I was categorically ignored. Even after allowing for holidays/weekend/etc, and following up. A) if you're going to spend $2000 on 150 notecards, you have a d*mn obligation to be sure you're going to like the product for a premium product, sub-par service, and communication. I bought something pretty similar on Crane's site in 60 seconds and for $400 (though I was prepared to go through with my purchase here after seeing the paper). Do not recommend.

I really appreciated their getting in touch with me; and calling twice shows how much they care about their customer's satisfaction. I think they also really care about the details of their work and their communication with any problems, so hearing that I was unhappy with both was upsetting for them. Unfortunately the invitations had already been sent out by the time they called, so there really wasn't anything to be done, and I am still relatively unhappy with the printing which is what counts in the end. In retrospect (and after a few months calming down about the piece) there were a few issues that were not anyone's fault that converged with this job, (vacation of point person, miscommunication about ink coverage, etc) and a few mistakes on both the printer's part and on my part that led to the problems. As the printer's contact said "we both probably learned a few things". I will say they were very accommodating with my MANY questions, including questions about how we could lower the price, which they helped with significantly. I would say Swayspace is probably as much of a perfectionist as I am, which is what you want in a printer. I did get a whole lot of compliments on the invitation, and the bride was very happy. So, although I am not completely happy, as least the client is! In short, I would definitely give these guys another go. I think in retrospect the issues I had were either just unavoidable, or miscommunications. And the piece made the client very happy.

Her invitations were beautiful and we received many compliments on her work. She is very talented and worked with my wife throughout the entire process going over fonts/colors and ensuring everything came out exactly the way we envisioned. Her customer service was also extremely impressive. She was very responsive, easy to work with, and very accommodating with unique requests. We used fragile sea shells for escort cards (and had some last minute seating changes), and Gabby did an amazing job on that project - even repackaging the shells perfectly in a box with layers of bubble wrap for us to transport to the venue. Gabby is very talented and you can tell she truly cares about her work and making sure her clients get exactly what they need. I would recommend her to anyone. If we ever need any calligraphy in the future, we will be repeat customers!

She truly loves her job, she is not a money hungry wedding vendor trying to rip her brides off. As a bride, I've met many different vendors from dress stores to florists and if there's one thing they all have in common- trying to get as much as they can from a bride planning her dream wedding. This was not Regina, her prices were extremely reasonable and the quality incomparable. As I said this was amidst the pandemic, so I didn't know if my 10/11/20 would happen. After receiving the quote and design proof from Regina I told her I would like to wait before placing the order since no one knew if this pandemic would effect my wedding. She responded with nothing but kind words and hoped for the best. Fast forward to May 2020, I decided to postpone until March 2021- but then September 2020 decided to replan my wedding in a month to get married on our original 10/11/20 date. Unfortunately, because I decided a month before the wedding to have it again there was not enough time to send paper invites. I had to do the 21st century pandemic thing and send an evite (ew, I know) but I was left with no other choice given the short notice. However, I still needed place-cards for my bridal shower and the wedding. Regina could not have been more accommodating, she got them done quickly and they were PERFECTION. When I went to pick up the place-cards, she could not express how happy she was that amidst this pandemic I was going to have my wedding. With tears in her eyes and genuine happiness, she told me she had a surprise for me. She then handed me the stunning invitation we had spent hours planning. Regina wanted to ensure I had a real copy of my invitation to take pictures of and cherish forever. Her genuine, passionate, kind hearted work should be known to every bride. We got diet Coke's at the brewery next door, and then checked out Compound Art & Sound Gallery which is in the same lot as Steve's. After we picked up our candles, we checked out Pioneer Works and then took the ferry back to FiDi. Great experience! We want to come back for the perfume making class at Apotheke.
