I went in for a consultation for lip filler and i paid $100 beforehand. i was told by the front desk lady TWICE that the $100 would go towards my actual lip filler service. My actual consultation was very vague and short. The p.a was not informative on the filler and kept trying to sell me other services. She quoted me $850 for a full syringe and when i asked about a half syringe, she said they DO NOT SELL .5ml!! Even knowing this, I went through with the actual filler (i should not have). She ends up only using half a syringe which she did not let me know and i was under the impression i bought a full syringe and was told they'd keep my syringe for two weeks so i can add more at my two week checkup if needed, but once I checked out they charged me $550. i was very confused as to why it was so low , and i was later told in the two week check up that i had only bought a half syringe , but i was told they did not sell that!!! So if half a syringe is 550, why didn't they give me my deposit back or just charge me $450 when i did the service? I called and they had no explanation for me and lied to my face saying it went towards the consultation but then offered me $100 in store credit. If they werent lying and the initial $100 went towards the consultation , why would they try to give me the $100 in store credit unless they knew they lied to me earlier !!!! My lips are lumpy and migrated and I only did half a syringe. I called and asked for my deposit back because i was overcharged and DEBBY in the front office lied to me, then said she would speak to her supervisor and call me back about refunding my card. It has been over a week and I never heard back. PLEASE DONT GO HERE! There are so many other places that won't steal your money and leave you with botched lips. I ended up paying $650 for half a syringe, botched lips and bad service. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE PLEASE! So many other places in the area that will give you good service.

Went home just to be called and told an additional $1,200.00 needed to be paid before scheduling could happen. Therefore an additional two hours was added to my time. Totaling four hours on the road. So I was scheduled. The office staff called me the next day to say they wanted an additional physical. Done . However while talking on the phone at Primary's office with staff at Dr Kirbo' s they would not get the fax. I was literally on a line with both. And of course they would not pick up the phone, it was a Friday. Not professional of office staff. And extremely unsettling for me. However they are not who you are there to see. And the Medical Staff is so good.

If i could give this group a negative star I would Dr…read more Killinski is a man who took 5 minutes to tell my daughter she had acid reflux and no other diagnosis. He then prescribed her prednisone along with antacid. Two counter indicative drugs. The antacid actually rendered the prednisone useless. He diagnosed her with his eyes. She had been sick 15 days at that point. I asked him to test her. He declined. Said it was a viral infection. She coughed so hard in his office that she threw up. His nurse heard my kid and brought her water. Three days later she was still sick. I called and asked her to be seen by a second dr. To which they replied I should take my kid to urgent care. They refused to call in an antibiotic. She has a bacterial nasal infection. Which was determined by a blood test at a walkin clinic. Blue cross blue shield doesn't cover this test in a walkin setting. If the test had been done in the ENT's office. It would be covered. The office manager then tried to explain it away by saying, you were only supposed to take the prednisone once a day. Lies. Its 4 pills a day for 2 days. 3 pills a day for 2 day. 2 pills a day. Then one. A day. This ENT office is utterly useless and is run by idiots. Dont go here for help. Go literally any place else.

I couldn't bear to have any fabric touch my chest for weeks afterwards. I complained and was met with indifference. My chest still shows distress five months later. The front desk personnel barely acknowledges your presence. It's obvious that some of the front desk staff have no idea how to use their scheduling system. The atmosphere of the spa is cold and uninviting. I thought I was being a difficult patient until I went to another medical spa in town. The difference in professionalism, knowledge, concern and atmosphere was amazing. I was in no pain. I almost cried because I thought it was me who was being difficult. It turns out it was Aqua Medical Spa.

Also, as is typical, they will call or text you the day before to confirm you're still coming. Finding the place was a little confusing because Dermatology Associates is spread across several buildings, so you have to look for the one with your doctor's name on the sign. Dr Johnson's sign informs you that her office is staffed by FSU medical students/residents, so I was a little apprehensive; but my concern was unfounded. The people who took care of me were all very professional and competent. I have no complaints. You might have a student watching somebody else perform a procedure on you, but having an extra person in the room is common in doctors' offices. Went back to Dr Johnson again yesterday (called the day before and was able to get a next day appointment). I didn't see her this time, just the PA and a student or nurse, but everything went smoothly and I was in and out in no time. Pandemic-specific info: I received a text message a couple hours prior to the appointment letting me know I needed to wear a mask. When I arrived, they had someone stationed outside who had me fill out a Covid-19 questionnaire. They also had a bag full of masks, presumably in case you forgot to bring one. I then waited in the parking lot until someone called me on my cell to let me know they were ready for me. Once inside, I was asked more detailed Covid-19 questions. Everyone I encountered wore masks and gloves. As there is a bathroom in the waiting area, I was able to wash my hands on my way out.
