Dr Kurohara and his nurse, Ellen, have been wonderful, but the new office management is unprofessional. I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and they marked me as a no show when there policy states that you have 15 minutes. This was so disappointing, but the office manager did not care even though there were no other patients in waiting room. I will be moving my entire family to another physician. Dave Gaydos

I'm thinking I'll just make an appt then. They proceed to tell me I can come in but they are no longer accepting insurance it is now a cash pay clinic only and the visit will be $130 out of pocket. My copay is only $20 with insurance so it's enough of a difference that I am going to have to find a new physician. Very bummed that nothing was sent to patients to notify them of the changes.

Dr McNicoll had been my parents primary care physician for many, many years and they were very…read morehappy with the care they received from him. He was there throughout my moms care back in 2013 but unfortunately she passed away. Dr. McNicoll found a spot on my dads lung during a routine visit, and ultimately was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2018 and was treated, however it came back with a vengeance a year later. My dad was hospitalized three times from the first week in September until he passed 6 weeks later and Dr. McNicoll never once went to the hospital to see him. Not once in the three separate hospital admissions. The hospital where my dad was is located directly across the street from Dr. McNicoll's office. Everyday I went to see my dad, I would ask the nurse if Dr. McNicoll had been in to see him and they always said no, I asked the attending physician if he had been in to see him and they told me he had been contacted but hasn't been in. He was my dads physician all these years and he never once went to see him. I work in healthcare and I have never known a primary care physician to not see their patient who has been admitted to the hospital. To this day, I still don't know why he never stepped across the street to see his patient who trusted him for all those years with his care.

I recognize the amount of time and effort it took to get my necessary medication approved, so thank you. They were extremely attentive and flexible with my schedule as well, as I am a very busy student myself. Every time I visited, Dr. Omino took the time to really explain all my options and answered all my questions. He took my symptoms seriously and never once dismissed me. He thought outside the box and ensured he did a full diagnostic work up for all potential diagnoses. I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Omino's endless advocacy that truly makes a difference in not only my life, but all of his patients' lives.

The suite we were going to is located on the third floor as well as the lab. When we entered, we received a friendly greeting by the front desk clerk and she checked us in. We were quickly brought into exam and after vitals and a few questions the provider joined us. The exam room was spacious, bright and clean. There were two chairs for my Mom and I to sit. The experience was very pleasant for my Mom. She liked all the staff very much. From my POV all staff was kind and very professional. Shout out to Dr. Kulai, Jona and Juan for providing excellent healthcare to my Mom.
