care of anyone or any pet I care about. read more

Wow! I have never been to a vet before who is afraid of my dog. He is a very playful hound mix. I am new to the area and needed to get some medication for him. All she needed to do was check him out and write a new prescription. Now, he is the nervous sort at the vet, but he does not growl or try to bite. He only wants to be close to me--a big baby. I wasn't allowed to be near him or hold him. The tech was wrestling with him by the collar and making him even more nervous. The doctor barely touched my dog and shrunk away from him against the wall. $98.00 later, I have my prescription, but I won't be returning. Literally the worst vet experience EVER. I just took in my other dog this morning. He is a bit difficult to work with as he has anxiety and tends to bite when he is nervous. He had a growth on his back leg. Robert was able to gently but firmly hold my dog while Dr. Weber looked at the growth. She told me it is probably benign and to monitor it for a month. If it double in size, she'll remove it and biopsy it. Then she updated his rabies vaccination and clipped a long nail (my dog's biggest fear -the nail clippers). Miles, my dog, left happy, doing his tricks, full of treats, and without a care in the world. And I only had to pay $83!! That NEVER happens at a vet! I have found Dr. Weber to be knowledgeable and always "spot on" with her diagnosis. All 3 of my dogs have gone through major illnesses/surguries throughout the years, and Dr. Weber and her staff have always been compassionate and helpful. I visit Laurelwood Veterinary Clinic every six weeks or so to have my rabbit's nails cut. I was surprised and pleased the first time I went to find out that Dr. Weber does the trims herself. My rabbit does not like being held, but Dr. Weber always gets us in and out fast and she's never cut too far. Not having to battle with the bunnyman myself makes the drive from Millbrae worth it. Dr. Weber always weighs the rabbit before doing the cutting, so I've been able to observe his weight (no problems thus far!). The front desk attendant, Cindi, is funny and clearly loves animals. My interactions with Robert have also been pleasant. I would def. recommend this clinic to anyone looking for rabbit care. read more

I've been taking our two dogs to Dr. Weber for more than two years now and would give her and the staff - Cindy and Robert high marks. They are all courteous and professional. The doctor takes the time to answer my questions and spend whatever time is needed. They do not have any problems changing appointments or calling back to set appointments. The idea that this vet clinic charges more than any other or that they charge differently for only a brief visit than any other is fiction. They all are charging as if they are despensing medical services - of course since that's what they are doing it makes a lot of sense. I called around to a number of local vets before we went there and all the others had some sort of excessive set up fee. The one over on Aragon was something like $70 just to have the pleasure of walking through the door. In short this is a vet, if you are looking for free services the pet club offers $10 shots on Sunday and the Humane Society will neuter for a lot less. read more

I just got my first kitten and I took him in for a well kitten check. I checked with two other veterinary clinics and they aren't even taking any new patients. A friend recommended Laurelwood and they took us right in. Every step of the process was wonderful. The staff is very fun and Dr. Weber is very professional.. They seemed to really care about my little guy and checked him out and asked questions. Didn't push the additional vaccinations I'd been warned about and were conscientious and very sweet. Next day the slightly red eye I was told to watch got worse and they checked him right out again. It was a quick one stop visit since they had the eye drops right there. Only paid for the prescription. Not having to drag him into a pharmacy was priceless. I feel they offer great care and the location is conveniently located with lots of parking at the Laurelwood Shopping Center. read more

We recently bought a Labrador puppy. She was instantly a family member....so OF COURSE we only wanted the best for her. She has been to Dr Weber for all of her shots....and more recently spaying. My husband and I laugh because after all of that....she LOVES going to visit Dr Weber and her staff. She is still a puppy (currently 5 mo's) and so is full of energy. The entire staff always act like they love her visit as much as she loves visiting them. That is key to us.....because it speaks volumes about how they must treat her when we can't be present. Dr Weber spends plenty of time answering all of our questions and helps us to feel assured that everything is going great with our new baby! I have been going to Laurelwood Vet Clinic since moving here last spring. The clinic is clean and well organized, the staff is friendly and capable. And it is a great location just off 92 at Hillsdale. Doctor Dani Weber took over a very difficult treatment regimen for my rescue dog as well as geriatric care for my senior beagle. Both showed great improvement under her care. She has been very proactive in monitoring my rescue dog's condition and adjusting his treatment accordingly. This condition had mystified several previous vets at my former home and was out of control when I first came in. Although his condition is incurable, she is doing everything possible to control his symptoms and keep him as healthy and happy as possible. He is so much better now. We really appreciate that! The vet technician, Robert, is very gentle and personable. He is able to trim nails, take temperatures and draw blood without alarming him. The receptionist Natalie is very friendly and efficient. She is always able to book appointments that accommodate my schedule as well as any needs to reschedule. I especially appreciate the walk-on scale for both easy access and safety. And most importantly, my dogs are always happy to go there! When my old beagle did have to be put down (by the ER clinic in the middle of the night on a 3-day weekend!) Dr. Weber sent me a heartfelt condolence card from her and the staff. That was very sweet and comforting at a very difficult time. We love Laurelwood. All the staff treated our cats as though they were their own. We found them when one of our cats had the tip of it's tail cut off, and the closest vet to us said they could see the cat in two days. Laurelwood made room in their schedule to see my cat immediately and performed a quick surgery that day! They were wonderful, and continue to be so! I highly recommend them! read more

I have been using Laurelwood Vet Clinc with my first pup for 17 years, and my new puppy who is 6 months old. I love Doctor Weber, Robert and staff. They have always been great with my dogs, give great care and advice and are always there to answer any questions. They were closed during the holidays, but Dr. Weber got some results back from a recent test. She was concerned and personally called me to get my dog on medication right away. We spent a whole day going back and forth trying to find a place to get the medication (since Laurelwood was closed and Dr. Weber was out of town), and Dr. Weber did all that she could to make sure my puppy got her medication. Laurelwood has always acted this way, with past experiences with my first pup and now this dog -- they go they extra mile and care about your dog's health and well being. I completely trust their recommendations and know my dog has the best care possible. I live down in Santa Clara, but still make the trip up to San Mateo for her vet needs -- Laurelwood is that good! read more

I cannot say enough nice words for the staff here. I've been taking my dog here for years and they've been nothing short of gracious. I have been coming to this clinic and receiving care from Dr Weber for al least the past 7+ yrs for all my pets. She is a skilled professional and has shown nothing but kindess and compassion for the welfare of my three dogs...Shar-Pei, Senior Chihuahua, young Chi/Terrier mix and one dwarf rabbit as well as me... the pet owner. We go for what is routine and on the occasion of illness she has always fully explained what ever proceedure she recommends as well as options. I have never felt she has rushed us through an exam and explains what she is doing as she goes along. Once she has treated my pets she has followed up with phone calls to our home to check on their progress. Her bedside manner to our beloved animals is most comforting and not something vets I have gone to in years pass always exhibit. It makes all the difference in the world. Her staff is ACES! Robert and Cindi are always kind and caring and make the extra effort to ensure you feel wecome and comfortable. The office and exam rooms are always immaculate. Her costs are fair. it is not inexpensive to get proper health care for your pet and everything has always been fully disclosed to me before decisions for treatment are finalized. I have recommended Dr Weber to other new pets owners without hesitation. I am very appreciative to the excellent care I have received at Laurelwood and look no further. Let me start by stating that I do not question Dr. Weber's ability and skill as a veterinarian. She has cared for my animals a handful of times for a variety of reasons and they are currently healthy. However, Dr. Weber's ability and skill are not what drove me to write this review. Instead, I will focus on three other aspects: honesty, greed, and love. Note: For fear of retaliation I will refrain from being too specific about the situations I have experienced, I will not refer to the specific types of animals I have, and I will not include any other information that could potentially allow Dr. Weber to identify myself. I apologize for my vagueness in certain descriptions. HONESTY. I, like others, have unfortunately fallen victim to the dishonesty that radiates from the Laurelwood Veterinary Clinic in San Mateo (on Hillsdale, right off Highway 92). I have been forced to pay fees not mentioned upfront and have been told that they are "not negotiable" after the services have occurred. I have been given price quotes on more than one occasion when dropping my animal off but been faced with unnegotiable bills upon pickup. I cannot get into the specifics but the final straw was when I declined a certain service but found out at pickup that I had to pay anyways. GREED. Over the years I became aware of the money hungriness of this clinic and had my suspicions confirmed by a number of outside sources. First, I turned to the Internet and found that a number of individuals had the same concerns as I. Second, I reviewed all my previous animal records with two other veterinarians and they said that not only did I get overcharged for a number of procedures but that many of the procedures were unnecessary. They also said that I had in fact fallen victim to what they call in the vet-circle a "victim-narian." This is when veterinarians prey on individuals who enter their doors because they know the love that we have for our animals and they are well aware of the lengths we will go to keep them healthy. Victim-narians will request regular checkups much too frequently, suggest bogus services, and overcharge. The more you show your love for your animal, the more you will pay. The worst is when you enter these types of clinics at a time of desperation. If you mention that you are experiencing difficult times due to the economy, don't expect any sympathy here. You will be coldly asked to seek services elsewhere. Which brings me to love... LOVE. We all love our animals and would do anything for them. When a veterinarian does not share this same love for animals anymore, they should move on to another profession. Or go work in a pet hospital as a surgeon where you are far removed from the compassionate side of caring for animals. Not that all surgeons are uncompassionate (I'm sure they're not!) but the job just seems much better suited for someone who once loved animals but is now only in love with the money generated while caring for animals. Need proof of the lack-of-love at the Laurelwood Clinic? Look at the uncomfortableness of their exam rooms, cages, surgery room, and even the waiting room is cold and bare. Please do not let that white lab coat fool you. This is not the same coat worn by your caring pediatrician or friendly neighborhood dentist. Rather, the white lab coat that you will see at the Laurelwood Clinic is the same one that you can see in the television commercials where the doctor is trying to convince you to buy a product that you DO NOT need. This is my opinion. Take it with a grain of salt. But please, save your money and at least research other veterinarians first. p.s. Beware of positive reviews for the Laurelwood Clinic on yelp and other review sites. A friend of a friend knows someone who works at the clinic who mentioned that they have written positive reviews as a "customer" to help boost their ratings. read more
